I’ve never had an issue. Staff is always friendly. Pharmacist has went above by answering questions about my medication mixed with new medication. The employees at the front check out have always been friendly, and understanding of my frazzled mind while towing around two little kids.

I SEE EVERYONE ELSE GOT FEEDBACK BUT ME FROM THE MANGER!!!!!!!! Two woman working the night shifts is not safe.. Been going here 3 years now. It looks bare. There two many mangers in one store.. It’s like almost everyone a manger. It’s not hard to become.. Selfs are not stock like they use to..Small bags of chips are gone reduce to few selections. It not like it use to be. This year it going down hill. Pop needs to change to different flavors. They have enough beer other drinks but no coolers in the cooler.I only see men in the back never see men being hired always young woman. I think it’s time to find a new rite aide. So happy my daughter does not work there no more. She got a safer better job which prevented here from finishing her two weeks. But taking bottles in the dark in a dim little shed is not safe or having the back parking lot not lite up.. late at night our taking the trash out.. needs to be more lite in the back of the store and more Cameras. I wouldn’t ever let my daughter work in condition she had to work.. Not worth a life.. found this nasty needle in the parking lot manger acted like it was no big deal..

Sometimes some prescriptions are out of stock, miscount your pills, usually shorted. Changed all their employees, now not so friendly.

The pharmacist here, despite being perpetually understaffed, took the time to coordinate with my doctor and insurance to help get my medication. He clearly cares about his clients and their well being and is willing to go the extra mile for them.

UNSANITARY PHARMACIST: This was the third time that somebody tried to open the men's bathroom door w/o knocking and immediately walked into the women's bathroom WITHOUT knocking as well. Nearly done anyway and curious whom it was, I wrapped up and started washing but thought I heard the women's door again. I got out and being only 9am, there was only the pharmacist and one employee before I went in, and there was another employee walking in when I came out. Both of the employees were female and the pharmacist is male. While telling the employees, they were making wierd excuses like maybe it was an accident...? Like I said, this was the third time, so I KNOW he doesn't wash his hands. (Maybe thinks hand sanitizer is good enough?) Don't go here for any reason at all!

Pharmacy switched from one generic brand to another generic brand after 3 months of everything going fine- to save itself pennies (same cost to me) but did not ask or tell me anything. Got majorly sick, could not even eat for Several days. Found out the new generic has lactase in it, I’m intolerant. What is the purpose of a pharmacist at this point, if not, bare minimum to point out contraindications??? Mine as well go to the local drug dealer around the corner for whatever they’ve cooked up. Pharmacy, if you don’t have time to do an efficient job, stop allowing drop offs after a certain amount. Maybe your pharmacist could then give more quality care info and be less rude . Pharmacists get paid upwards of 6 digits, but yours is basically a glorified pharm tech because of your business practices. RIDICULOUS.

The pharmaceutical staff are AMAZING! Specifically the taller of the 2 pharmacists. The pharmacy technicians are incredibly patient, kind and diligent. The lady who's name that starts with an 'R' is one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met. My family and I were recently hurt very badly and the insurance didn't want to cover most medications. Well, Ms. R made it a top priority for over a full 7 business days to make sure our medications would be covered so we could Dave as much $ as possible. I highly recommend using this pharmacy.

The lady who works the drive thru is very rude. She makes you feel like an inconvenience. I understand right now is hard times in the world but being pleasant and helpful is important in this line of work. Never seem to be willing to help or answer questions. Even on the phone not a pleasant person to talk to.

This place is a joke. The pharmacy is always behind, they forget to fill prescription on time. There rude and they treat you like your a bother if you ask questions. This must be the reason so many rite aid are going out of business.. I recommend walgreens, CVS, Meijer basically any other pharmacy in America... worst rite aid in the state. Belsay and lapper

After dropping off prescription was told it would be an hour. I get a call about 15 minutes later saying they can’t fill the order because my Dr wrote tablet instead of capsule. I had to call my Dr and have him call the pharmacy. Then they were charging me way more then what was quoted me. I left went to Meijer and had my prescription in 10 minutes no questions.

We needed special soap for his skin and the employee went out of her way to chat with us about what these products could do to help. A bar of this special soap is $3.99 really inflated. But he loves it! So thank you for your help ma'am ...

I was very happy with my visit to this Rite Aid location. The employees were helpful and polite. I just wish that Rite Aid prices weren't so inflated... Overall, I would recommend.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE!! You wait hours now matter what one or what your script is. The workers are extremely rude and lazy. It's like you bothering them to do their jobs
