This is one of the newer stores in our area so it has been clean and the isles fairly free of merchandise. I stopped to buy milk last night, every dairy cooler had spots of black mold inside of them.This seems to be the norm for dollar general stores in our area,new store = clean1-2yrs or more = dirty store, clutter in isles.I can only assume that upper management cares more about profits than cleanliness and safety of customers because of this issue and the clutter in the isles of merchandise waiting to be put on the shelves.If I could give a lower rating it would be .25 stars.

I am a worker at this Dollar General and I just want to say we work hard to get our store to where it is at. We have one of the youngest crews to run a DG by ourselves country wide. That means we stock the shelves, we clean the entire store, we help customers, we run register, we do everything to ensure our community has a nice store to go to for all there needs and wants!! There is a lot that we can not control such as prices, discontinued items, and when product drops to a penny it is NOT our fault that we can not sell it. I have never been more disrespected in my life then coming to work at DG and that’s coming straight from the customers. Just because we are a retail worker doesn’t mean we don’t have feelings. We’re human too! we love all of our customers and we wish we could control everything but that’s just not how life works lol! We thank all of our customers for coming to our store and letting us provide them with everything they need just remember.. treat people the way YOU want to be treated <3

First time to the new store. The ladies working were great. But your self checkout thing sucks had to do or attempt my transaction 3or4 times before it would work.This ladies have good patience n customer service skills though so I'll give 4 🌟

The store was a mess its like there to much stuff for such a small store you couldn't get the grocery cart up or down the isle it's like there's no organization but the staff was very nice.

Well, I use 3 area dgs and all three of them have issues missing product on the shelves and it is frustrating to not find an item needed to complete a meal. The staff in all 3 stores have always been friendly and helpful, but it appears the stores have staffing issues and all have recent remodels and it probably would have been better to delay such a project when the staffing wasn't there to make these remodels smoother.

When in just go buy a bottle of water on a hot day and had to stand at the counter and wait a few minutes before an employee came up to the front counter. I was the only customer in there. Then the young lady didn't say one word to me. More training is needed

Bought a pair of Bluetooth headphones for only 1 earbud to work.Tried to return it not even 24 hours after I purchased with my receipt in hand and was told because I threw the packaging away they would return or swap it. Now I’m out $20 and have no headphones.Maybe your company policy should state that is needed to do a return instead of it saying you have 30 days and need the receipt.

Horrible horrible horrible. Staff was undertrained. Felt unsafe there. The staff refused to help me with western union that was sent there.slept in my car that night. Smh

I use to like it but there just not so friendly anymore. Going elsewhere most of the time. Keep forgetting there's a new one on the other side of town . I will have to check it out.
