Fun little Ice cream and Pizza in Northern MI.Stopped by on the way back from Traverse city on an early summer night.Staff were just fine. Took our order, did their jobs. I know ice cream place in the summer is a busy job so Im not going to give them too much flak.Ice cream was good, about what you expect from a non chain ice cream joint. Good stuff.

Ice cream was okay. I feel like I had better hot fudge ice cream at McDonald’s. The wait was very long. As there were only two people managing the entire shop. It seemed like the lines for the drive through never ended or moved

Very friendly and quick service. We got here weekly on average. The Club Sub, Buffalo Sub, BBQ Chicken Ranch Pizza, and chicken fingers are fantastic.Parking: Plenty of room for Motorhomes, rv's, or trailers in the lot behind the store.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll right on up to the window or use their drive through. They will be happy to bring your food to your car too.

I live right up the road from the Buckley location so I'm a frequent flyer there and I love this place... The manager is always friendly and takes her Time to make sure you have a positive experience so you are wanting to come back again... Not to mention that my 8yr old son is Autistic and he has never liked ice cream because it's cold well sometime in the spring or summer months this year she made my son and Oreo shake and he just loves them ever since... So I want to say thank you for being such a nice and outgoing person and your are doing a GREAT JOB!!!Kid-friendliness: Can't be a pizzarama if you're not kid friendly... I believe this to be a new business. I stopped for an ice cream. Didn't have to wait in a long line had several small outdoor tables to sit at. Nice would stop again on my way thru.

Stopped in for a sweet treat while on a vacation, and was served the best banana split flurry i have ever had. I had fresh crushed strawberries, fresh crushed pineapple, and sliced bananas! Nothing like the fake syrup used by the city shops. It will be one of our must have stops when we are in the area!

Waited forever just order than to wait some more. Order a small slushie and a small twist in a cone. My slushie was on point flavor wise but my twist was super runny. Was pretty upset after the long wait. 😒

This place is great. They are very generous with their servings, and I love that their kids work there and they really know what they r doing. Best ice cream.

Pizza is pretty good. I miss the tacos those were definitely far from authentic but were massive and at one point I came every other day for them. If you get the blizzards they are bomb.

We are staying at the KOA as well as previous customer and had no issue co,imf to pick up our two pizzas. The crew were so polite and efficient and got everyone’s order bang on. Other customers also commenting on the teamwork and the politeness.Now to the taste of the pizza. Wow. I had a Hawaiian and she had the veggie and we were both satisfied with overall taste, quality, temperature and time it took from the time of order to pick up.Bravo Pizza Rama. We hope to make Traverse KOA a yearly trip from Cambridge, Ontario and Pizza Rama will be our traditional Friday camping dinner next time we visit. Keep up the good work.

Just a bunch of teenagers working there with zero adult supervision. After I ordered, some other kids (who presumably don’t work there) walked up and started chatting with the kids that were working, they were then allowed into the kitchen to make their own ice cream. due to the employees chatting with their friends and messing around i ended up waiting 45 minutes to get my order.Ice cream was overpriced and average at best.I have seen other reviews recounting similar events so this is not a one time thing.

Its for sure not the same as Honor. The drive through is a mess because there is no signs. You get in line wait, get to the window just to be told you have to drive back to the other side to order to set and wait again. Haven't tried the food yet but the ice cream is ok. The kids running it are nice but you can tell most are new. It's an ok place for a fast stop for a snack. But could improve for sure.

Great location, makes for a perfect stop between Traverse City and Cadillac. They do have a drive-up window as well as walk up window service.They have a very large menu, but I can only speak for the ice cream, which was excellent

It's eh for a icecream shop, had found a hair in my sub, icecream is best average and waited a hour for the icecream itself, not worth four bucks for a small cup of icecream. And it's runned by kids. No adult supervision it seems what so ever, unsanitary seeing kids using non gloved hands to handle the icecream and food

Good place. Never seems to be super busy, and we get our ice cream quickly. No indoor, just a drive-thru and outdoor seating. If you are going to sit outside, watch out for bees.
