This place is a hot mess anymore. Granted people don't have a good all around work ethic these days either. We ordered 2 Chicken sandwiches and 8 cheeseburgers. The chicken sandwiches had no special requests and came with only pickles and sauce. 1 even had the sauce on the box and not the sandwich. All 8 cheeseburgers were no onion. They came with no onion but they also didn't have cheese on them. So we went back. They were very nice about fixing the order. However when we got the replacements the chicken sandwiches had no pickles. The cheese burgers had no onion but also no pickles on them this time either. I know it's hard to find people who will work these days, but if you are constantly messing up and remaking orders, wasting money and throwing away food then maybe it's time corporate was involved.

This is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. The food was cold and wrong. The employees were just standing around the service area talking and looking on their phones. They were using cuss words while talking inappropriately. One person who went through the drive thru came in upset, because he had already been waiting for 10 minutes. We waited over 10 min before getting our food that wasn't even right.

If you're planning on visiting this location please understand that you have made a horrible mistake. The food is always cold the fries are always soggy and without salt and if you didn't order online good luck you should plan on being there for at least 20 minutes. The Managers of late has really did a great job with the wait time but the focus is scattered everywhere else besides customer service and performance. I know it's McDonald's but it cost just as much as a sit-down restaurant. I would recommend Tasty Chen's, Subway, McCoy's Creek or Gary Z's for the time money and service and quality.

Worst experience 1/18/24 at approximately, round 4:30pm the girl in blue shirt black pants with also the kid next to her in plaid jacket had the audacity to make snark comments about MY WIFE and sister in+law for being dwarfs and we're not very not quiet about it which caused my sister in-law to make a comment to them of us hearing about them making fun of their stature. Bathroom was very unhygienic toilets and sink were dirty fecal matter on the toilet paper. But highly disrespectful judging my wife and sister in-law stature.

This place is wack.I order a simple order of a fry (that comes out cold most times) and a dipping sauce to go with my fries. most times they forget the sauce that goes with my fries, it’s legit 2 things and it says it on the screen and receipt. Also alot of eye rolling after getting food handed to youWhen I’m with family they mess up your order like they don’t care what you want on it or they didn’t get everything even when it’s slow

Is there any thing inherently terrible about this McDonald’s? No, it is a perfectly acceptable McDonald’s. But this McDonald’s has the worst staff and manager I have ever encountered in my nearly 40 years of going to McDonald’s. Not only did they ignore my mobile order specifications, they served it to me in a greasy bag that when I opened it poured grease all over me and my jacket. They said they always packaged burgers for dogs like that. They had no idea if the burger was for my dog or for me and they refused to give me cheese twice on it, despite me ordering a cheeseburger without the bun, when I went inside to try to remedy their oversight and complain about their packaging, no employee apologized no manager apologized. No one felt that they had done anything wrong. I have never been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant when they replaced my burgers they still gave them to me without cheese, and I had to wait longer. By then my lunch had gotten freezing cold, which was not much of a change from the temperature. It had been served to me if I owned this franchise I would desperately search for a new manager because the one here on Sunday, January 8 is not professional.

I just went to McDonald’s in Buchanan. I’ve lived here for a while and I have seen that restaurant decline. There was no one in the drive-through it was 10 o’clock I placed my order they told me to pull to the first window again there is no one in the drive-through, it literally took them five minutes to open the window to take my money, and when I gave them their money for my order, it took them another five minutes to tell me that I was a dollar short and I knew I was not, I counted it four times but when they handed me my money back they shorted me a dollar and I didn’t get to eat there and I was starving. Will never go back to that place again because 50% of the time they get the orders wrong and the food is always really bad unless you ask them to cook it fresh Avoid this McDonald’s because the owners no longer care about service and quality

People are used to dining here it was almost packed and the drive-through was non-stop, which is probably why they forgot to give us 2 Big Macs a McChicken 2 medium fries 1 large Coke, and 2 large Diet Cokes. There were 7 of us and we sat inside, but they corrected the order and were awesome about it. That's where it counts in my opinion.

Wow really was going to the beach and on the way needed ice. Decided to go thru the drive thru here and the worker that collected the phone was on the phone and took forever. Then went to the next window and told the guys who seemed to be maybe the team leader that the worker was on the cell phone and he said he would address it but then he said you could of went to the gas station down the street to get ice. REALLY!!!! Yeah and I can make my own cheese burgers at home too. But thats what pays their paycheck customers. Duh. This is why at this McDonald's I won't order food. Had paper in the sandwich and actually bit into it. Contacted them and all they sent was a letter say sorry. Now refund or anything.

I frequent this mcdonalda quite often because buchanan doesnt have many food options and my nephews like mcdonalds and for awhile i personally thought it was a solid even when i was hearing negative reviews from other ppl but the last several times i went in it was not good.. Going from allot of the younger ppl working there walking around cursing treating it like it was there house and not a job being very unprofessional with no guideance or standards at all from management and then to having an online order not going throguh and several other misshaps like missing food burgers extra fries in the kids meal that i always order and never receive but tonight they actually got all the food only problem was that it was probably the worst take out food ive ever ate our nuggets were cold burger cold and old my crispy chx sandwich was rock hard and dry and not made correctly my sisters big mac was old cold and limited on condiments and the fries were borderline unedible..i work in the food service industry so i really hate to complain but the food tonight was terrible i get that i came in around 10 pm and your only open for 2 more hours but when the foods as bad and as cold as it was there has to be some sort og standards or maybe its just a sign that this establishment is that far gone.. Very unfortunate because it seems as though some of the younger associates try and just arent being lead by anyone

Placed my order at 11:55 am. I used the kiosk, which is not my favorite thing to do. My order came very quick. However, there were no clean tables. Every open table had food debris or liquid from drink cups. Only two tables were occupied. I asked the person delivering my order if I could get a table cleaned. He said he would get right on it. Another customer told me they had chosen their table based on it being the least dirty. The employee I asked to clean a table did so very quickly and he continued to clean all the dirty tables. Thumbs up for him.

Food was good and prepared correctly. They were really busy tight after we arrived and it frustrated some of the staff. Otherwise a good experience.Parking: Plenty of parking, but when the drive-thru gets busy may be hard to get out when parked on right hand side.

This place is never very clean. The food tastes and looks like any other McDingles. It's one of the only fast food restaurants in Buchanan, so it adds to the city a bit. I personally get sick off of most of the food I get here. Idk why anyone would like their vanilla shakes, but that's my opinion. :/
