Your poor, poor cashier must have been having a really bad day. :( 12:43 pm 12/29/22. So very rude, condescending, and thought he was a smart a**. Completely unprofessional. Definitely will not stop at this gas station again.The sad part was that an elderly woman was waiting for the bathroom. There are some special rules about it. He not once, the time we were standing there did he try and help her. I helped her and she got in the bathroom. She thanked me and thanked me because she was worried about peeing her pants. Sad!

Stopped into the bathroom and some snacks and there was no soap in any of the dispensers. Also no one was wearing masks. But they were super nice and there was an absolutely adorable dog ready to help check us out!

Older gentlemen behind his counter was very rude with my children when they went in to use the restroom as i was trying to put air in our spare tire as we had a blowout On 31Then as we proceeded to try figure out how to get the tire replace cause we still had a 2 hour trip back home he came out to make rude comments that we was obstructing his parking as we was parked over at the mechanic shop Out of the way of the gas bumps Then we proceeded to move across The street Then had a police officer showed circle around and left never said anything never asked if we We're okay Did not have a very pleasant time?

Stopped for a quick fill up on my way to work and thought nothing of it, checked my card statement later in the day and noticed a 90$ pending transaction on my account... I realize that most gas stations place a pending transaction after a gas purchase, but 90$ is exorbitant for a ~30$ transaction. I'm lucky enough that the hold doesn't significantly tie up my finances, but be aware if money is tight this station might not be the best option. Prices are also 0.10-0.15$ less expensive ~10 miles down the road on the IN side of the border.

Me and my husband's windshield wiper motor died in the pouring rain on our way home (with a few hours left in our trip). One of the guys working at this gas station drove to his house nearby to bring us his rain-x and helped us apply it to my windshield. Another guy looked up the weather radar for us. They were so kind and helpful! If they see this, we made it home safely, thanks to their help!

My car was just below a quarter tank, I filled up here, within 10 minutes my car wouldn’t stay started and kept dying. When I just got it back from the mechanic they took out more than a quart of water from my gas tank. The gas station said it wasn’t from the gas. It had to of been though I would stay away from here!!

May not be the fanciest place around, but it's convenient and never disappoints. I've grown to know the guys who work there and we're good friends at this point. I can't say anything negative about my experience here.

Owner is a local spender, treats people well and appreciates his costumers, most Buchanan businesses should follow suit, keep your money in town as much as possible

Very hard to get to storage units. Cars are always blocking the way at the end of the building. Thank God I'm only going to be there for a few more months.. Hopefully that's all. Just tired of trying to get in the back it's a hassle
