Love this place. Great staff! Never had an issue with online orders unless product sold out prior to updating website. Everything I choose is definitely high-quality. Knowledgeable staff is great. Lots of product to physically see and smell prior to purchasing. Also, ask your Budtender what they recommend if your a beginner. Crazy how anyone can ever rate this place anything but 5 stars. I drive over an hour from another legal recreational state for a reason!!

Staff is great, But they’re online ordering system is Faulty. Placed an order at 11 AM for curbside pick up @ 5:30. Get there at 6:30 and call and give them my name and they see my order and tells me it’s being bagged up now But to wait for the text. So I drive/Walk around until almost 8 And decide to call back to see how far behind they are. They say not very busy at all. I ask do you know what’s going on with my order taking so long? They say your order was canceled because we sold all of your product you were looking for. I will gladly change this to a five star if I can get some insight on how I can correctly use the online ordering so I do not waste my time and get the products I actually want. I wouldn’t write this review if it was a one time thing, but this is the fifth time something like this has happened in the past Few months. I would also like to say the staff did try to make it right with a $20 discount which once again, I would not fault to the staff in this instance.

This was our first time there we drove up from Indianapolis absolutely amazing dispensary I have been to others in different states but this one was awesome the lady working there was outstanding we will definitely be driving up to this one again and the lady that waited on us she made it so much worth the 3-hour drive she was absolutely amazing

I’ve stopped in the store a couple times and had always been happy with the product this week. I stopped in and bought a $40 of epic monkey, the worst product I’ve ever bought from you the buds were brown, horrible tasting, and if I could get my money back, I would I will no longer buy from the store again very unsatisfied. The only reason why I’m giving one star is because the staff is nice. So I am donating this ounce of weed. To the less fortunate who cannot afford smoke 😡😡😡😡😡

Always fast, always knowledgeable, always have plenty in stock, always fantastic prices! Whether you do online order and pickup curbside or in-store or if you do your whole experience in-store it's always a pleasure at High Profile! Starting going to them when I lived in Missouri, luckily, I found out when I moved to Chicago they have Michigan stores with even better prices!

Love the discounts, love the workers! Make sure you have time for your visit as sometimes they are busy when there are really good deals. Neb was awesome and had some great recommendations! Will continue taking the drive up

Came here for the first time today and had a great experience! Vicki was such a big help and was so friendly and kind. She is definitely the reason I will be coming back!! Sean and a couple other staff there that I interacted with were also super helpful and knowledgeable on their products.

lol what a joke if you order online be careful it doesn’t work! I received a confirmation and everything drove an hour and the line was so long when I went in and showed them they said there was nothing they could do. I highly recommend any of the shops right down the street they are nice and willing to correct any mistakes and even add an item to your order unlike high profile. Never will I come here again. Besides the fact the shop looks like a ghetto hole in the wall the fact that I drove an hour had confirmation and they did nothing to resolve the issue! What a joke

Very disappointed 😞 The whole experience was not worth it. Didn't even receive the free product with purchase.The food truck food was a joke! I will say that the lady at the counter checking people in was Amazing! She stayed completely calm and nice through the hours I stood and waited for my online order. I saw people coming at her with drama and she continued to stay calm and nice. She deserves a raise!!

I had a concern about an issue I experienced recently and discussed it with the manager. She was cool and professional! She addressed the issue and made it right! Excellent customer service! Don't let anyone tell you that people who work in the grass industry are lazy and inept! Just stereotyping...

Typically drive about 40 minutes further down the road but I figured I’d give this a shot and I was NOT disappointed. The curbside pickup was TOP NOTCH. The interactions I had with the workers was amazing. Their pricing and specials are great. Ran into a small issue once I arrived home, contacted a manager to give them a heads up - they made up for my “troubles” with what sounded like a smile on their face! Can’t wait to visit again!

Generally have a good experience. Deals are great on carts especially being a border town. 1 complaint in the 4 times I've been here: I placed two online orders for pickup at the same time. Thought no big deal I just forgot a couple of things on the first order I'll just make an additional order. Drive the 90 minutes and find out when picking up that my first order was cancelled.... No call, no email, just cancelled. I even got an email and text for each order saying they were ready for pickup! So it was either leave without the items I ordered or wait in line. No redoing of the order while I'm picking up. Pretty annoying given it was a busy day and I was under the impression that I was getting both orders at the same time. A phone call would have been nice at least asking if I had meant to place two orders, or get a notification one had been cancelled *before* I arrived :/So I go inside to reorder. Waited ANOTHER 90 minutes. I just thought it was really busy, I'm used to waiting (done multiple 420 trips over the years,I've seen dispos get crowded). Go up to the counter to see where I am in line and I WAS NEVER PUT ON THE WAIT LIST. Not going back...

First time coming here and sweet Vicki made it feel like home!!! She helped me and my friend pick out some amazing products for really good deals :) Both her and a few other staff members even made sure to teach us a bit more about cannabis that we never even knew! Her manager Sean was a great help as well, making sure we were informed and got everything we wanted. Go get some goodies and say hi to Vicki with the kind blue eyes!!!

Took the trip from Illinois, yeah you already know, lol. 3 and half hour round trip well worth it. Def do an online order or you’ll be waiting, guy behind me was told 40 minute wait to enter. Yikes! But in and out with my online order. Very friendly staff as well. See ya in a couple months.

My partner and I were greeted with the warmest, friendliest tender, who was named Vicky, we have ever met. We've been looking for a CBD product that works best for my pain. She was very informative about all of their products, she explained the many differences between them, and made us feel like we were purchasing from a friend who wanted best for us. We felt heard and understood and felt we needed to let her manager know, that she should be recognized for her patience and thoughtfulness in a public way. We also wanted to let other people know, who are in the same boat as us, that they can feel comfortable coming here and asking questions without feeling rushed or misinformed, especially with employees like Vicky.

Went for the first time yesterday to pick up an order (bonus points for cheap weed) and was already a little nervous having never been there before and the woman checking everyone in couldn't have made it worse. I don't expect to be treated like royalty but maybe refrain from making snide comments about your customers right in front of them. I would have also appreciated some information about the shopping process/daily specials but considering it was an issue to even try to look up the rewards I signed up for ten minutes prior, I can't expect much. I'm sure the budtenders are great, the weed was fine for the price, but I simply won't shop somewhere that I'm not welcomed when there's five other dispos on the same road

1st time customer and more than likely last. Placed an online order for in store pickup.. Arrived and barely could get in the parking lot, standing room only inside. Was given my total and I asked about the 20% discount, was told my total would be discounted when I received my purchase, waited 30 minutes… did not receive my discount asked again and was told “ I didn’t take your cash so I don’t know I’ll put it on your account…. I didn’t create an account, was then shoulder shrugged. 40 minute drive, 30 minute wait… rude customer service… I’ll go across the street next time.Product good however and the prices were good as well.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Would give -5 stars if it was possible!!!!1) The employees are beyond rude and disrespectful. The security guards start unnecessary problems at the door. They question you even though they have your ID with your information on it.2) They lie about their points system as well as online ordering. Half the time your order isn’t ready even though you’ll get an alert saying it’s ready. Or they cancel orders and never contact you about it.3) Management is terrible! They watch their employees treat customers with disrespect and do nothing. When you call and ask to speak to someone other than a budtender you get attitude and the run around.I will never be returning to here and I will be telling everyone I know as well not to come. They have better quality 1 town over anyways.

First and last time coming here. I've been to plenty dispos in MI but this one wasn't that great. Their inventory was small, the budtenders didn't come off knowledgeable of their products, prices seemed steep compared to others, and their first time customers discount doesn't even apply to your whole purchase? I was even told to put my phone away even though I was just checking a text which seemed ludicrous.

Vicky was our budtender and she was awesome. She was attentive, didn’t make the situation feel rushed at all, and taught me a couple things that I been wanting to know. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Sitting here 40 minutes past the time I had put and watching people who show up 30 mins after me leaving with the orders I also ordered my order at 10 so that gave them a whole 3 hours to put it together and still sitting here

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We drove all the way from Chicago and was excited to try out this dispensary. Customer service was worst we have ever dealt with. Front desk assistant had no clue about sales and promotions going on. When we asked her questions she was very rude and not informative about anything. Told us whatever we have in front of our eyes is what we have got. She also told us that we can go on their website to check whatever deals we have because she does not know anything about the store. Why would you hire someone so old and with no knowledge about the products you guys sell. I would never recommend anyone to visit this dispensary. Worst front desk agent! Ruined our long trip from Chicago and excitement. If I can give negative stars I would do it but Google only has option for one star the least.

Everyone was very helpful. I came with a friend that was a little intoxicated and obnoxious and they were way cooler about out then they should have been and I appreciate that. The reason for only 2 stars is thefact I've been the twice now and spent allot of money.i didn't get a third of the points I should have gotten .it shows I spent 100 dollars each time I came when I'm reality I spent over 300 dollar each time I came. Not coolUPDATE.... EVERYTHING WAS FIXED AND I REALLY APPRECIATE IT . I GIVE YOUR STORE 5 STARS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU

Employee rude and overly sensitive. Sat in car for ten minutes after calling to say we were there. Two cars got order that came after us. Ask employee what was going on with order and she took offense cuz had to wait for someone to get back from break to get us our order.

put an online order did everything to complete my ordercorrectly even used rewards points and it told me my order was submitted. fast forward get to the store they don't have my order tell me I never placed the order told me I canwait almost an hour if I'd like. this wouldn't be a big deal if it hadn't already happened two other times before this.their system completely lost my order. Instead they want to make it look like I don't know how to place an order and messed it up. Won't be visiting again out of five shops in town they are the most expensive of them.
