I went there today and bought 6 filter for my home due to them being buy one get one free and when I went to pay the casher told me that it was last month's deal. Today is the 21 of Oct and the tag is still up, nice job ACE!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The store was very busy. I needed keys made, and multiple employees helped each other to find the right keys to fit my 1977 Airstream. Once I got home, all the keys fit perfectly.

Great store it's well laid out and things are easy to find. Along with most of the hardware that people need for a variety of tasks they also have a few BBQ products that are worth investigating. The people that work there have always been courteous and helpful with me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Every one at this store is very friendly and helpful my only complaint is this store is just a cluster f@&$ to get around. This store is my first stop when looking for bbq and grilling supplies. While their stock is adequate it’s a literal maze to walk through and find stuff. Almost completely missed what I was looking for because it was tucked against a pillar behind a grill.

Nice place. Best part is the advice. I "hardware store challenge" you to get to the back without 1 at least one person saying "can I help you"! Not sure how they can afford all the help! Smart people, lots of stuff. Not big box, but has a fair bit for sure.

This use to be a great place to go and get the hardware and it help that I need but recently the staff is far less than helpful. Example, I needed 4 - 5/16 washers and there was only 2. When I asked if there were more the response was, " if it's not there, NO". When I checked out I was asked if I found what I needed. When I said no that I had to go next door, Family Farm and Home, she said good luck with that.

3 of the associates have no busy working in a hardware store. Lack of effort to assist us in finding what we needed. Then told us the "computer" said they didn't carry what we were looking for! Of course by that time we had found what we needed and even after physically having them in our hands, they said the "computer" says we don't carry them! I remember when there was customer service!
