I really am glad Brokelyn finally got a business that's not gonna go out of business. I see so many people try opening the most ignorant businesses in this village. It cracks me up. The banks around here must love it. Having someone put themselves into debt over a cupcake shop or another boutique 😂🙄. That's what I call empty nest syndrome at its worst. To put all your eggs into a bad business is just foolish. So to see this farm store thriving. I'm thinking someone has some common sense for the area they're currently living in. I specifically shop there for pet stuff. They have a HUGE selection of stuff for your furry friend's. You can also bring your dog or cat in there with you. If you're mature enough and have actually trained them to act right in public. I've seen some bad dogs there. Makes me sad and angry. Then seeing their owners playing dumb about their dogs behavior. But if your pet were well behaved I bet you'd be the first to take all the credit for that.

I love family farm and home, this one in particular is clean and organized. However, your experience is solely dependent on who you interact with. They have some really good employees and some really rude ones. I would give them a 5 star if the didn’t have the rude employees.

Every time I go in this store the employees are disrespectful. The coustmer service in is establishment is garbage. I drive to tecumseh more often than I should have to because of the way this store makes me feel. This is not the way a store should be ran and the employees need some serious reminders of how to respectfully address people

There store was pretty clean and they had some good clearance sale items. Unfortunately the items I needed were not in their current flyer and their regular prices were just too high.A lot of their prices are cheaper than ACE next door.

Its a nice store the staff is pretty friendly. Its inventory is similar to a tractor supply. I knocked off one star because they always seem to be low on stock... They never seem to have what I 'm looking for. For example this trip I went for lawn bags and they didn't have them. The last time I came in I was looking to buy some yard tools. Walked out with a garden rake because they were out of shovels and spades. I am not sure if this is normal or if I just caught them on off days. In all honesty, I have only been there 2 times.

We left some things in our cart and Kristina called immediately to tell us she had our items - we were able to turn around and come right back. We drive a 1/2 hour to shop at this store because of the great customer service and products available. Today was just a reminder why we always shop here. Thank you staff at Brooklyn, MI!

Only stopped to look at chicks and tukerys. Some were mislabeled, and they didn't have quite the selection they advertised. Overall what they did still have was a decent selection, and they did offer the option to order specific birds and quantities for pick up.

Love this store especially when I just need some bedding or food for my bunny then I dont have to run all the way to Jackson for it. Prices are higher on some items but I would have spent that on gas anyways so it equals out fine
