So today we went to get some gardening supplies. Well my boyfriend didn’t think about having only hundreds in his wallet, the manager was called over to help make change, I think her name was Connie. And she told our cashier to shut her mouth when she referred to the fifty dollar bill in her drawer to help make the change. Right in front of us and walked away all smug. Great customer service other than the manager.

The store was packed, but only had one cashier working. She did keep things moving, but we had to wait some time to get through.It looked like they are fully stocked with their holiday items. So go in early to avoid disappointment.

New owners are infuriating long time employees. I loved to go to this Dollar Tree to see the familiar, friendly, smiling faces. Boy, have things changed!New owners, please fix this problem. Small town folks support eachother.

Great craft selection here. Not a good food selection. I'm happy with that ratio tho. There's a older lady with shoulder length grey hair who works here who is so sweet and is always nice to my son when he comes in with me. No complaints with this dollar tree.

I drive about 25 minutes to come to this Dollar Tree because the ones near me are trashy. The Brooklyn location is always clean and not overcrowded. Today I interacted with the most pleasant Dollar Tree employee. He was wearing his bright green uniform shirt and amazing suspenders. I will continue to pass a handful of DT locations to go to this one :)

Staff are the most helpful people in person and on phone Always cheerful. Always willing to take care of their customers. They carefully package your merchandise, and the store is clean and stocked. Couldn’t ask for anything more than that!!

Went out shopping with my wife. Don't get the chance much anymore with a 9 month baby. Wife was looking for some jute string for Christmas ornaments. We stopped in at Dollar Tree in Brooklyn at 8:20pm. Was greeted warmly at the door even. Wife was looking for the string & I was looking for something for the kitchen, cashier started talking trash about customers coming in. "You people all need to go home. I want to go home but can't if you're all here." I took her advice and left with my wife. Never again will I return.

This evening was the first time I was ever in this store. I found everything I was looking for plus some other extras. The store was full, clean and the store manager ( Todd) was very helpful. I will be returning and making more purchases in this store.

The Chelsea store is awesome. The Brooklyn store is good, but a very small craft store. It is too bad. They would draw many more people if tbey had 1/2 the crafts of Chelsea or Jackson. Ideal location.
