Even though the pharmacy dept employees rarely get a break, the scripts always get filled.Even when they are shorthanded like they were today, they still manage to fill the scripts. It's best to call for a refill before you run out since no pharmacy is guaranteed to have it in stock.

I have monthly medication, that when I came into the pharmacy went through my monthly list with the pharmacist; asked if he could stock them every 30 days for me. I was assured (like my previous pharmacy did), CVS would do the same. Now, for three straight months I have gone without my prescription because someone can’t take a stock count or organize their inventory to have enough on hand when needed! I don’t ask this of others that I, myself used to do for employment…I had a huge inventory with standing orders to properly manage; and mind you I was not stocking medicines of NEED!The location is in a quite small town, so I am sure I am not the only person who is going without vital prescriptions that affect their health and well being!! Please teach them to stock enough meds for their monthly customers and for those who might need them for a few months…this is not an unreasonable request!!

I called at 8:30 to see the status of the prescriptions and they indicated that it would be another 2 hours. A minute later, I got a notification that my prescriptions were ready for pickup.I called them back and they confirmed that they were ready. Come on CVS, get your act together! When I showed up, they didn't have my insurance on file. One would think that since I spoke to them twice, they would ask if I had insurance for the prescriptions. It took another 15 minutes for them to rerun my insurance. SMH

Everyone in the pharmacy seems like customers are an inconvenience. I also stood in line listening to a tech talk to the pharmacist using the f word as he complained about customers. I used to work in this very pharmacy years ago, I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. It is sad to see and has made me change pharmacies.

Need a specific product ASAP. CVS was the only store in town that said they carried it. Their website listed it as in stock. It was not in stock and the several employees I asked just sent me around to a bunch of different aisles looking for it. I eventually gave up. Needed the same product a few months later. Listed as in stock at the CVS in Brooklyn. Went out of my way to go there. Guess what? Seemed like the employees had never seen or heard of it before. If you're banking on something being "in stock" at any CVS location, you're probably going to be disappointed.

Pharmacy personnel are lazy. They are not good simple problem solvers and almost made me wait a month for my medication when it was already in the bin and ready to be handed to me. Three other people I know have had issues with them as well. Poor service overall.

Expensive. Most employees act like your an inconvince. But I love the photo part of the store.
