Love this place, the staff is friendly, they are good to joke with, and talk to. Seen people crying about masks and things a year ago, but hey! They take care of their people, they don't play it as politics, they play it as helping their elders and making sure they're safe. This is what makes Bay Mills and this area such a great place, they watch out for one another. Recommend this gas station 10/10 everytime, and also they always have gas cheaper than other places as well.

I was ran out of the store by some bully who thought he was the mask police. He wasent going to let me pay fof the gas i just pumped! There are exceptions to herr gretchens order and i am it. Lots of people cant wear masks for medical reasons! Is it fun to bully disabled people? Why is that? I will never stop there again. If i run out of gas in front of this business i will walk twenty miles to get gas before i ever give them another dime. Stupid gets what stupid deserves.

I bought gas here then came back later for ice. I wore my mask and stood socially distant from the two customers at the register. One woman behind the counter said, "We have two lanes here!" and pointed at the back of the store. I didn't understand what she meant so I went to the other side of the two customers. She scolded me again to go all the way around the store to get to where I was. She, the other clerk and the customers could be heard mumbling about "the rules". When it was my turn to pay the scolding woman left her register so I waited for the other woman. When I got to her she seemed really put out. I asked her if there was a problem and then the other came back to tell me I needed to follow the rules! I told them I'll buy my ice elsewhere.To the management, people will follow the rules if the rules are clearly stated, such is not the case here. Additionally, the rule that requires every customer to circumnavigate the store will not result in additional sales and impulse buys, but rather people taking their business elsewhere.

This place has good gas price for the area. Check on Gas Buddy for the actual price and if you go there and the price is wrong, please update it on Gas Buddy. Room to get a large RV in for fuel.

I have been in there multiple times in the past couple weeks. Loretta is very rude to customers and seems to have an attitude every time I come in.
