I love everything about this store! I've been shopping at Premier Pet Supply in Brighton since it opened, and every staff member I've ever encountered has been super helpful and friendly (not to just me, but my dog, too). The food selection is amazing and the pricing is often less expensive than Chewy. They also have loyalty rewards programs for numerous food brands, treats, and supplies (e.g. buy 12 bags of food get one free) and you're automatically enrolled when you use your rewards account at checkout. No submitting receipts! The do-it-yourself dog wash rooms are stocked with really nice shampoos, brushes, and ear cleaning products. Do yourself and your pet a favor and start shopping at the best pet supply store around!

Premier Pet Supply always has the items that we need to care for the hundreds of foster kitties that we care for annually. They also help get rescued cats adopted and they donate to local rescues. Premier offers a one time discount to everyone who adopts from us, and they often have great sales, and we feel that high quality nutritional pet food is their specialty. We appreciate the friendly atmosphere, and will continue to recommend this chain of pet stores.

I loved going here. My girlfriend and I adopted our first cat from there through the Michigan humane society and couldn’t have had a friendlier staff to make sure I got everything we need to make sure she was comfortable. She has adjusted super well on day 1. Thank you for all your help!

I had a wonderful experience here! I came in to get a female rat to keep my other little girl company after she was rescued from a feeder situation . The workers were so kind, outgoing, and knowledgeable! You can tell they really care about the animals they keep. The store itself is beautiful, clean , and organized! Thank you staff at premier pet for my new little gal!

We love taking out GSD, Harley, to the dog wash station at Premier Pet Supply. They’re individual rooms, making it a more private and neutral environment for nervous dogs. I love that Premier Pet Supply focuses on natural and high quality products. We feed our girl a mix of fresh food and Farmina kibble. Farmina isn’t sold at a lot of pet supply stores but they have plenty here! Grateful we have this store nearby. Support you local small businesses!

Finding the right food for our new puppy has been a struggle. Within 2seconds of walking into the Brighton location it was all figured out with an abundance of enthusiasm by the young lady that helped us! I’ve said it a handful of times, this is my new go-to pet store!

I love this place!!!!! I will not shop anywhere else for my fur baby!! I buy all of his food, treats, toys and anything else he needs here. They have it all!! The store is so clean and organized! They carry a wide variety of great quality products at great prices! The self-dog washing stations are awesome and everything is provided for a complete bath!!! The staff is absolutely amazing!!!!!! They are dedicated, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding customer service!!!!! They are family owned and operated which I love and they give back to the community!!!!

Very nice store and amazing staff. It's a smaller place so prices are generally higher than your Petco and PetSmarts.I love how easy parking is. The store is also very well organized and clean. They have everything you need for your pets (and even cute cats to play with from shelters)

Yesterday I used their DIY dog wash station and let me tell you, I will never give my dog a bath at home again! They have everything you need, even an apron to keep yourself dry. Plus, the two young ladies that were working yesterday evening were so sweet and went out of their way to find a treat my dog would like! I can’t recommend this place enough!

My dog loves visiting this pet store. He went on a celebration trip to pick out a toy. The staff gave him treats, pats on the head and made him feel special. He picked out his lamb chop and left with a happy smile.

I’ve taken my pitty in here twice and she’s had nothing but an amazing experience. I take her out as often as I can to give her new experiences and desensitize her. One of the biggest struggles I’ve had with her is fear reactivity with men. First time she went in there she was so happy and excited, I’ve never seen her so confident first time going into a store. The workers there took the time to say hi and one in particular took the time with her and gave her treats. Second time ( 4/10) she had another good experience, the same worker (I keep forgetting to grab their name) took the time once again to give her treats as well a gentleman (I believe his name was Zach) sat on the floor with her and gave her treats to try to help out with her reactivity. I greatly appreciate the time they took with her and the patience they had. They have a great selection of food as well as treats. With the selection of food and treats as well as the amazing staff my girl and I will be constantly coming back. Thank you to the staff there for giving us a welcoming place to come to.

Yesterday my wife and I decided to come in here after hearing online about a new pet supply store opening in town.Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by a smiling face at the register. We were browsing each aisle when the owner, Mike, asked us if we needed any help. He was extremely excited to talk with us as customers and let us know that we could relay any products we would like to see the store carry in the future.Let me tell you, the selection of various products here is very impressive. They carry my dogs food, which only one other place did prior to here. They have options for any and all particular needs a pet has, and the self dog wash is set up brilliantly. For those of you who have dogs who do not like to be around other animals or people, this segregated self wash is for you.They also have a rewards program for 1 bag of food being free after the 12th purchase and general rewards after a certain amount of points.Overall, without a doubt, I foresee this being a long-standing business in this community with the way ownership is. Being family owned, receptive to feedback in all forms, and all about the customers, that is the complete package.Needless to say, my wife and I will be coming here for all our future pet supply needs.

Phoebe, Christina? Have both been very helpful. They have patiently listened to my questions and provided good answers about the 2 Hounds Freedom Harness and leashes, heartworm preventatives, & flea & tick control. Phoebe even gently helped with my snake phobia (yep, even little ones!). I still much prefer Eskies & bunnies! I found this location quite by accident on my way to an appointment. Premier Pet supplies have never let me down. Now I have 3 locations to visit depending! Thank you👍

Store is very clean. Staff is friendly and a Greeting of the day each time I came in the store. Quite a variety of wants and needs for pets. Prices seem fair compared to others. Puppy classes I believe are offered and a couple Dog washing stations in the store.

Premier Pet Supplies has the best self-dog wash around! I have a 110lbs Bernese Mountain Dog, so bathing him at home is not an option. I love that we get our own room with a closed door here. He can shake and flood the whole room and nobody else is affected by it. He’s also not distracted by other dogs, and I can let him hang out in the room without a leash while I clean up.They also give you all the supplies you could ever need. Most self-washes we’ve been to will give us a towel, an apron, and cheap shampoo and conditioner (I usually bring my own). Premier gives you a gigantic bottle of high quality probiotic shampoo and conditioner, and they encourage you to use the entire bottle (it’s diluted and meant to be used). They also provide a non-scented version for dogs with sensitive skin, but I’ll tell you, my dog has sensitive skin, and he does just fine with their scented shampoo and conditioner, and it smells great. Additionally, they give you 2 aprons, towels, ear cleaner and cleaning supplies (cotton pads and q-tips), a regular brush, a comb, a dematting brush, detangler, and leave in conditioner and deodorizer. The wash station includes a step stool (to help your dog get in, OR if you are short like me, to help you reach your giant dog), a detachable hose with a clip (so you don’t have to hold the handle down the entire time), leash hookups, blow dryer (with adjustable intensity), a squeegee to clean the floors, and a trash can.The best part, they don’t ask you to clean. They tell you not to worry about it, they’ll do it. I clean anyways to be courteous, but it’s a nice touch. And did I mention that you get all of this for $14.99? Yep. The same price you pay anywhere else, for so much more.The staff here is great and super friendly. I highly recommend checking out this new pet store in town. It has quickly become one of our favorites.

Love that they are family owned and have a great supply of everything our family needs! They have 2 "Bathe your buddy" stations which include shampoo, towel, ear cleaner and more for $14.99! They also have rewards on a lot of their foods! Our family will be shopping here from now on!!!

This place is great! Not only is the staff very friendly and helpful but they have a huge selection of dog treats. They do have a reward system as well.
