I will never shop at this store again. They have well over 200 goldfish in one tank but will not sell me 2 goldfish for the aquarium that we purchased here for my daughter for Christmas. Regardless of what they say, goldfish do not need a 30 gallon tank. There are 3 other pet stores in town that will be happy to help me.

unfortunately, we have gotten dog food twice and ended up with maggots in the food and in our apartment. I don’t know what kind of bugs they are but it is not worth it. The store is fine, but buy your food elsewhere.

We have been to this store before and always find what we need. Just took our almost 2 year old golden for her first professional grooming and Izzy did an amazing job with her! She looks great :) Will definitely keep coming back for future grooming!

This has to me the worst groomer in Livingston County. Every time I have taken our dog it has been a complete disaster. They are so unorganized it’s pathetic. Today there were 5 groomers working and I waited over 20 minutes to get checked in because the person that was scheduled to groom my dog was at lunch during my schedule appointment time. I couldn’t wait any longer I had a meeting to get to. This was just the latest disaster appointment and the last time I give them a chance. 3 strikes your out. Spend the extra money and take your loved pet somewhere that is professional and organized because Brighton Petsmart is neither.

Find a different groomer in Livingston county please, they take 30min to check you in and if your dog barks once they have to send the “manager” in and they charge you a fee for dogs that need more attention, MY DOG BARKED ONCE LADY he doesn’t need special help because a dog barked, they didn’t want to wave the fee and when we picked up our dog all they did was make us feel like we had the worst dog in the world and there lives were now ruined because they had such a bad dog that they had to groom.

The staff is always friendly, they have a great selection for pet food, toys and everything you can imagine for your pet, they also have a groomer that totally recommend, they take walk-ins

My dog loves to visit and sniff everywhere. Dog friendly place to bring your pet. Lots of selections of dog foods, and various toys. My dog was finally able to get a squirrel for his surprise visit to the store.

This place is becoming a joke. One its way over priced on fish . And second the lady was trying to tell me how many fish to put in my tank . I know a lot about fish . Probably more then her. She told me that I couldn't put all 20 tetras in my 30 gallon tank. I asked her what size tanks these were she said 25 gallon. Ok so my tank is bigger then yours . Yet they have the tanks blocked off in sections and have 20 fish in one section. Then she's trying to tell me if I put to many fish in my new tank it could spike ammonia. I have never had this problem with my other fish . She was trying to act like she was educated on fish . But she is not. And I can see why they have so many fish. I will be going somewhere else for now on

Got this little girl yesterday!! Employees were amazing and helpful. And no problem answering all my 12 year olds questions. Hunter in particular was a huge help 👍. Would go back would recommend.

Walked out on a 400$ order because of a rude Condescending employee. Was buying another fishtank set up for our house. Was patronized about what my current fish tank had living in it. Was told gold fish can't be in water exceeding 65° which in your self care book printed in 2023 on the shelf next to us that I pulled up and showed her said 65-75. Proceeding to argue with me making my purchase experience miserable purchase. Buy all our dog treats and food there we will not be anyomore.. drove 25 minutes and had someone ridicule me in something your fish care book says other wise about. Good job petsmart

Nice, clean store for all of your pet supply needs. Would recommend better signage for the aisles, as finding specific items seemed a bit tedious. Example, was looking for a choker style training collar for my dog, went through the entire collar section, found none. But then they have these type of collars in a different section on a different aisle.Staff were friendly, store was clean. But the layout is a bit strange.

Now I am not one to write reviews but this should be said. Went in this week to give my Mini Aussiedoodle his summer full haircut. As the lady was checking my dog out she said he was too matted and needed to be sedated by a vet in order to give him a shave. Not only was this untrue, because he received a full haircut from Petco in brighton for half the price and they said nothing about his matting. It was simply just they didn’t want to spend the time doing it. Not coming back for sure.

Sat at the fish area for 30 minutes watching staff walk past me multiple times looking busy. I was finally asked if I needed help. But the staff member ended up in the bagging area and no help came. I put my fish items back and left.

Grooming area is a joke. Pay extra money and dog always comes back wet with rough broken/ bleeding nails. Staff are afraid of my dog and won’t even give her a chance. Not aggressive or ever had a history of biting. She’s just scared and the staff are not experienced at all. Big joke and a waste of my time

My visit was pleasant until I found out that I couldn’t get any treat points because their system was down and then I tried calling customer service and well it was an ordeal just to try and understand how to do what I had to do to get them and still I would have to wait to hear from them to see if I got the points much less the bonus points for getting my dog groomed. Wont be giving my business to them anymore more I’ll go somewhere where I don’t have to bend over backwards for points. And this visit was for nearly 1700 points.

Extremely helpful and friendly. We love taking our dog here, shopping for food and toys. We can also get Prescription Food here, wich saves us tons of time and money (food was cheaper to buy in store than online).
