The guy that checked us in was super nice and friendly. I explained to him in great detail what we wanted for our small dog. His fur was matted in areas and stressed to him to keep him as long as possible. Well the shock was when picking him up only to see he was shaved as short as could be possible be done. Good thing the guy was gone for the day.We called the manager later and are still waiting to hear back from him, it’s been a week now.

Brandon was attentive to my wishes and treated my dog with great tenderness. He also finished extremely quickly which contributed to less stress. He called me several times and left a phone message that her work was complete. Check in was quick and efficient as well.

Overall we were satisfied with our dog's groming appointment, our only issue was that we were told that the groomer was not able to clip her back paws, due to the fact that she was wanting to bite well since we have had our dog not once were we ever told by any gromers that she did make any attempt to bite. Our dog's nails were extremely long due to being hard to get appointments due to COVID-19. We felt we should not have had to pay for this service and at the least only pay half as only half of her paws were clipped.

They both were excellent with my dog. He hates his nails being cut, and they did it so quick. Other places I had been to had to muzzle him, and made him bleed. Both of the employees were very friendly and I appreciated that. It seems hard to come by these days.
