I was returning 3 cases of Friskies cat food I purchased online in February. The Associate was rude asking why I was returning them. It was a very negative tone, I understand asking why I would be returning, but he didn't need to be rude. My cat had just died unexpectedly and I was very upset. Before he even saw the receipt, he said I might not even be able to return them. I had paid over $75 for this food that I couldn't use any longer, I didn't appreciate his attitude and was very surprised that I had to get a store credit, rather than a refund. If I could give zero star rating I would. Very dissatisfied.

Came for the first time last week asked older lady at front counter where probiotics for cats was. She just waves her arm somewhere that way. I found another girl at the clinic to help the selection was almost not existent. Was leaving older lady stopped me and was very rude telling me she could not leave the counter to help. So I said fine I will leave you alone and left. Will never go there again.

Pick up my Shih Tzu, she was just gonna get a summer haircut, They had shaved her, and on both side of the neck the skin is showing, not happy ….. the tech said she was being mean, my dog never been mean, Daphne lays under the bed very sad, she will not be going back!!! I wish I could show pictures

I had to wait ten minutes to even get somebody to check out at the register. When somebody did finally show up I was notified "of a new program" you're now offering. Because your company has made the decision to artificially inflate the prices of all your goods, now we need to "opt in" to a PAY membership to get a slight discount. This doesn't bring the prices of the goods back down to their market value or what they were before this was rolled out. The prices for the food and litter we buy from your establishment are much higher than all your competitors now. I will not be returning to this store or shopping with your company online ever again.

I walked in, the rep came right to the counter to check my ID and got my order. The order was correct and ready when they said. The rep was pleasant and quick. In and out in minutes

Left very disappointed after spending over 25 minutes waiting for 2 different employees to try and catch the fish I wanted to purchase. Finally gave up on the last fish, since neither of them was capable of doing so, and both were confused about basic husbandry for the animals they sold and how to catch a fish out of a small cube.The discussion between them about the dead bag of fish that had been left rotting all day long certainly isn't a good way to make a customer feel like they're making the right decision purchasing fish at the store, and then telling the customer, "sorry we've been busy tonight and there are still people in the store 5 minutes after close" while checking them out is also pretty rude, especially when you're the customer and would have been out of the store with plenty of time if the 2 employees had been capable of doing their job.Very disappointing for a pet store, especially one that somewhat regularly advertises their saltwater selection in the local aquarium groups on Facebook.

Always enjoy walking into the Petco and looking at the adoptable kittens. The store is clean and the staff are helpful. Many items for purchase. They offer dog clothes, food and training classes. Plus you may purchase live birds, reptiles and guinea pigs.

AGAIN an online order is canceled due to inventory error. How hard can it be to keep accurate inventory when everything is barcoded and tied to the inventory system. You place an order based on stock of a particular location, and after they have your money they cancel the order and your money stays in their account preventing you from going elsewhere. Complete waste of time and resorces. Never using them again.

Amazing store to visit and shop for your pet. Anthony helped me and despite them being out of the product. He went to new back to confirm if they really was out and gave me different selections close if not exactly what I was looking for in a smaller size. He told me the date they get more delivered and told me about coupons to save. Now that’s a man with a small and super helpful in the morning. We need more Anthony’s in stores like him. Amazing guy

Made an appointment for my dog. Groomer took a look at my dog and stated he his razor would not go through the matt on his back legs and ears. I stated there was not matts on his ears. He stated he should go to the vet. I stated the first time he was groomed when he was a pup he was matted and shaved down. The manager in grooming stepped out stated he needs to go to the vet to be groomed. Funny that night I bought a grooming kit on Amazon and in 3 swipes it went through with no problem!! I did 3 swipes because I was shaving him down. Yet they claim they could not shave him??? It was not matted just compressed from laying on it. This was pure laziness on there part.

I spent almost 100.00 dollars, when I ask the clerk about the 10 percent offered to online customers, if you spend 50.00 or more. I think it's unfair to offer deals to customers, that choose to put you out of business. When customers come into the store they usually buy more than they came in to buy and that's the people who don't get the deals. I am not an online customers and like to see what I am buying. The clerk was very nice. I am not complaining about her. I just think it is unfair to want customers to buy online and not come to your store. I think all deals should be offered to all customers, if people don't come into the store you will be soon closing your doors, just like everyone else in the shopping center. I hope this helps you think about your customers who come and take time to visit the store and buy more than they would online.

This Petco in particular has a very nice fish/aquarium section. It is always clean and the fish are well kept and unlike most stores I go to they are all alive. I haven't seen a dead fish in any of the tanks at this store and I have never seen tanks of diseased fish. Staff is friendly and has always been very helpful. They do have a kitty adoption area at the front by the grooming centre which is always a fan favorite for my kids.
