The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy being able to take my dog in to shop. They have special treats for your pups birthday too. Very clean and has a wide selection of food, toys and treats.

Best Pet Supply Plus I have been shopping here for over 15 years. The owner Brian is amazing his personality keeps me and my husband coming back. Customer Service is hard but you will find it here for sure. Go see see for yourself he has my business.

Every time I have ever come here to stock up on fish care supplies or to get another fish I find the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. They are attentive without hovering and very tolerating of my rambunctious hyper kid not to mention my own rambunctious hyperness!On our latest visit we found the world's ugliest fish house on clearance to my daughters delight! Fake skull with red orange and black flames it is so terrible it is awesome! My daughter (and hopefully the fish) really like it. We also purchased a new pink GloFish as somehow my kid managed to convince me her Danio was lonely because the pleco doesn't play with it! It has adapted well and seems to be flourishing in the week since purchase.

Be sure to go to this pet supply Plus see Brian he is so knowledgeable about all the products. I have a 3-month-old puppy, he needed a new collar and Brian even fit the collar right to him. For me in the store cuz I brought the puppy. He knew the products. I had brought a list and we made sure I got everything on that list. There's a couple of things I was Lary about picking up myself, Brian nature I was happy with the products I was purchasing.The young man at the counter that rang up my order was also very nice.I will definitely be back oftenThank you for your excellent customer service

The lady that works in the grooming area is simply amazing! Not only is she amazing with my scared dog but I see her coming out from behind the station to make other dogs that are scared more comfortable before going back! She definitely deserves a raise! I have referred many people over to going to see her and they all feel the same way!

I've been a customer for 13 years, always receive great customer and the staff is always so courteous. Any time I ask for assistance I get a knowledgeable person and if they don't know they ask their team member. I am always greeted promptly for carry-out service. The Grooming Station has consistently taken care of our three dogs over the years and done an excellent job.

I have been taking my dog to the grooming station for 2 years and have bought all of my pets supplies there for longer. My dog was in Friday for a cut and when i asked to make the next appointment I was told to call Amanda on monday because the groomer that cut him was leaving. I called Amanda and she told me she is not talking anymore new clients. I told her that I have been coming there for 5 years and she is the one who typically cut him. She was quick to correct me and say no you have 2. In which I said so Im not new and I can wait until your next opening in September. She still refused. I told her its poor business to treat customers like this and she didn't care. I asked for corporates number she hung up. I did call and this franchise is privately owned. I personally feel bad for the owner if she is refusing meIm sure she is treating others the same. I understand that everywhere staffing is a problem but regular customer should not be turned away. Ne clients I can understand at this point. I will add my dog is 20 pounds and never has any groomer complained about him. Pet Smart is less than .25 a mile from there looks like they will now get my business for grooming and pet supplies

This Brighton, MI pet store is so well stocked and neatly organized that it's a pleasure to shop there. I truly enjoy walking in the front door knowing the products I need will be available. The employees are very helpful and kind too. Kudos to everyone!

Both people working in this store were hanging out in the office. We went in to give our dog a bath. The first lady said you are not allowed to give your dog a bath 1 hour before the store closes. So I said that's great, we are here 1 hour and 40 minutes before it closes. She said oh... it's 1 to 2 hours. So I asked to see the manager who was sitting behind the door. She said, yes it's 1 to 2 hours because we would have to clean up afterwards. I just walked out the door. They just didn't want to work at the end of their day.

I am always greeted with a friendly “hello” every time I enter the store. I am always asked if I need help finding anything, and I’m always asked at checkout if I found what I needed. The kids here work hard and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this store. Don’t worry, corporate. They are doing their jobs and doing them well.

There are plenty of pet stores in Brighton... Pet Supplies Plus however has IMHO the best staff. As they are pretty young, they may not know the answer to every question, if they don't they will get someone who does. They always offer to help get the big bags to my truck and let me know about specials. The store is always clean, and the shelves well stocked.

I love this store, they all went out of their way and I will never go anywhere else. I lived out here all my life and word of mouth is best. I tell everybody how great they are. Thank you so much to Ben, Brian, Kelly, Amanda, and Lauren. This Brighton store #85 is the only one I go to and it’s the best.

We were sent a 25%off one item coupon, so I decided to try this store. When I arrived I was greeted by a girl lounging over the register drinking what appeared to be a slurping. I proceeded to get the cat litter I came for and when I presented the coupon it was not accepted because my phone number was not in the system. She did not offer a solution to this situation, nor tell me how to get my I fo added. I assume there is some type of Info capture program is use. I felt like my business was not that important, so I went to your competitors to make my purchase.

Very poor customer service experience regarding a return of cat food that I wanted to exchange that I bought there a few months ago. the manager insisted I didn’t buy it there when I won hundred percent be bought the cat food there. That is the only place I shopped for my cat and a week or two prior I asked one of the ladies at the register if I could return it and I don’t have a receipt she said we could look it up under your phone number that I use every time I make a purchase. He said that only goes back a month sorry we can’t help you. The manager acted like I was trying to rip them off and make a few bucks off some cat food....All I wanted to do was exchange something that I bought there and I was refused A simple exchange. needless to say I will not be shopping at the store ever again and as I’m doing now I will spread the word. Very poor management

The cashiers are always extremely rude and just do not seem to care. The poor uro that has been there is not at all receiving the care it needs and when I tried asking some questions as I was interested in buying her I was essentially brushed off and told that they didn't know anything about it or it's care.

I came to the store today and all the employees were very nice and helpful… however walked down the fish isle and it stunk! Aquariums we’re filthy. Snakes in tiny enclosures with no water… bowls completely dry-it was sad.

Poor customer service. I like to support locally but I wont at this location. It was my first time shopping at this location and planned on spending a decent amount of money but I did not like how I was welcomed by the staff and they way the went about helping me. I noticed when I was in the store I was not the only person being treated this way. The store was well stocked and clean though.

I think the goldfish they sell have more intelligence and personality than the staff I had to deal with. I went in looking for frozen feeder mice for my snake. I told the girl behind the counter EXACTLY THAT. I told her I needed frozen feeder fuzzy mice and her reply was "Um, like a big fluffy mouse?" The other employee ALSO didn't know what I was talking about, and they had to get the manager to help me. I felt like I was on one of those practical joke reality shows, because stupidity like this is just unbelievable.

My friend and I recently went into this Pet Smart to look at fish. We sat in the parking lot in our car to chat a bit and discuss what we may purchase. Some of the employees thought it would be funny to continuously activate their car alarm. After about 4 or 5 times I decided to make a non emergency call to the Livingston county police who have done a good job keeping our communities safe as well as addressing those who feel the need to violate the noise and false alarm ordinances.Then the employees berated us once inside the store. I wouldn’t step foot in this place ever again. Some of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen. And frankly I’m appalled the manager didn’t address the issue immediately. When leaving the store the employees activated the alarm once again.Anyone planning on buying from here prepare to be berated and harassed. Go elsewhere.

I always take our dog here for nail trimmings. They do a nice job. This past Friday I had my dog in hand, and grabbed a box of 25 lb cat litter as well. The gentleman at the register brought it out to my car without even asking. Great service!

This is a great store that is well-stocked to take care of your pet's needs. Customer service is excellent and the store is spotless. I take my Grandchildren's beagle her to get nails trimmed. Service is fast and usually we are out of the store in 10 minutes.....unless I have other items to shop for.
