Attendant showed me attitude and disrespected me when I asked for help when checking out as if I caused her trouble. I rarely came here but decided to do so today and it was the worst choice I ever made. Management needs to do a quick check on their employees to get their act together. Kroger's should have done better

Front desk lady Grace was very rude and disrespectful, and made 90 year old man who is clearly out of breath and tired go find daughter whom was shopping before giving service about a lost rewards card! Grace made a simple task more complicated than it is. Hope you are treated with kindness when you need help Grace, unlike you showed this poor older man.

Great Kroger visit, they had everything we needed on our list. It wasn’t overly crowded and the line to checkout was reasonable. The sushi we got from the sushi stand was fresh and delicious as always. It was a good fast in and fast out shopping experience, I wish they were all this good.

Had an amazing visit the other day, I actually ran into one if the managers and we spoke about all the updates the store went through in 2023! It was very informative and impressive to see how dedicated they have been to providing a great experience for their guests! The only place I do my shopping, great selection, great service and the staff is always so friendly, outgoing and helpful! Stop on by, you won't leave disappointed!

The lady at the service desk fixed the problem I was having with the Kroger app. She was busy with customers ahead of me...answering the phone..dealing with a man from out of town who was very rude...and yet she still greeted me with a smile. What a great Kroger customer service representative!!

Karen at customer service needs to be fully retrained in customer service and politeness towards the customers who patronize this store.A simple return with a receipt and she was extremely rude. Why work there if you don't want to work with people.

December 28 28, 2023. I stood on the phone with customer service and grocery for 20 minutes. I had to call three different times to reach someone to answer my question where old English cheese spread is located. Nobody was in the customer service desk couldn’t answer and there was no manager around to do anything to help me out. I am a an angry Kroger card, carrying Customer. All I wanted to do was to find a simple cheese spread in the store. When I interested a store, the cashier running the registers pointed me in the wrong direction to cheese, where there was no glass jar cheese located anywhere. I then contacted the service desk because of visually impaired, and, I was put on hold three times for a total total of 20 minutes and decided to get shopping here. I am livid. The excuse that the customer service told me that she had people waiting in line and she couldn’t help me Blue my top because it already been talking to her for 20 minutes so obviously, I do not matter to this company and I am extremely disappointed. It’s going to be a cold day in hell Michigan before I come back here and use my Kroger card. I simply cannot believe the attitude of these people are usually love this Kroker forget it and go to Hartland or Howell I don’t need Brighton.To my 2,000,000+ viewers I wish all of you a happy new year and I hope your shopping goes much better than mine. Saturday late morning, a very busy time, and we are all herded into the self checkout to pay for their overpriced foodstuffs. Not one real person available to take our money.Thousands of employees pushing the bigass blue karts gathering groceries for someone, not one of them can lift up their countenance and say hello to a customer.Thousands of new gimmicks to get you to buy More, under the guise of Save A Dollar If You Buy Ten Of These Similar Stickered Items. PURPOSEFULLY CONFUSING! EITHER PUT SOMETHING ON SALE OR DONT!!! STOP TRYING TO CONFUSE.Really getting sick of this place.

Only one register with a cashier open at 2:30 pm. Self checkout Scanner rang up $38 dollars for 2 lbs of chicken, cashier eventually came over to void and attempted to fix. After scanning and bagging and putting all my groceries back in my cart..$185 worth, the register would not take my payment. Required management override to my cashier override! cashier called for manager 4 separate times, 10 minutes later, still no manager anywhere to be found and frustrated beyond belief, I left my groceries and walked out. On my way home, I called the store to explain what happened, this was the only response, “I can’t make people work ma’am”. I understand it’s difficult and very challenging to work with the public, but if you can’t care for your customers in an acceptable way, you shouldn’t be open.

Katie on lane 10 had a poor attitude today. She did not acknowledge us at all and did not thank us for coming. Did not say two words to us during the entire interaction. I asked her to bag a few things separately, she did not acknowledge that and proceeded to send the items down to her bagger without stating our request to her. Horrible customer service.

I do instacart and this is hands down the best kroger within 50 miles each direction! I see people commenting upset there weren't alot of cashiers but I just have one question for them! Do you guys never shop anywhere? Every place is self checkout these days...if you don't wanna be the person checking out then order instacart otherwise Goodluck

MY WIFE and I went to Kroger to pick up some items to be able to eat, as well as to cook, because WE were going to be visiting family and friends. WE found the essentials for that, as well as some other things that WE wanted for OURSELVES.

Get rid of that nasty old man in the deli. Last time I came, he cut way more deli meat than what I asked for. When I told him I didn’t want extra, he very rudely said ‘What’s the difference?’. Yesterday, he SNEEZED all over without covering his mouth. I was so grossed out I walked away. Then, I went to get a half gallon of milk and they were out completely. I walked out of the store and went to a different store. What a waste of my time!

I love there’s no manager present. I love the fact that I need three cards to check out with my own scanner. I love it when the attendant comes over and makes multiple mistakes. I guess I am more efficient than one person running six scanners. Although the although the produce section looked very nice, I don’t know why I shopped there. I am disappointing every time I go in there.

If you’re going to advertise a price, don’t do it with two different sets of fine print involved. The whole approach to having multiple coupon discounts is irritating at best and downright underhanded at worst. You count on people not catching the errors. Then, when someone calls your “manager “ for assistance all she can offer are equal measures of sarcasm and the stale reek of recently smoked cigarettes. You idiots have a Busch’s in the same parking lot, two Meijer stores within seven miles and a Walmart five and a half miles away. You’re not in a position to hassle people already enduring your ridiculous pricing schemes. You’ve lost my whole family’s business over a couple 2 liters. Congratulations.

Understaffed as is the case most days. To compound the matter, only about half of the service desk side self checkouts were working. The other set of service desk side self checkouts weren't even open. The staff that was there were trying their best, but it's still frustrating. The store was clean and well stocked at least.

Young girl name of Kayla wasn't responding to customers help lights. She listen to Manger on the floor name of Cory a female older lady whom sounds like she smokes 3 packs a day. As a waiting customer Cory told Kayla whom was ignoring all help lights so she can go on a br8.Horrible customers service between to coworkers.Cory decided to inform me I am being rude for asking Lil kya for assistance.

I stopped in Friday 05/12/23 and was in line at the U-Scan. I had stopped into the store on my way into work, and I was precise with grabbing my few items and getting into line. Once a kiosk finally opened up, a Kroger employee waiting towards the front of the store (whom I thought was the U-Scan clerk) ran to the open kiosk, cutting me off, just to scan her cigarettes.... Wasn't even quick about it after she got to the kiosk either, even she had to wait for the actual kiosk clerk to come and authorize her purchase...It was an extremely rude and unprofessional thing to experience as I started my day. And afterwards I was in a rush to get into work after that delay.YOU CAN DO BETTER!

Shopping online and picking up is really the only way to go for this store. Be prepared in person for no registers with cashiers, self check out only and a long line. I should not have to wait 15 minutes to check myself out. Forget about running in to pick up something quick. It better be a trip that's worth it to wait this long to check myself out.

Needs a better checkout layout in place for how many people visit this store, I solely do pickup orders now to avoid dealing with checkout lines. Produce section is usually picked over and the rest left is just covered in mold. Meat packaging and checkout bags are low quality and rip super easily these days.

Outstanding cheese selection. There are often discounts on gourmet varieties, and the knowledgeable, friendly ladies in charge of the cheese shop are full of tips on pairing with wines and generous with samples. Always a pleasure, they're great!🧀💛🏆 A+

Frequently use this store and love it!But I feel it’s worth mentioning to save someone from making the same mistake with there catering services. I yet again left on a holiday without the platter I ordered because of some manger not checking names on the orders. Yet again my order was given to someone else. Buyer beware!!!

You can’t trust the posted hours at the store or the two gas stations nearby. I wouldn’t risk running there if it’s late in the day, odds are it’ll be closed an hour or two earlier. This has happened to me multiple times. It’s post Covid you can tell they don’t care.
