Bussssssssy. It took quite a bit of time to activate our membership from waiting in line to the 10 minute upgrade speech.People seemed to be relatively organized though, so we will come back at different time to see if it slowed down a bit.

this really has nothing to do with Costco but thank you to the manager here who stopped me by the book section and asked if I was okay. It was a few months ago, I was having an awful time and she picked me out of a crowd and checked in on me. Even though we didn't really talk I really wish I got her name to say thank you. Having another person acknowledge me on a bad day made a world of difference and i still think about that interactionThere's also a guy in the gasoline station who makes conversation with everyone and is always in a good mood. Sometimes these little interactions make me feel like a person and I appreciate the employees who work here. So, thanks Costco. I hope these people feel valued for the kindest they put out in the world, even in little increments at a time

It’s Costco - but in Hawaii - I was expecting a bit more island specialties. They food court was the same as home. They did have a lot of pineapple and some poke and lei’s though. The gas station line and the parking lot were insane!

If 2 managers would have known their system better I wouldn’t have had to stand in line for 50 minutes to renew a membership that I could have done at the checkout like I originally asked if I could do. Only got membership because the wife wanted it. If not I would be a Sam’s club member now.

It's Costco, you're gonna go. You already have a membership. If you've been to one, you've pretty much been to them all because they're virtually all the same. Same merchandise, same food, mostly the same configuration, samples at lunchtime, 5 dolla chickens. You know the drill. I love my Costco, though. The green oak Costco has really great people working there. Super helpful, and always so dang happy. They must treat their workers really well because I don't think I've ever seen a worker there having a bad day. Now, go get a hot dog- you know you want one!

We were hoping to find in the store sometime we had see on line. So that we would know if that was actually what we wanted to purchase. However they did not have it in store. The staff was both helpful and knowledgeable about their membership card.

We love Costco but it's a trial in patience to visit on a weekend. We go for the paper products, meat, fruit, and some dry goods. We've also bought furniture from Costco and been very happy with it.

Nothing is ever in the same place twice. Staff are super helpful though.The vendors giving out free samples is usually nice. Sometimes their "snack game" is a bit lacking.A hot dog and soda are still 1.50$ I can't beat that price for a quick lunch anywhere else.Gas prices are way way cheaper, but the really don't have enough pumps to handle the crowd.No one should have to wait 40 mins to get gas.The gas and cheap hot dog + soda combo make it worthwhile for me to pY the membership fee.

Love to shop in bulk because it helps me plan for events, meals and even just snacks for the week or month! Costco is great with a variety of event and meal options that it only always helps me to shop at this store. Also, got some Christmas presents for my parents in the clothing section! Super fantastic!

We love Costco. Everyone has always been very nice even under the pressure of long lines, until Fran P. She jumped on us and the man behind us. I'm sure she was just having one of those rare bad days. Sorry she had it though while we were checking out. Thanks to all Costco team members for being you!

Every time I visit here I get stopped to show my card. The people in front of me do not. Apparently I look to young or maybe poor to be able to afford their membership.Just got selected again. Couple in front of me, no. Do better Costco.

The store was easy to get around. When I couldn’t find an item, sales people were available and were very helpful. The people I spoke with were pleasant, professional and very helpful.

The store is very clean. The check out staff are friendly and helpful. Brighton Costco offers a variety of items to choose from. Gas prices are generally lower. Great place to find organic gluten and corn free products.

I delt w a very helpful, patient & professional young woman in Electronics Dept named Taylor. She is a real asset to the Costco organization. First major purchase of a TV w delivery & setup from Costco. A very pleasant experience.

I hate having to show my card. Always crowded and just kind of meh. I have some favorite purchases here but get turned off by the ever-present costco employees. Also, I want Diet Dr. Pepper. It's not in the soda dispensers or available for purchase in the store. 😭 where is a girl supposed to get her fix?!

I really like this location. My only complaint is that they keep discontinuing items I come there specifically for. I'm considering dropping my membership because of this.

Overpriced - why pay 45 bucks a year to pay more than grocery, discount or free wholesale clubs? Not going back to pay 8 bucks for a 5 dollar bag of chips. Meat is overpriced and not worth it.

Great bulk snacks! I also bought some sweet summer shorts and polo shirts. Everyone was super nice!It's $60.00 for a yearly membership, but they were offering a $40.00 rebate. We signed up because we were there getting cat medicine from the pharmacy - it was literally 90% cheaper to get the cat medicine here instead of elsewhere and saved us over $100.00.I love it here!

Terrible experience with zero understanding from management, they publicly embarrass their customers to their own sick satisfaction. I believe the rude employees name was Lisa (self scan assistant), she seemed to get a “bit of joy” as she disrupted the check out to publicize the confusion on our account, only for me to get forced to abandon my cart of belongings and for myself, my wife, and baby to return home with no items. Shame on Lisa and the entire management staff.

Pretty much have everything you need. We actually switch from sams to Costco because of there organic selection... But the trade off has been in the cost of meat. Sam's definitely has better pricing there

The one store I can't do without. Always an incredible selection. Wild salmon, fresh fruitand vegetables, great prepared foods from, best prices on quality meat and cheeses, wines, and that's just the grocery side of the store.

Very crowded Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Gas was 30 cents cheaper than regular stations when I was there. Items in bulk. Something to think about if you drive a lot or have items you use a lot, might make it worth the membership. Lots of sweats, holiday decor, special purchases.

Clean and organized...still hate the food tasting at the ends of aisles, makes it impossible for people shopping to get where they want to go. They should be in a centralized area out of the way of people trying to spend money.
