Starting off, Miss Jesse is basically the goat. She made sure I covered all five food categories, but she did ask me if I ever eat. She said I was so skinny. she tried to feed me breakfast burrito, and when I declined politely, she was peeved, but overall was respectful. But either way I was very grateful how she cared about my nutrition.The pool was great and it had a very good temperature, but the towels were damp and dirty, and I don’t want to discuss what I saw when I saw that stain. there was no salad bar, which I blame on Miss Jesse for not bringing up because she’s supposed to cover my nutrition. Overall, the state was good and Miss Jesse was very good. Just please tell her to lay off the insults but other than that she’s doing her job keep Miss Jesse. She is a jewel. Never let her go.

Guest room was clean and housekeeping did a GREAT job keeping it that way! Linens were fresh, gleaming white. Lots of space in the room. My daughter & I didn't feel like we were in each other's way at all. Miss Jessie & her breakfast made me feel like I was back in "mama's kitchen.Interior hallways were a bit cramped. The exterior does need some TLC but the staff was professional, kind, & hospitable.

What a great experience. I travel 90% of the time with my job. And this is by far my favorite hotel. The room was comfortable, clean. And the staff was so friendly. My sisters and I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy it. It is clean & the breakfast is wonderful. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub but the best part is the staff. They are friendly and very helpful. We didn't reserve a room this year and they were almost full but they made it work finding us a room. Thank you so much! We will be back again but we'll reserve our rooms next time.

I am very impressed for excellent service and friendly staff room is very clean and lot of towels ( some hotel give you 2-3 ) they have indoor pool! Very nice extra. laundry room inside I am highly recommend! Walking distance they have restaurants grocery store! We park truck TA just few minutes walk ! They welcome truck drivers thinking about Shattle service to all around truck stops and shop !

Where do it say on this contract I can’t swap out my guess or have someone come to my room not the pool to come see me cause I’m from out of town. They never step foot in the pool area and they didn’t spend the night I had two Queen size rooms which mean I can have ten people spend a night ended up having only 5 u charge my card cause I told you I make more money then you and I’m a female and I’m 7 months pregnant. When I was told you to get rid of cup I did but yet let all the other people eat n drink in the pool area who wasn’t black they even had snacks. N was drinking pull the cameras. So you tell me where the damages was at you a black man who got talk down by black a black women and you did not like it period arguing with a pregnant women and you just ain’t like it tell the truth shame the devil you should not be a Manager. I have my lawyer pull the camera and you gone tell n show my lawyer where the extra people went inside the pool cause I already show the contract. So don’t get on here trying to be all nice calling me ma’ma because you wasn’t calling me ma’ma when you was talking to me you didn’t even wanna give me corporate number and when I did your girl employee help you out by giving me a fake one I had to call somewhere else to get the correct number. Y’all act like I’m not a educated women like I’m slow or something like I wasn’t going to be able to get the correct number. Plus you got mad cause I ask you how you knew I had a cup and you was watching me through cameras and I told you that was weird you watching my every move and you stated I’m the manger I get paid to sit and watch the cameras u made my stay very uncomfortable. You assume I live in Saginaw and I don’t so u show me in the contract where it says I can’t have guess or swap out my guess in my rooms . You need to be fired for stealing cause that’s what u did when u falsely charge my card for some I did not do. Your a manager who take his role and run it and u also stated you the manager you can do whatever you want you can not charge no one card cause you in your feelings.your very unprofessional and as long as you work there I would always tell people not to go there or recommend. I don’t even live in Saginaw or heard of this place it was just a last minute place and the stay and service was horrible due to manager second shift staff was way better. We didn’t even stay there for hr of checking in we left and went somewhere else why they was letting me up there n to swap kids so u falsely charge my card I will tell corporate and my lawyer to pull the camera and they will see they never Step foot in that pool area period. Or my room you wouldn’t let them. You acting like I had a pool party or some did u see balloons in my hand a birthday cake food in my hands decorations i don’t think so you just saw a lot of black people come in and assume. Shame on you the only reason why I even chose that hotel whatever it is because last minute and the highway was right there other then that I would not had stay at your hotel people go to Tittabawasee Hotels.

Jessie was so sweet with the breakfast, very helpful and caring towards us, anything we needed she had it for us in an instant, the eggs she made were absolutely amazing! Super sweet and nice and we are grateful for her. And Stacy was extremely helpful when we booked our room, we stayed one night and last second we decided to stay another and she was super helpful and extremely nice. Great service all around!Nearby activities: We came for the store Bronner’s and there is a shop that my brother and his girlfriend have nearby, we came to support them and this area is absolutely great!Food & drinks: Cracker Barrel is right next door and the hotel has free breakfast with the sweetest lady ever Jessie, she had everything we asked for, great service!

Had a great time and experience here! This is like your average hotel. Nice breakfast, came at 8:25 and it wasn’t fully stocked. I would’ve loved to got a breakfast sandwich. Pool and hot tub!cozy bed. Pet Friendly! I’m assuming just for dogs. I read in the comments where some people had some issues. Supposedly the hotel wants to ask you what your use of service dog is for. Which by the ADA you can ONLY ask two questions and that’s not one of them. You can only know it’s a service dog, that all and done. It’s really none of your business. These dogs are trained… Some people may be embarrassed of there disability. Anyways: Such friendly workers! Except for this one dude… The worker that was working the breakfast room was nitpicking the littlest things (which didn’t have signs for) He wasn’t nice about it at all, made it uncomfortable. He literally was coming from outside and walked in with store bought items (he had a coat on which couldn’t identity the badge) so he pulled his coat back to show it… which when he done that we literally thought he was trying to pull a gun on us… (never know) like I said he wasn’t nice about it. The staff here was wonderful, the overnight woman, Jamie, was so awesome and the bfast attendant also. The only issue I had was that the pool was sooo cold, I reported it to front desk and the man went n checked the temp and he said it was 83 and that it usually runs 83 to 86 degrees. So I asked if he turned it up to 86 and he said,"no" and I said, " ok it is what it is then."😆. So be prepared to be cold if you go swimming. Other then that everything was great and I'd def return for the price. Even the housekeepers were positive and upbeat

The first room I was given was dirty and it says non smoking in all rooms but a cigarette was lite in the sink. Waited over 5 minutes to be checked in as nobody was at the front counter. The staff member wasn’t very friendly and gave an excuse about the “mistake”. I contacted corporate to talk to someone and you can’t and you have to send an email and all they said was sorry and the manager from the hotel will be contacting you. I haven’t received a call I am very disappointed in this hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years, every time I come visit my son, it has always been clean, staff friendly and nice, pool and hot tub are clean. Highly recommend the king rooms, beds are comfortable and plenty of space.Rooms: Rooms are comfy, clean and plenty of space.Nearby activities: Frankenmuth is a 10-15 minute drive.Safety: I feel safe staying here.Walkability: Few minute walk to gas station, Kroger or food.Food & drinks: Several fast food options along with Cracker Barrel.

Steve at the front desk helped us when we decided to book our room for another night last minute, He was sure to provide us with all the information we needed and also let us keep our room we had from the night previously. He was attentive, patient, and kind. My boyfriend and I will definitely be returning on our next trip!! Our expectations were exceeded!

My mom and I came to stay here about 2 weeks ago and there were bed bugs. I got ate up the first night really bad then my mom got ate up the next. We called the hotel to tell them and they said we could have gotten them from anywhere. But I’m 100% sure I got them from the hotel but they didn’t care and didn’t give us a refund or our money back so I don’t recommend staying at this hotel you can find better hotels that are much cleaner and don’t have bed bugs in the hotel room.

They DONT ALLOW SERVICE PETS drove 3 hours for them to tell me no but it says pet friendly. So what if she’s a cat. She’s fully vaccinated with registered papers which I had but the lady with the nappy (needs died but not purple she’s too damn old for that) hair was just flat out disgusting to look at, smelled absolutely horrid & was just flat out crackhead rude. She just kept saying we don’t accept cats with a smug look on her face. I have PTSD & can’t go anywhere without my animal ….. They gave us a horrible experience

HUGE shout out to the breakfast associate, she kept the visitors involved, assisted in every way possible to make your morning wonderful! There's a tip jar for her in the morning for her assistance so please bring a few dollars down to breakfast and thank her for helping you start your day off right!

The desk and cleaning staff was very pleasant and helpful. With the exception of being eaten alive by the bedbugs, it was a nice stay.Rooms: Rooms appear clean and sheets were clean and crispy white! However, I pulled the sheets off the bed to reveal bedbugs. My arms and my back have many bite marks that are red, swollen and very itchy. I advised the desks staff and emailed the manager but have not heard from them yet!Food & drinks: Breakfast was awesomeNoteworthy details: This establishment has a bedbug problem

We bring the kids to this hotel every summer when we visit Splash Village. There's a reason we keep coming back. We have never had any issues with any of our stays here. The rooms are always clean, pool and hot tub available, free wifi and a good selection of breakfast options, but it's the staff that is the biggest reason. Every time we've stayed the employees and been upbeat, cheerful, and so helpful. There's a cracker barrel next door and fast food options just down the road. Location is great and the prices are fantastic. We plan on continuing to come here every year!

Everyone was Kind, Friendly, and Helpful. I haven't had good experience at a hotel in a long time. I can't remember the name of the lady( employee) who took our dog for a walk for us so we could get some breakfast. Really Thankful for that. Loved the cool pancake machine 👍💚 Thank you So Much for the Best service.Rooms: Clean and extra towels. 👍Food & drinks: Vending machine is cheaper pop ($2.00) verses most places are $2.37 a bottleNoteworthy details: The Hot tub felt soooo good, the pool took me alittle bit to get use to it. Our room, 2 days this last August 2023, was fine. Nothing bad, nothing spectacular. What was spectacular was the man at the front desk, Andre. Our Son and two Grandsons decided to come for a day so I attempted to book a room for the same day. The computer told Andre that there were no rooms available, he said "I know that's not right". He found a room on the same floor and booked it immediately. We went out for the day and he phoned to tell me that he had gotten us a different room that was directly across the hall from us! When we got back he was in the room cleaning it before our family arrived! That's going above and beyond! It wasn't necessary because he had already gotten us a room that was ready but he wanted us to be closer to our family! That's REAL service! The rest of the staff that we interacted with were helpful and friendly as well. Certainly would not! hesitate to come back here again
