Stopped in for a lawn tractor oil filter, the manager helped us right out with looking up the equivalent part number from the photo we provided of what we had. The other staff within the store were also very friendly as we past them in the store.

Wouldn't take anything here for service.. chainsaw was there for a week was told part be in early following week called thursday for update at first couldn't find my saw... be second time they couldn't find it. Picked it up nonfixed took it to another sthil service and was completed same day. If you take stuff here be serviced I'd have least a paper trail

Unrealistic prices on the propane grills.... Not going to spend $800+ on a propane grill to be used maybe at most a dozen times a year. Not everyone needs to impress their friends and neighbors.

Great new store! Remodeled and wow it has way better inventory and layout. Actual stock you want. Everyone whines about prices but it’s 2023, please go buy garbage elsewhere if you want to pay nothing. This place has green egg, yeti, traeger and stihl for example. Friendly workers. It had things Home Depot doesn’t have. Love this store. Just go to see the barbecue isle of spices and rubs and wood!!!

Ace hardware had previously supported their local veterans, new owners, however, I do not as a person who has dedicated 20 plus years married to the service i cannot/will not support this business. Thank God their are other business in West branch that do. Unfortunately they are big box not local, but appreciate military.

The staff is great except for one employee. This older gentleman is rude on almost every visit. I only asked for help, not a lecture. Someone might need to retire..... Soon....if you want to keep returning customers a thing!
