Nice clean walmart. Easy interstate access. Well stocked. Nice staff. Fuel is the cheapest in the whole state of Michigan. It is probably a reward for making it this far north without your vehicle completely falling apart on their dismal roadways. You will definitely need a new front end and alignment once you get here. All of the seagulls flying around the store are laughing at the customers who limp their vehicles in, Happy they can just fly above the crumbling roads. I will definitely stop to get fuel and supplies again.

The store had the microSD cards I needed. The store seems to be much cleaner than other Walmart stores... but still has tons of stuff blocking areas you need to get to.

The store was fine, clean and well supplied except for the freezer dept and it smelled like a fire had happened inside the freezer area in one section. I still bought a bag of frozen meat and unfortunately that bag and inside ingredients tasted like smoke. Extremely strange.

Very clean, well stocked & friendly associates!As I am handicapped I sometimes need help from an associate to bring me an electric handicapped cart (amigo). The associate that helps me the most is “Jesse” a really nice guy, very polite and attentive to my needs, I usually see him collecting the shopping carts in the parking lot, a real hard worker and an asset to Walmart!

Well for one when you want to get your car serviced, you have to wait a while around or walk around to find somebody to help you cause there’s never anybody usually at the desk you think you’re getting a good job but only then to get home and find out it wasn’t done properly had to take it back to him to do it right the first time a trip wasted at my cost and expense. Need to make an improvement there big time they tell you to call in and make an appointment for a tire rotation but not for an oil change but if you call in and you want a oil change and tire rotation, they don’t even write down you want a tire rotation you have to go through all of the steps to get a tire rotation and oil change makes no sense at all and the explanation of the computer does it doesn’t fly with me I try to give trust in them, but with me when you break that trust too many times, it can’t be put together Mr. manager of the Walmart supercenter. I suggest you may want to make some changes for the batter not the worst.!!! I am very very dissatisfied with having to drive 25 miles there and 25 miles back home for something they should’ve done right the first time sincerely disappointed customer

I love my West Branch Wal-Mart. It has that hometown feel that is priceless. I often shop at night when it’s less crowded and love visiting with the staff who are busy stocking the shelves. They always ask if I need any help or they stop to look something up for me. I’ve asked for the manager several times (in true Karen style 😉) to complement the whole staff on their friendliness and attention to detail.

This place sucks.. Greeters don't 'greet', the last one wouldn't even look at us when we walked in, never even said a word. Fruit molds within 3 or 4 days. Mystery meat.. They carry Baby bells (cheese) but not my favorite flavor which is just regular white cheddar, the only ones they seem to carry all just say 'soft cheese' (which I tasted and did not like at all). They stopped carrying my favorite all natural orange juice, even though everytime I went there to buy some in the past there were always only a few left in their section. Employees didn't seem to know what was going on and why they were not getting anymore deliveries.. Their food is very questionable and their apples seem to be 'painted' sometimes, as I've actually washed off some of the paint before eating them (which I didn't). Do not shop here if you don't have to!

Its was busy, I don't like shopping large busy stores. Everyone bumping into each other with there carts. I personally don't like walmart due credit card fraud years ago. When my card was used so I will never use my card here again. Prices are decent, but safety always must be first. I didn't shop here was here with my boyfriend. He loves this place.

Horrible women working in that store, especially up front! Power tripping b/c their only accomplishment is having worked at Walmart for 15 years! Hey, take that power and validation where you can get it huh B! Definitely not a "go in" store!

I already gave a 5 star at our wonderful cashier’s station whose name was Mary B. A few days before Thanksgiving so sure enough it was kinda busy, but the atmosphere was amazing. It was kind of nostalgic and brought my heart back to my childhood when I heard, “I’m opened up on 8! To I’m opened on 9!” I looked around and saw all but maybe two checkout lanes open, employees in good spirit and customers chit chatting with their cashiers with smiles. My husband always tries to hold the heavy stuff for cashiers to scan but Mary B. With her cheerful spirit came right around and was happy to scan from the cart and return back to her station with out missing a beat on being very friendly. Good job Westbranch Walmart! Keep up the good work! 💚

I placed a $600 grocery order for a pickup and upon getting home with it there was chicken juice spilt all over our fruit and vegetable and our cereal bags. When called up there Sarah stated they couldn't just do an even exchange but had to do a return and reorder which I would have to wait 3-5 days for the money to go back on my card. I just want food that I ordered not to be covered in chicken juice since their employees don't know how to bag raw meat separate from fruits and vegetables. Not impressed at all and do not recommend this Walmart.

Technology is changing each year. When I shop and need assistance, there is always someone there to help me. The store can be busy and if I run into a snag, someone is there with a smile. I have always shopped at Walmart. The fact that you can do one stop shopping has made life bearable, be it grocery shopping, clothes, or incidentals. Managers do a great job. I thank the employees, when I can, for all of their hard work.

I was a new customer to this location. Stopped to grab food for our camping trip before heading to the UP.It's a Walmart - can't expect much. It's the epitome of America. I don't know what's worse the fact the this place is ruining local business or the fact that it's filled with the common American.It's simply put by a West coast freinds of mine when she said"That was the largest collection of white people I be seen in a lot of time"

I'd give this place a no star if I could. After working there for 3 years. I put my 2 weeks in like your supposed to after finding a better job. I was fired a week in. After applying for unemployment for the last week before starting my new job, I got a letter from michigan saying I don't qualify for it. The state of michigan sent me a letter stating that Walmart said I quit which from my understanding is not true at all.I was denied papers stating this from Walmart the day after my last day.If i wanted to quit i wouldn't have put my 2 weeks in. My opinion I don't trust Walmart after this at least the people running this walmart.

Looks like they are remodeling. Shelves are out of place and some empty. I found what I needed. Groceries available. Garden center. Self-checkout option. Curbside pickup too. Easy access to I-75.

Up in West Branch here, this store is amazingly clean. And products are easy to find, None of the shelves have been trashed like you see in the Detroit metro area. Lots of employees there that know where everything is. The fresh food was just that, it was fresh we arrived at 1030 at night to a very clean store fully stocked nice to see people taking pride in their work.

NOT SUPERCENTER, the people they promote have the worst customer service anywhere around up north. Representatives are no where to be found if needed anytime, when they do know absolutely NOTHING and frequently send you in the wrong direction. I suggest Ogemaw county takes their business over to Meijer insted. Like they state " I don't know what to tell you"All this could have been averted by working out a deal for the stock holiday card. Was over and were going to throw it out anyway. Show YOU

Took back a battery for my zero turn mower Walmart has junk for lawnmower batteries.Had it 2 weeks only, Update 02/2024 Walmart is getting worse so I take my shopping to Meijer a Michigan based company, with there newer location in Westbranch, I just wished Meijer would have a oil and tire center.
