Just had an oddly unpleasant shopping experience here. It's my first one and I doubt I'll be back. Two of the associates went out of their way to be rude. It was really bizarre. Fortunately there were two who were very pleasant. Wasn't enough to balance out the poor experience though.

It's a pretty average run-of-the-mill shop, with large quantities of clothing. I was kind of discouraged by the slightly annoying dust on some display structures, in addition to half of the store's 4 registers being used for sorting merchandise at the time. If anything, though, customer service is great, with the employees greeting us and asking if we needed any help.

This is a regular stop for outdoor wear. It's a bit pricey but there are usually sales and the products are good quality. This store is always neat and the staff is friendly and willing to go in the back to look for sizes.

Fabulous! I recently lost EVERYTHING in a house fire. The staff helped me find a set of replacement clothes I can wear for work for under $25.00! They were very caring and compassionate and beyond helpful!

Loved this place!!!! Clearance value was insane....i really walked out of there with 60 dollars of new looks... i really thought when i left that they only catered to size 0... but i was wrong... if you are going for large i suggest xl for their size but i loved the value

I love the store but have never had a good experience with the employees, including managers. They stand around and talk and show no effort to help out customers that are having difficulty finding certain items.

I bought NOTHING here this afternoon because the long dark-haired associate with glasses wouldn't stop her very important clothes folding to unlock a fitting room for me. Signs on the fitting room doors said they were open, but she said they were closed because they didn't have enough people working. So I put the clothes I wanted to try on back. I guess the associate doesn't think it's all that important to SELL the clothes.
