Nice selection of items inside, and friendly staff. One bathroom you need a key for.There are some hot food options, such as chili, hot dogs, and mac and cheese.I was told they usually have a bon fire going for all the off roaders, but it was not happening while I was there.

Love this store ..it has everything for the weekend , from wine , beer , cheese , dry goods, gas and now hot soups too .. it catters to snowmobile goers .. glad to see it still in business

I have been buying the cheese here for about 9 years. This last time , 2023, I noticed the habanero/ ghost pepper cheese was processed. Not happy with the flavor. Don’t know what happened, but not satisfied, and will be looking for somewhere else to get my unprocessed cheese. Same price for fake cheese???

One of many places I came as a young child on a snowmobile. Went yesterday and nothing had changed. Great service and selection of cheese and meats! Can’t wait to come back up!!

I have been coming up to the little town of Harrietta, which is right down the road from boon for many years to go to my grandparents farm. I guess the boon store is under new ownership/management I have never been treated so poorly and rudely and disrespectfully by people in that store , I might be an out of towner but my grandparents. Have had property up there longer than you could walk and to make my daughter feel uncomfortable sitting in the vehicle while you’re standing outside of my vehicle was it cause she’s a Melanated child said did her presence make you uncomfortable at the end of the day, I truly hope it did…. so to the middle aged bigger guy that works there shame on you

Nice little convenience store at the end of snowmobile trail. I stopped in, got a snack and a beverage. They had homemade soups and chili. The staff was very nice! You can get rec gas here. Behind the store, about 200 yards, is an area where there is a fire pit. Looks like it gets lots of use from the number empty returnables I saw in a large trash bag nearby.

Very friendly nice party store...but! The sell cheese and cheese curds they make. It is tasty goodness and if you're into heat, try the habenaro or scorpion cheese. Too hot for me anymore but they have something for everyone.

Great selection of cheeses. From wine cheese, chocolate cheese, morel and leek cheese, horseradish cheese, and on and on. And I love the grass fed. Pasture raised ground beef. Other typical choices for a small country store. Friendly people too

Great little store and they really work hard at finding their niche. The Cadillac Area Snowmobile Trail System benefits greatly from having them. Stop by grab some gas, food, drinks and swing by the fire out back!

Best cheese on the planet ! Staff is wonderful, nice little country store,, they are doing some upgrades to the inside of the building so there's a little construction going on but dont let that stop you from going there.!

If I could give a hundred stars I would this place is more than a gas station to me it represents a whole lot of fun that I've had in the north check out boon fire when it's cold and you need a place to gather and relax from a ride in the forest that's in their back yard. great place

love the assortment of specialty cheeses they carry there. They will also pump gas for those who need help. The Boon grocery is the epitomy of the old fashioned small town grocery. Please support this small town grocery. They are asking for newowners to take over for them. So if you are looking for anopportunity in a small rural community this may be just what you are looking for.

I would rather be tied to a car and dragged behind it all the way to cadillac then go to a store that can't honor manufacturer coupons on cigarettes ." so if you want merchandise from,Dollar Tree,Dollar General,Aldi, that is marked up 200% then this is for you...the blonde lady that works there dose not know her math so be sure to check ..also the gas pumps are from the 70's ..I have not seen a weights and measurement certificate on any of them...just go to cadillac
