I am thankful for my Deliverance because I am very upset at this haircut my dog received from this location by “Anne” . Like , there’s no way my dogs hair is so unleveled that she looks like she has an entire patch missing ! The only thing they did well was make her coat softer and gave her some nice fragrance . I will never give them my money again at this location , especially not “$122” 😡 and ofcourse you have to pay before they even show the dog !

We took our little dog here and our dog is the sweetest dog ever she only reacts if you hurt her. she’s only 9 pounds And they left her halfway through her grooming and on top of that customer service was horrible they were rude and not trying to work things out.I told them show me the cameras if she reacted and they said no we cannot show you the cameras.Never going back here and if you listen to me don’t ever take your dog here the manager and the worker were rude they did not want to hear anything and they hang up the phoneWorst place ever

If I could give 0 stars to this PetSmart location, I most definitely would. I brought my three-year-old nephew here to buy some goldfish for his birthday. The lady working near the fish section was nasty. She had no manners and obviously needed to improve her customer service skills. My three-year-old nephew was overjoyed to get these fish, but the lady who worked in the fish section repeatedly disregarded him when he asked her several questions about them. He is only three years old and is both curious and thrilled. We requested her to grab the fish for us out of the tank, and she said “NO” since we didn't have the "proper tank" after we told her many times we have an aquarium at home. She almost made my nephew cry after telling him no about 5 times. We finally did get the fish after I told another worker to assist me because I would not deal with her but I will never come here in my life again. And I Believe her name is Isabel. Very disrespectful and rude.

Although we were customers for 3 years our favorite groomer left. Still tried our luck with them and was not pleased with the customer service. Kayla B does not have the experience needed to groom dogs. I wouldn’t advise anyone to choose her for servicing their dog. Lucky for us we found a new grooming home for our goldendoodle!

I get grooming from Petsmart in Bloomfield Hills. They do a very good job on my goldendoodle, which is not an easy dog to groom. I highly recommend Petsmart grooming.

07/24/2023 This is the 5 time I was taking a Grooming service at PET SMART and was so disappointed by one of its associates who is working in the Grooming department that is COURTNEY C.Due to her behavior towards me and our dog, I will never visit this location at all in the future.My dog has recently got neutered and was there on Cone for the whole 14 days. We didn’t remove the cone for a single second also for the entire 14 days because he found out a way with the cone itself to lick that place and removed some part of the stitch the very first day after the surgery. That is the reason we were so careful in taking out the cone from him, due to which he developed matting on his ears and also at the leash part.After his 14 days is completed and doctor gave a Green signal for grooming we have taken appointment at Bloomfield Township Pet smart location with COURTNEY.She shaved his head only and gave us a call stating that he developed EAR HEMATOMA and the moment we arrived at the location considering it as Emergency, she started barking at us by accusing me and my husband as bad parents.Not only treated us with rude behavior she also stated the below words by which my heart was broken into 100 pieces.‘If you have a child and if you treat them like this they will take your child away from you’.We cared about our dog a lot and due to his critical condition at the time of surgery we didn’t comb him and he developed matting at the ears. With this single issue she gave us wrong information that our dog is in serious condition and need to be taken to VET, without taking him to VET she declined to do the entire service and left him with half head shaved.We ran to emergency and confirmed that it is not an issue and also the very next day we visited his regular doctor and confirmed that he is completely healthy.With Courtney’s wrong assumptions I went into serious depression for that entire two days and ran around hospitals by holding him with half head shaved.It doesn’t matter what is the situation, the associate who is working in Pet Smart doesn’t have a right to bark on the customers and accuse them saying that they are bad parents. It is VERY VERY RUDE behavior and not at all accepted.I do understand matting will cause a huge problem in dogs and I know how to take care and all. Due to his surgery being a bigger problem for us we have kept this matting issue a side for few days and immediately when doctor gave us a green signal we sent him for grooming.We didn’t ask a FREE service from them to remove the matting or shaving him. We are paying for each and single minute of their hard work and service and in return we are getting this kind of service from them which is very disappointing.If you ever try to take a grooming service in this location please please please don’t select COURTNEY C. It would effect your mental and physical health.

My experience at thr bloomfield hill location was terrible. I asked for something specifically. I paid 147 plus package. I went to pick up my goldendoodle ( mind you their hair is curly) does not mean their hair is tangled. The groomer Courtney was rude, and did as what she thought was best fir my pet. She obviously does not know how to deal with the goldendoodle hair material. She was obviously being lazy and thought cutting all of her hair was the solution. The Manger only gave me a small portion of refund for the charge the groomer charged.I've never cried so much and was so angry she should have just refused her service instead of deciding what to fo without my permission. I git better customer service in the riochester location and my pet then was rescued from the shelter

Petsmart Bloomfield is absolutely the best. From training, grooming, to all the employees. They really will do anything for pets, and the pets owners.Sam, in the grooming salon, is absolutely wonderful! Rocco's favorite store!Thank you to all for the outstanding service!

I’m only giving this 1 star because I can’t give it anything lower.I am utterly disappointed with my experience at PetSmart pet service Southfield location . During Bath & Brush visit of my Pomsky, they not only shave my dogs butt area, they shaved it uneven, some parts were long some parts down to the skin and some parts middle length, looks horrible. My dog has had Bath & Brush at other PetSmart locations many times before and was never ever shaved anywhere. They should known husky and shepherd type dogs should not be trimmed and If they thought it really needed it, should have asked for my permission first. When I complained about it, they said they always shave the dogs butt when “they” think it’s needed. I don’t care what “they” think, it’s my dog, should have asked for my permission first, it’s the worst shaving I have seen on planet earth. Anyone could have done a better job.Never going to any PetSmart again for anything.

I came in 20 minutes before closing to grab some dog food. I stopped to ask the a Pet Smart team member a few questions of food suggestions for my older dog. Nancy was very helpful and friendly. She took the extra step to asked the Store Manager, Kendra, for additional suggestions. Kendra shared her suggestions and was very helpful too. I didn't mean nor want to slowdown their closing duties but they never rushed me or me me feel uncomfortable. The other team members was friendly but I didn't catch her name. They went above and beyond my expectations. I am very pleased this location has opened and will l recommend it to others. Thank you ladies!

Super helpful staff that are fairly knowledgeable on pet care. They answer questions honestly, and not just what you want to hear to make a sale. Definitely something that a lot of the superstore pet stores needs to take lesson from.

This store is pretty cool always has a bunch of adoptable pets , including reptiles. Snakes , lizards , fish , rodants and tons of aquariums , and stuff for fish and reptiles , pet toys and food. Better than most places I've been especially for being a big box store.
