My first experience started with booking the grooming appointment, I actually spoke with the owner, Dawn, She was so friendly and great! I came in for the appointment today with my clients Labradoodle, I showed the groomer Photos of what my client wanted her dog to look like and Stephanie went above and beyond to do so! I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the store, the friendliness of the staff and everything overall! I’ve already booked the next grooming appointment and can’t wait to be back!! Our special needs senior dog is not the easiest to handle and other groomers were reluctant to deal with her but I am so happy our vet recommended Earthwise. Stephanie was amazing and they were so accommodating of our schedule and our dog’s issues. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Took my pup in yesterday to get her nails clipped. She is very difficult and the groomer tried her best even though she was only able to get the back paws done. Unfortunately My spicy little French Bulldog took a nip at her. Hopefully she does better next time. As far as the pricing goes, it wasn't bad and they were able to get me in within half an hour of calling. The store itself is great and really focuses on the best products and ingredients for your pets.

My cat Bean is the definition of a scaredy-cat. He has only been medically groomed for being so timid and afraid of everything. This was his first time at any groomers and i now know there is no other place i would rather take Bean. Every employee was super friendly and welcoming. The main groomer as well as the second one i saw later were extremely comforting and cheerful. They made me feel so relaxed and trusting, i know they did their best to make sure Bean was comfortable too. From now on, I will go out of my way to come to this store just because of how great the experience was. Thank you all :)

The staff and groomer were able to accommodate my appointment even after running late. I was grateful due the limitations on the rescheduling. Felicia, the groomer, was very professional and our Husky was very calm and pretty after her appointment. A repeat customer and satisfied with the service. Thank you !

My Jack Russell “Terror” angel baby and I received such a warmed welcome. This shop is adorable. The way they arranged the products made it easy to find everything I needed. I found the cutest treats to finish making Halloween treat bags for the fur babies.The staff at EarthWise Pet is very knowledgeable. They were able to direct me to products appropriate for a dog with special dietary needs. They love animals & it shows genuinely through their great customer service. I received great nutritional information on an array of products. My dog-child felt very comfortable at EarthWise and so did I.It was a pleasure to meet our new friends at Earthwise. We will visit them regularly.My dog child says “thank you so much for the belly rubs.” He left the store and enjoyed one of your treats in his car seat. He loved every morsel of it. Thank you again for your kind and warm welcome and your great service.

I have been going here for almost a year for my dog's grooming! They are the BEST! I love Stephanie, she is able to handle my dog who is pretty difficult to groom. The owners are also so nice! Always remembers who we are and always helping out with anything we need! They really take the time out to help you with recommendations or whatever else you need and didn't make me feel bad at all when my puppy was difficult to groom (on several occasions) in the beginning. I won't go anywhere else! They really care about their customers.1 tip-make your grooming appointments well in advance! They fill up quick!

We were exploring the idea of changing our dog's food from the popular varieties found at most pet stores to something healthier. Also we wanted to get something to help prevent tooth and gum problems. The personnel at the store were incredibly nice. And very understanding. They explained the pros and cons of various approaches to diet and dental health. We left with new food and were told to transition from the old to the new gradually over a 10-12 day period. We were very impressed with both the store and the knowledge of the personnel.

This is an awesome place. Groomers are knowledgeable friendly and caring. They always do a great job on my dog! The whole staff that I'm familiar with couldn't be better super friendly. Will continue to do business there, never had a bad experience. That bad review that I just read is unfortunate, unfortunate that petty people have too much time on their hands. It's almost entertaining that a company with nothing but great reviews(literally look for yourself) has people and their friends apparently leaving bad reviews like children. This place is worth my half hour each way drive because they care for my dog and treat her great!

We just adopted our first puppy! The staff was so helpful in showing us which items we needed and shared many helpful tips with us! My husband took our puppy in the next day to use the self-wash and they walked him through everything. They even recommended a great puppy trainer. We are so thrilled to have found such a great resource and a great selection of products for our puppy!

This place is amazing. I needed a self dog wash on a Sunday after picking up my pack from the dog sitter. They smelled less than amazing, and I have four dogs. They didn’t judge me for having a large pack and were so very nice and accommodating. Their self wash is the best I have been at. The equipment was great and there were two choices of shampoo per bay. I will be back and highly recommend Earthwise.

I took my two medium sized dogs around 55 pounds to use the self serve washing stations. Very nice setup, price, and my back is happy. The employees are very nice and friendly and take the time to explain things.

The drop in dog bathing stations are a godsend! I love being able to drop in whenever I need to. I have a more nervous dog and I don’t like to leave him at groomer’s because he gets so anxious. I had to for one instance and everyone here took such good care of him! I was very nervous and they were so sweet! Highly recommend

The self-wash was very clean, easy and had everything we needed. It was real quick since it was so efficiently laid out. My dog was a little anxious walking in the door and they provided him a huge treat to keep him busy which was perfect. Will never try washing our dog in the bathtub at home again, self-wash is the way to go!

I love this pet store! The owners and employees are super friendly and want to help you find the best products for your fur baby! They give samples of food so you can make sure your dog or cat tolerates and likes the food before you buy! Great healthy treats and excellent quality food brands. My dog loves playing with the owners dog when she is there! They have grooming but I haven’t tried it yet but plan to. A great pet supply store all around!

What a great place! Super family owned business great selection of healthy pet food, snacks and all your pet needs. Abby is a nutritionist there she is very knowledgeable and informative on giving your individual pets diet needs:) my vet recommended I go on line to talk with a pet nutritionist so when I walked in the store and found Abby I was thrilled! Your pet doesn’t have to have issues to seek out a healthy diet. Check this store out!

I had the most wonderful experience with my 6 month old Cockapoo. She’s normally terrified of being groomed to the point of it being stopped mid-groom. Not today. Stephanie her groomer talked with me about my concerns, then suggested we hang out in the store for a time for her to adjust, different members of staff came and sat on the floor with my pup to get her to relax. Stephanie managed to groom her really well, but held off with too much clipper work and didn’t mess with her back legs as both were upsetting her. She said she would like to keep working with her and suggested I bring her in between grooms to get her familiar with everyone and we’d gradually be able to work on her more. Really great experience and I understand why they are booked so far in advance.

Took my dog there today for the first time for a self wash. Amazing experience. It was quick and easy and the best part is you don’t have to clean up after. My dog hates baths, but sat nicely in the tub so it was a wonderful experience for him too.The people who was working today walked me through the whole process. They were friendly and helpful.

Earthwise Pet is an amazing place with knowledgeable and friendly staff! First of all they care most about the health of our pets and find the best food fit just for them!! I bring my dogs in for nail trims, healthy food and to use the self wash! My dogs are not great for nail trimming and their educated groomers have figured out the best method so my pets feel safe and happy. They treat my pets like their own and we will keep coming back! Not sure about the bad review below but someone obviously has it out to tear a great business down.

The pet nutritionist there ( Abbey) was extremely helpful to me! She definitely knows about pet nutrition! She helped me know I’m on the right path and clarified a study I was questioning on dog nutrition. Can’t thank her enough!Highly recommend this store! Quality products and knowledge!!💝

I was greeted at the door by the owners’ mini Bernedoodle, Noel. She was gentle and reacted appropriately with the social signals my dogs displayed.I used the self wash to bathe both of my large breed dogs. The tubs were easy to load the dogs in and out with a removable ramp to help out. The shampoo and conditioner smelled great and left them both feeling so soft and silky. I loved the access to the dryers, it really helped to get all of their under coat loose so I could brush it out. I did bring my dogs in separately and I’m glad I did as there wouldn’t be a place for the other to be confined before/after their bath. I was only gone 5-10 minutes in between and the staff had already cleaned and sanitized the space before I returned. The cleaning process seemed very thorough and I was very impressed!After I finished, I had a fun chat with the staff and other customers. It is obviously a pet friendly store but make sure your pet is ok with others! Overall, it’s a great shop with great people. I will definitely be coming back.

This was an awesome experience for my dog and I! He hates baths and the self serve bathtub was perfect!! It was super easy to use! The staff was very helpful! My dog was very happy that I was the one giving the bath! Best part is no cleaning up after, you just pay and go! We even bought some goodies on the way out! Highly recommend! Very clean!!

Saw this place while at HomeGoods and decided to check them out. Met with Abby who is a nutritionist for animals and recommended healthy choices for both food and treats for my new four month old Bulldog. She was most excellent and provided personal service you can’t get at the big box stores. I highly recommend!

I've used their self wash and also had my pups groomed. They do an excellent job and are extremely helpful. The groomers know I like my Schnoodle's beard and always call BEFORE they cut it down due to matting. The nutritionists and the owners are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I will NOT spend my money at a big box pet store, prefer this small business who care about me and my dogs.
