I stopped in here for the first time a few weeks ago when I had an issue with a hunting rifle and needed some special screws, these guys were so cool with me an knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out in a few minutes and spent less than $5. Today I went in with a special project. Long story short I needed a quick fix rig on my nigh vision goggles, and two of the employees spent a ton of time and not only did they get me the parts I needed; they stayed late to help me get it assembled and back together. Cant recommend them enough. Way better than any big box store and the customer service was outstanding. Thanks again guys!

I needed a whole house filter, Gill-roys is pretty much the only place in town to find anything, but they usually always have it. They had the exact water filter that I needed and kept me rolling onto my next job!Keep up the good work guys

It's a shame that they now own Lambertville Do It Best. Prices have increased and they were already higher than big box stores. No one minded because it was a locally owned business. But a 5 pack of lawn bags, for example to be over $4 is ridiculous. Buy them at big box for under $3.

For being a small town hardware, they have a lot of things you just can't live without! And they are great at helping you find those things too! I gotta admit, I was sad to see Gilson's close up shop, but Gilroy's is actually a lot like Gilson's used to be, except different employees. It's nice being able to get what I need without the drive to Adrian every time.

Can't count the number of times I've gone in looking and came out with exactly what I needed. Great friendly staff, Fred the manager is an amazing guy and very knowledgeable. Once Fred even lent me one of his taps for a quick job so I didn't have to buy one service like this just isn't found anywhere else today. Fred and staff my hats off to yall thx for the great service and consistently getting me outta binds.

The young people working were very friendly, but had no idea what a hot water drain valve was or if they had one in the store. Even after showing them a picture. Kept pointing out metal pipes and describing if they were male or female. (More than what was necessary) The man at Lowes new what I wanted and had one...

Been dealing with gill-roys for years.They have more knowledge then any other hardware I've ever been to. They have a better selection of the things you need that nobody else has. I highly recommend this hardware and the people who work there. Extremely knowledgeable about most hardware related issues issues.

I went into the Blissfield Gill-roys about a week ago to get some stuff for my house. When I was walking in there was a employee sleeping in a white truck right by the front door, very unprofessional. I didn’t get greeted by anyone or asked if I needed help finding anything (which I did) so with no employees in sight (besides one cashier) I had to find everything myself. When I went to check out the cashier was really nice and I asked to speak the the manager because of the poor customer service and she pointed the the white truck and said he’s sleeping. So I just paid for my stuff and left. This would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the cashier.
