First time visiting here yesterday. Staff is extremely friendly and will help you find whatever you need. Their prices are excellent. I will never go to any other pet store now that I’ve been here!!

Showed up at 6:45 on a Tuesday and was told by Hannah that I couldn’t give my dog a quick 15 minute bath because the store closed at 7:30 and they were all still dirty and she needed to clean them? After that, she said they were suddenly also being used, despite there not being one single car in the parking lot. Hannah also has a very bad attitude for working in customer service. Won’t be back to this location - the Grosse Pointe location is SO much better!! Highly recommend that location! They are so friendly and accommodating!

I went to the store in Southfield for the first time and was impressed with how much they carried and the variety of items. I went there specifically for a harness for my shepherd. To my dismay I could not find the price of it listed anywhere and the cashiers had a line of people, so I figured I’d look for a coat for my dog as well. I found one for dogs who hunt and the quality looked great not to mention they had the size my dog needed which I’ve had a hard time finding in general pet stores. Once again I could not find the price. Another customer was next to me and she too could not find it! So I decided it was not worth my time. I turned around and walked a little bit and saw the doggie mats and was very curious on the price as I have one that I really like and considered getting another one. Well guess what, once again there was no price. At that point I was done with this store but did pick up a treat for my dog before I left. I told the cashier about my disappointment and she was very sorry and went out of her way to make me happy before I left. If it wasn’t for her, my rating would have been a 1. I went in there to buy a harness and would have walked out with that and the coat had I not been so frustrated not finding prices when I walked in.

always enjoy my visits here. Staff is always super friendly and extremely helpful with any questions and concerns i have. i will go out of my way to come to Hollywood feed rather then going to any other pet store. they price match and love their frequent buyer program

Really liked the dog wash station! It has 3 different shampoos, towels and a hair blower! It was fun to wash my dog! But Toby was a bit less happy 🙁🐕‍ 😁

The best staff , personally involved in helping you with your choices. Robin is a ray of sunshine to everyone she meets. So glad too see her here from Bloomfield. She's the reason we drive to Hollywood!

We brought our new puppy Oliver to the store to get suited for a new collar and leash. It was such a great experience, the staff was helpful and friendly. Ren was fantastic helping us find everything we needed and introducing us to some new treats for our pup! Will happily be back to shop again!

Excellent customer service! I love that when you walk in, they immediately want to help you get what you need. When I come in for dog food, they get it for me and carry it to my car for me.I love taking my sog here for the self-service bath as well because it makes giving her a bath so much easier.

Super nice people. They have an awesome dog washing (self serve) station, lots of quality food and toys. For example they always offer to carry dog food to my car, and I'm a 27 year old able bodied dude.They'd take the clothes off their back to help a customer. They have a great store that's worth going to

Used self service dog bath and will definitely be returning back. My bulldog has sensitive skin and the self service bath had all sort of shampoos and conditioners to choose from. 10/10 would recommend

They host cat adoptions on certain Saturdays! So fun to see the cute little fuzzy nuggets while shopping ❤️ The staff is so friendly, I would honestly come here over other pet stores for the customer service alone. Keep up the great work

I forgot the ladies name who helped me but she helped direct me to the dog beds and which one fit my needs and offered any other questions and was very friendly. Everything in the store was very organized and I found what I needed with the "employee favorites" I found something my brothers dog liked too.

Best grooming stations around with semi- private doored-in stalls for dogs who like a little more privacy ( we love this option compared to scrubbers, which has mostly open air communal cleaning stalls). We also loved the selection of baked goods and high-quality dog food brands 😀 A bit pricey for treats but the highly affordable grooming stations make up for it for sure. Def a new neighborhood favorite!

I absolutely love this store! I have been bringing my dogs here for years. They offer self bathing dog stations and they store is always very clean. Today I'm writing because I wanted to share about my pleasant experience with Katie. All the employees are always friendly. But, she is one that definitely stands out. When I called to ask if a mask was required (since I forgot mine at home) she was super friendly and let mw know it was not needed (but they had extras if I wanted one).Once my dog and I arrived we were greeted and felt welcomed. Katie ended up being the same person that greeted us (the other associate did too. Both were very nice). Katie asked what brought us in today...and then helped us find the perfect treats for my dogs needs. She was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful.I love going here and will definitely be back soon! Thanks Katie for the great recommendations and showing my Layla love and affection. She recently lost her sister (Tesse) and has been feeling blue. Today's visit cheered her up and we thank you. :)

Don't share your contact information with them.I never shopped here but somehow they put me on their email spam list. They mailed everyday, sometimes without unsubscribe links, and when they had them they were broken. I escalated the problem, and despite a promise not to contact, they continue to spam me.

The staff are amazing and always helpful. My dog loves coming to the store to see them and get such high quality goodies. This store helped us find a food that didn't upset my dogs stomach and provided us with the knowledge we needed about each different kind of brand. Always a pleasure and good time when we visit pet people!
