So many stores are empty now but the Carter's kids clothing store was great and had so many great deals I was able to get more than I had planned to for all 3 of my grandsons. They do now have lots of antique shops.

All the employees were standing in the back just talking g to each other. They had one person greeting at the door and 1 on the register but the other 4 were just hanging out not helping anyone trying to spend there money.

Love this store! If you're looking for some good deals on awesome clothes, I would definitely recommend making the trip to the Birch Run Outlets and visiting The North Face store. The staff are helpful and friendly too. Happy shopping!!

Great experience had a lot of help from everyone. I bought a $200.00 coat that was half off but I didn't appreciate the fact that I was 50 cents away from getting 20% more off and they wouldn't give it to me. I ended up buying the cheapest thing in the store which was a North Face bag at $6.00 in order to get the extra 20 %. All in All great store, great prices I ended up with a beautiful coat.

The people that work are the rudest! I shop here often and always buy something, and they act why are you here! No one wants to be here and not friendly at all! If you mess up folded shirts they are right behind you! It’s very uncomfortable shopping here! This will be my last time coming in here!

Great outlet shop. They have incredible prices on close out items all the time. The staff are very helpful. The manager was particularly willing to match prices, find styles and colors that were not out and answer questions. The selection is mostly soft goods. If you are there on the right days extra close out prices are amazing. Up to 75% off of already marked down prices.

On our way home from Frankenmuth and decided to check out the mall. Can't believe we walked into this North face store to find outstanding things at 50% off. Walked out with alot of very nice stuff. Not sure if it was a everyday sale or what? Would definitely return with prices like that.

The merchandise was nice and the quality was great my one star rating is due to the piss poor assistance or lack thereof. Nothing pisses me of more than entering a place of business and not being acknowledged but the other customers 3 second behind you get welcomed and not only that no one ask you if you need help after browsing around for ten minutes but they ask everyone around you but I did get closely watched by several associates and what seemed to be a manager despite all that BS my wife still decided to purchase two hats and then the ignorant cashier ask her if she'd like a bag to put her hats in, duh... what do you want her to do walk out the store with two hats in her hand as if she's shoplifting I don't think so doesn't a bag come with every purchase jerk! Never spending another penny there ...I'll get my north face at Macy's.... jerks !! So we went down to the Coach store and dropped some $$$ to make us feel better!

Granted I have only ever visited this location during the holidays, but the floor staff is never very friendly or helpful. I used to work in retail, so I get it, the holidays are frantic. But if a customer asks if you have more of something in the back. Humor them and just go do a quick look even if you know your stock room is empty. It makes the customer feel better to know that you at least "tried".

The store in itself was very crowded. Really hot and uncomfortable to maneuver around. The prices were great! The person that cashed me out was visibly mad and rude. She practically threw my things at me hitting my hand. I understand people have bad days but employee Natalie really made my experience a bad one yesterday.

Went to sketchers store nice store the mall itself needs more stores. The owners closed a large section to do what? Big mistake dont get me wrong there is still a good amount of stores but it was many more choices before

Some great deals can be found on coats and boots here! The woman helping us with boots was friendly and funny. She spent time with us looking for sizes, and looking up styles which we appreciated during a busy holiday rush. I honestly would never pay the prices I have seen North Face go for at other retailers. This outlet is a must stop for anybody looking at gear not only for winter but summer is a great time to shop here as well. Found steals for durable hiking shorts here and I love them!!

We have been driving to Birch Run the past few years on Black Friday to stack up on hoodies and sweaters that are given away to family, friends and clients for the holidays. For the first time in years, I was told I could not buy more than five of the same style. My sister just got out of the store and purchased about 14 items. She told me about the deals while I was at another store so I went to North Face . After reaching the counter, I was told I could not buy the items that were in my bag that I painstakingly lined up for. First, if there was such policy that we can only buy five items, it would be helpful to us - the customers- to at least know about this by having signs up so we do not waste our time lining up only to find out we were over the limit. Also, it would really be nice if there was consistency with your policies. It does not make sense that one customer is able to buy multiples and the next person isn't allowed to.

If you haven't already heard from a friend or two, you can find really, REALLY good deals here. This location regularly offers deep discounts (40-50% off) on many of the coveted TNF items you see everyone walking around with.The styles and colors change here very frequently (sometimes daily) so if you are looking for something particular, I would say check back often. This location also carries many styles and colorways you may not see in other stores or on their website.The one and only downfall I can think of here is that some of the staff at this particular location can be quite rude and when asked for help, seemed quite inconvenienced. Overall the store is clean, and well kept though.I also recommend going earlier in the day as it is much more organized, and considerably less busy. It gets quite congested and messy as the day goes on. This place usually sees a crowd from open until close (probably because of the super deals they offer) , so pick your poison, it'll be worth it I promise.

Good but expensive. I recommend you look at the Columbia outlet before venturing into North Face. They are equally good but Columbia's prices are way low to start. I got practically the same pair of snow pants at both stores with North Face going for $122 (down from $200). At Columbia, $32 after a 60% off of the lowest price. It looked like about the same throughout the outlet.
