I absolutely LOVE this store and the ladies working in it!! My sister in law and I come all the time and as a mom of two kids I always have to bring them with me. The associates are so patient and understanding as my kids can sometimes be a handful. One even brought my 3 yr old a piece of paper and highlighter to color with tonight. Seriously cannot say enough good things about this store and the ladies that work there! As a mom it can sometimes be so overwhelming but just having that extra support (no pun intended, haha) is awesome!!! Especially since being a mom is hard enough, it’s so nice being able to pick something out for myself for once without having added stress worrying about my kids being a nuisance to them. The merchandise is always so nice too! One of my favorite stores!

I am a faithful shopper at Soma because I love the quality of the merchandise. The attendants that are employed at the Birch Run store are always friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to help a customer find exactly what they are looking for while helping find the right fit!!

I had the best experience. Having never been to Soma before I came in and knew right what I wanted and Lacey assisted me in everything, she took me right to my size and showed me everything they had in my size. She assisted me in the fitting room and checked up on me to make sure everything was right. I'm from south Warren and went to birch run for a vacation and I'll be back just to visit Lacey.

Store is overall good but my one Discrepancy is 90% of the pajama sets are made for short people I'm a 6ft curvy girl and I don't want my pjs above my Ankles

I went in there on a Sunday and explained that I needed to be sized, that we werent buying that day. I needed to be sized because my significant other wasy buying me new bras for Christmas. Beth spend a good amount of time with me to find out what fits...and what didnt, knowing that we most likely weren't buying that day. She was so kind....and listened to what I liked and didnt like!

I love the soma nightshirts!! anytime I’m going to flint or Detroit I stop and buy like 5 on clearance. Really soft, comfortable and long lasting.
