Oakley Vault has a good selection of glasses, googles, and clothing. You have to be on top of checking out their prices. Just because they are an outlet does not automatically mean your getting a good or great deal. This location was pretty busy when we were there.

Staff is always helpful and polite although their selection is a tad limited. They will order you exactly what you want if you don't mind waiting. I shop here maybe once or twice a year and am never disappointed.

I was greeted at the door, offered assistance without being pushy and looked for a specific style that was out of stock. I am super pleased with the Birch run outlet. The great lakes crossing one in MI was trash and super unhelpful

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I came to this store to return a pair of custom sunglasses I had bought at the airport in Chicago. Initially they wouldn't let me return them because I didn't have the boxes that the custom pieces of the frame came in. The problem was that I had never received these boxes at the airport due to their policies. After much arguing with the rude manager, she decided to give me a refund but then goes on to charge me for the microfiber bag. They told me my bag didn't match the one on the receipt. I understand inventory from working at a retail store but all those bags are the same price and in the name of good customer service, most places would process the full return regardless. Nevertheless the manager continued to argue that she would charge me for the bag due to this discrepancy. Both the manager(Jeff) and the salesperson continued to tell me that I was lying about the bag and claimed that they were doing me a favor by returning the glasses in the first place. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with a retailer, and if this is what Oakley stands for, then I won't ever be buying from this brand again.

Poor customer service. The manager (Jeff) was ill informed. When faced with a warranty issue, he mistakenly (or not) told us that there was only a 1 year warranty. I decided to take it up with the company and behold...they actually have a 2 year warranty-they replaced the glasses at no charge. Don't go to this outlet...go directly to the on-line store!

Taller wearing jeans short black hair gave me very bad service today! I asked to see batwolf lens for my sunglasses I purchased there 2 weeks ago and she would not show me! She was very rude and not polite! She should not work somewhere where you have to deal with people! I was going to buy $100.00 lens for my sunglasses! I ended up buying nothing because of her! I will now go return my sunglasses I just bought from there and go to the sunglass hut! Oakley’s loss of $300.00 and customer!

Drove 2 hours to get here and they’re closed Tuesday & Thursday. Only place it’s posted is on the door sat in the parking lot and watched 4 others walk up the door and discover it’s locked and walked away disappointed
