Made Ollie's 1st birthday amazing. Even did free pictures with Santa this year I wasn't able to shop that day because my dog was simply too excited over the other dogs coming in but I made sure to stop in for a cake for my boys birthday and a dog 🍺

I ordered a 4 in round custom cake with treats went to pick my order up the name was wrong and no treats on my cake at all. The girl working gave me her phone to talk to the manage and basically I was told the name was spelled right which Gunner has two n’S not one but what ever my dog can’t read. When I asked about the treats I paid for she was trying to tell me they will refund me for the treats. No I wanted the cake I ordered so I waited for the manager to come back to the store and fix it. She was not thrilled or happy when she came back to the store that she had to add treats that are all falling off my cake now because they didn’t get put on when it was made. Last year the cake was great this year not so much. Will be looking elsewhere for a place that will give you what you paid for and better customer service.

I love this place. I've been coming here for a few years now and my boys love anything I bring back for them! The designs change with the seasons and are super cute! I make sure to stop in everytime I come up. I've also bought the cupcake mix as well as the cookie mix to make them treats at home. I love to spoil my boys and this place makes it so easy! Love the new store; it is bigger than the previous location and allows for more items to be on display. I will be coming back over and over again. Keep up the amazing work!

This place is awesome for your dogs pet treats , my pup loves the peanut butter ones. Lots to choose from and the display of them makes you think there human treats 😂😂😂..Adorable all the way. Nice clean shop and the aroma when you walk in of the treats baking is out of this world.Great friendly staff willing to help meet all your needs.Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Store is clean and sparkly. The staff is very friendly. But not too many options to choose from. The display had about 7-8 items. I found it expensive as compared to Three dog Bakery.

This is a wonderful store that my furry 4-legged pups love! They enjoy the fresh baked treats and cupcakes. They also have a supply of leashes, collars, and other pet supplies. The store workers are always very pleasant and helpful. They are also very informative. We would recommend this store for all dog owners who want to spoil their pups!

What a nice place and pretty friendly. We were at birch run one afternoon and had the dog with us. We walled in and were given a bowl of water and a nice doggie treat. I got my dog a few treats while we were there any great prices. Everything we got was handmade that day. I'll be going back.

Awesome place for your pets in the Birch Run, Tanger Outlet Mall. They moved nearby, down the run of the same aisle of stores into a larger place. The carry more products now. Nicely run shop. Baked doggie treats right on premises, smells so good and fresh. My 3 dogs love them! 🐶🐶🐶

I love this place so much! It's not only clean but so inviting! My German Shepherds (one deceased) loved the treats like the peanut butter paws, sweet potato biscuits and pig ears. My pup Simba and my old dog Prince loved the doggie ice cream!They have the cutest seasonal treats for holidays and the staff is so friendly. I'm going back soon to get some goodies for my dog's 2nd birthday.

Went into the doggie store with a 2 yr old, who happened to find the bell hanging on the door. He started ringing it, which we asked him to stop at the same time a man(30's, beard) came out yelling at him to stop. I asked him to speak softer and he was only 2. He flipped me off and I commented your being a jerk and he flipped me off again. The girl(younger, long pulled back hair) at the counter defended him and would not give out his name. This occurred on 12/13/19. Is this how you treat your customers?

Very disappointing i own 2 labradoodles i was excited to find this store. Everything was overpriced when you could find it much cheaper and not much of a selection. But the biggest reason for not ever going back is the sales staff. Not once did they speak to me or for that matter look at me. I thought it was me but the couple that came in after me didn't receive a welcome or hi.

Thought they closed but they just moved down a few a stores within the outlets. Great store it's much bigger and they said they're still finishing it up. Same family and my pups fav treats.

Every time i drive by i stop in to pick up my golden retriever treats and have been for years!! Great snacks and always smells great
