Its nice to finally have a dollar tree in birch run not far to go. Its a lovely store very clean. Smells new :) employees are nice and have a great selection of bargain goods. Dollar tree is by far the best dollar store in my my opinion where you get good quality merchandise for only a dollar which is great! I recommend checking this one out!

This Dollar Tree has a lot to offer as far as crafts, compared to the new Montrose store on State Street. I didn’t check out the rest of the store, but I liked the layout better than most Dollar Tree stores I’ve visited (long aisles that encompassed an entire category versus short aisles that split categories so you end up searching back and forth between two aisles to find something specific)

Just went today. Lady at check out was rude. Didn't give me my change, went on to next customer said take your receipt. Realized when I got home she shorted me some of my items. My floss wasn't in there. Nor my shoe cleaner. Nor my nail stickers. I'm never coming back and sincerely hope that lady gets fired. Absolutely ridiculous especially since I spent 70+$ just to get treated like that.

The cashier named Monica was VERY rude to me for getting cash back without asking? I didn’t know I needed to ask. They probably shouldn't let the pin pad allow me to if thats the case. I then asked if it was at all possible to get two tens instead of a twenty. Which was a no, I don't have a problem if they cant do that. But the way she said it was also very rude.

There is a lady that works there when I see her red Truck there I dread going in she is so rude. Unfriendly. Sharp when she speaks. Can't for the life of me figure out why she's in retail. The store it self is nice. I would give the store 3 stars when maybe more when she leaves. First I thought it was personal but she talks to the employees bad

Very clean store, friendly associates, great deal on laundry supplies, toothpaste, shaving creams, shower supplies.For $1 per item it's very sensible to shop here.*Edit*Now that items are $1.25 I will say that I still enjoy shopping here and it's still a fantastic deal for most of their items. Inflation has caused the prices of most everyday items to cost more to produce. This buisiness still has to turn a profit to stay open in our currently volatile marketplace. I will continue to shop here for many of my household supplies.

Store is always clean and staff always friendly; however I was concerned they did not enforce the mask policy this afternoon with a middle aged female who was laughing about it on her cell phone. The staff were very adamant about refusing a customer who wanted to triple bag her purchases while the mask less female right behind her didn't get a word said to her. If anyone loses a loved one to covid because of the ignorance of others I have a picture of the "woman" who refused to wear a mask.

A very open store with a good layout. You can find everything you need very quickly. Also it is kept up well, with clean bathrooms and floors. The employees I met were all polite and friendly, making the experience even better. Overall, a great experience every time I visit.

Brand new, clean store. Employees are nice and friendly but could benefit from a little more training on how to bag items properly. For example, I don't want all seven of my small to medium items in one of their tiny and thin bags nor do I want my food items in the same bag as cleaning products. Especially when I'm buying something from their refrigerated or frozen section. Other than that, so far, so good.

Dollar tree is just that. A tree where one picks out the things that one wants and then pays $1 for each item. UPDATE now $1.25. $1.00 tree is false advertising if they charge $1.25 for items...they should have to change the name.

Always a good place to get something for a dollar + tax. Some stuff is defiantly worth $1 from Juice to Pop to snacks to kitchen stuff, to kid's toys. Still great place to go shopping for odds and end, or you don't want to spend a whole lot. It truly is a dollar store.

Actually the star is for the cashier. As far as the MANAGER.......ummmmmmm not even a 1/4 star!!!!!! Donna is her name and she absolutely is NOT cut out to be a manager of ANY kind. Thank you for reading this! I am a local but I will never stop there again. I'm in another store parking lot writing this. I will gladly pay for my services at a higher rate! 😊

This is a small Dollar Tree store, it has no toy section for kids and just didn't seem to have as much as other Dollar Trees.
