First off I’d like to say that I thought these people were very nice, but helpful only after we inquired about issues multiple times. Our salesman said that his cleaning ladies are the best around and that they would do an amazing job on the camper. He went on and on about how good it would look and smell in the camper and made sure he said that they were amazing multiple times. I was expecting high expectations the day we were going to pick it up. We went through a tour when we went to pick it up and I don’t think I single person even wiped the kitchen counters off, let alone clean the whole camper. The floors were sticky and covered in dirt. There’s dust on all counter tops and surfaces. The curtain handles, where you pull them down, had sticky stains and were covered in dust and dirt. When walking through they were proudly telling us all the things they had done to it to fix it, that we asked them to prior to buying it, come to inspection we see that they only fixed one of the problems. Walking around the camper they had also told us that they filled up both of our 30 pound tanks of propane, but those two tanks that they supposedly filled up lasted us 4 days in total. We had to go fill them both up less than 5 days of having our camper home. Finally, when we had gotten all the way home we also realized that they had misplaced our shore cord, it was nowhere in the camper. If you’re asking for my honest opinion on this place, I’d save your money and go elsewhere.

Our salesperson was Kyller. Now he is very polite , easy to talk with and eager to find what you are looking for. So we decided on a selection. Then Kyller set us up for our pick up day. We get there and they say 3 1/2 to 4 hours. We knew that was gonna happen. We ended up being there 9 1/2 hours due to complications of getting the fifth wheeled into my truck. Now with that said I want to give very high praise to the Service department managers Kelly and his two very good young men. They stayed until 730 to make sure all hook up complete. Kelly stayed another two hours to ensure my wife and I are very comfortable driving our truck and trailer together. I want to give a very high praise to Kelly and his team. Thank you very much.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought the camper in January. I was told the issues I seen would be fixed. Not everything was fixed and I had to call multiple times. I first spoke to a person in service then spoke to their manager and after that manager kept saying our information needed to be pulled up and they would call or text within the day or next, it never happened. Called to get the manager above him. That manager was like “he documented he called and texted a few times”. I’m sorry, but documents can still lie.Finally, they made progress on our camper and had everything done within the week. We picked our camper up towards the end of April. We still have some of the main issues I pointed out and I have now recognized even more issues. I wish I didn’t purchase from this place.

When I am in the market for a camper, there are three things that mean the most to me. Professionalism, Knowledge, and the right product for me. Nick Barnella was able to show all of those to me at Camping World. Not only was he kind, hilarious, charming, and extremely pleasant to work with, but also knew his stuff. Within minutes of us speaking and me detailing my needs, he had the perfect type of trailer in mind for me and my family. The entire process was smooth, and I wouldn’t have been able to find our dream camper if it wasn’t for Nick. He is in a league of his own, and I appreciate him greatly for all of his help. If you are in the market for a camper, I highly suggest coming to the Birch Run camping world and having the pleasure to speak to Nick. If he can’t help you find your dream, I’m not sure who could.

We bought our camper in 2021 from a different Camping World and had to take it back to them within a month of buying because of a number of issues. We realized after taking it out the first time they didn’t fix the issues so we scheduled with Birch Run and that’s when we met Brittany S. I can’t say enough about how kind, patient & understanding she has been with us! Her and Adam have worked with us on so many occasions to fix a number of issues due to the poor build quality of our camper. They have come in on days off to be able to accommodate our schedules because it is almost a 2 hour drive for us but we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else - they are both amazing!!

My wife and I went in to buy items we need to kick off the 2024 camping season in our new travel trailer. While browsing around, a pleasant young lady named Heather asked if we needed assistance. When we told her our mission she kindly directed us to all of the must-have equipment and patiently answered all of our questions. As a long-time camper herself she was very knowledgeable and appeared to genuinely enjoy her job. It was very refreshing to get this level of attention from a friendly employee. This service combined with a broad selection of camping gear made this a very positive experience.

We just bought our camper from Mike Arbaugh. He is so sweet and nice. He was very knowledgeable on every camper we looked at. From used to new. I had a lot of questions and he had the answers and if he didn’t know the answer he found out quickly. He reached out to us after buying the camper to make sure we were good and if we had anymore questions. From Mike to Kendahl (finance) to Brittney (service) to right down to Jeremy (service technician), they were all so very nice and helpful in all aspects of buying our camper. Large store with an amazing selection of anything camping related. Whether you camp in a tent or need something for an RV they most likely have it here. You can also bring your trailer here for service or buy your own. Great location moments away from Birch Run outlet shopping.

There is nothing more that I can say then Mike a. delivered the freedom my family always wanted. I didn't leave a review I'm not even a Google guy. Mike went above and beyond to deliver. Went on our family trips per usual. 1/4 of the annual price. Any issues after purchasing, Mike handled. Thank you for my freedom

I've been to this location twice now to potentially buy a camper. Both experiences were horrid and I don't intend to bring business again. The salesmen were incredibly overbearing both times. Each time I went to look at a specific used camper and was not shown the camper until i agreed to be walked through several mew ones I was not interested it. When I indicated I didn't want to purchase that day and wanted to discuss further with my wife they become rude and try several different tactics to prevent you from walking out the door.

Our salesperson was Nick Barnella at the Birch Run, MI Camping World. He was very helpful in finding our first camper given the budget that we were working with in the process. He was always just a text or phone call away no matter what the issue was. Everything about purchasing a new camper was a relatively painless process. Also, shout out to Junior, our Tech. there at Camping World was most excellent in guiding us through setup and the ins and outs of our new camper. Would definitely recommend checking these guys out for a new camper/rv.

I went to a local Camping World to look at camping trailers and not one person approached us to offer any assistance. We came home and looked for one on line and we found one but it was in Michigan. I called that location and spoke with a sales person, Kylerr Nelson, and he walked through the unit and showed us the entire inside. He sold me on it so we did necessary paperwork and down payment on this unit. Then it went to finance department and ended up with three different managers supposedly working on our purchase. I waited and waited for a call back for at least a week or more and finally got a call wanting approximately double the down payment and I told them no. They had several or companies to go through for financing. They said they had been really busy due to an RV show. I felt that I had been moved to the back burner and avoided and ignored and that my money wasn’t big enough and I was out of state.The only person that communicated with me was the sales person and he was absolutely wonderful. If I had questions he would get the answer and get back to me promptly. He is the only one that tried to help me with completing the sale. If you purchase from there, ask for Kylerr to show you around. He is very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. I told him that he should be a manager and they need a dozen more like him. I would not have made my purchase without him. Thank you very much Kylerr Nelson!! You are a gem…..

I come here every time I'm in the area. I live 2 hours away, but it's worth it. We love to camp, and this place has everything you need for camping, whether you're in a tent or glamping in a camper or RV. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. We looked at a few campers there also, they have great prices. Definitely a place I recommend!!!!!!

I can highly recommend Camping World in Birch Run. Jade Kaplan was our sales associate. We knew exactly what we wanted and she found one quite quickly. It had everything on our list and a few extras. We had a lot of questions and if she didn't know the exact answer she knew exactly who to ask. I thought I had left my hand held Shark vacuum in our trade in and Jafe personally surched for it. To my embarrassment we eventually found it at home but she didn't hold it against me. Our new, used RV was spotless and everything works. I still call her with questions and she answers every time. Thank you Jade for being so caring. This isn't our first rodeo and we know how things operate. You were exceptional! Thanks again, we are truly enjoying our new RV and living the dream!

Very dissatisfied my wife and I were excited at To be purchasing a new RV At camping world in Birch run After going to the Detroit RV show and talking with a salesman there setting up appointment to go to the birch run camping RV store when we got there, the salesman tells us that he can’t give us $500 for our camper. Also our discount that we were supposed to get from the camping show all of a sudden we didn’t seem to get that since our camper leaks they wanted to give us nothing. It is a 2018 inside was like new bunkbeds outdoor kitchen. We paid 18,000 for it eight years ago I didn’t expect to get 18,000 but it did get something and what they did. They put it all in the payment didn’t get our discount that we were promised people that work. They were very nice but very dissatisfied with the sales department I would just recommend people that’s looking to buy a new camper to read the reviews what we should’ve done. I guess you should just watch what people promise you promises to get broken.

Big accessories store area. Prices were not what I expected. They were actually very competitive with Amazon prices. Spent about 500.00 on various essentials for our new fifth wheel. After comparing to Amazon, we would have saved about $15 total. Will definately buy from Camping World again!

I could honestly write a novel about how great these folks are!We spotted a camper we loved at a great price, the only problem, we live in AZ.We reached out to Tim Walsh here and he helped us thorough every step along the way. From our initial inquiry to completing our purchase this weekend.Dave in finance was incredible and walked us through any and all options. He never tried to pressure us into anything and completing the transaction was more like talking a friend than anything.Kyle in service did a phenomenal jobs as well. Knowing we were coming from out of state they willingly double booked a time slot to get us in and accommodate us. Kyle had our trailer washed and cleaned before our arrival with everything set for our walk through. We checked in for our 9:15 appointment at 9:13 and at 9:17 Kyle was ready to roll walking us through our trailer.Every single part of this process went incredibly smoothly and we are beyond pleased with our decision. It was absolutely worth driving all the way from AZ and we would do it again.

My 70 year old mom and I went in today to shop for a new 5th wheel. Not just looking either, we're eager to buy. We had the sweetest and respectful salesman, Seth, who alone makes you want to buy something from him. Then comes the financial discussion and steps in the cockiest sales manager I've ever encountered, Kirk (sp). Cocky, disrespectful, rude, gum chomping, shoulder shrugging know it all. Needless to say, poor Seth lost the sale on a brand new 5th wheel. I told the sales manager I thought he was rude and cocky and he got even worse and told us to have a nice day! No thank you Kirk, bad business, bad customer service, and no couth!

Went to get a travel trailer, put a large sum of money down, was turned down and wasn't given a reason why until I called back. They didn't even bother telling us it was because we didn't have a physical address. And now we can't even get a used one because they have to mail the down payment back instead of allowing me to go pick it up. All they had to do is ask and we could have given them that information. Should have known better. My mistake but guaranteed one I will never make again.

This new store is pretty nice! It's at the old expo center in Birch run. The left side is open as a store with a wide variety of items for sale. Hunting (plus ammo), fishing, camping, biking, atvs, and more. There are campers inside as well as a large selection outside for sale. I didn't converse with anyone as it was my first time here and I was just browsing, but I was greeted with friendly smiles and the offer to assist if I needed anything. Recommend!
