Greeters were pretty rude, honestly kind of ruined what was otherwise a good day. I tried calling about it but nobody I talked to had any idea how to deal with complaints because I guess there’s no procedure in place? I got transferred 3 times and just gave up. Honestly I didn’t expect much since it is walmart, but somehow the bar dropped even lower :/

Big Rapids Online pick up is great. Everytime I come to get my groceries it's on time and the people are friendly. Especially Junior. He's the most polite customer service employee at Walmart. Greets you with kindness and a smile on his face. Very respectful and good manners. Please give this man a raise! 😊

Very nice and clean store. The employees are nice and helpful. Higher prices than in Grand Rapids, but that's to be expected being 40 miles further north. Very nice place

It's a Walmart. Not a bad Walmart either. They usually have most items. Nothing sold was out of date. Workers there are friendly... Good place to do groceries even if they also deliver most hours.

I wanted to buy a shovel and was not allowed to walk into the garden center area where the shovels are. The associate said that area is closed for the season. I get that people are not gonna be gardening right now but it's winter and I need a shovel. All they have available outside of the garden center area is collapsible tiny plastic shovels. That is not gonna work, as heavy as this snow is it would break on the first scoop of snow.

Good place to shop. Had what I wanted.BUT...Their customer service is lousy. They do not answer their phones. Instead they ignore them & and let them ring off the hook.They should not even say they have customer service.In doing so, they are just angering their customers, so much so they might go elsewhere for their business.

Everything you could expect- big enough to get lost in, all the food, tech, clothes, and house supplies you'll ever need, and a staff that's ready to help! Sometimes you have to go looking to find somebody, but they're always kind and eager to guide you to the right place to find what you need.

I bought 2 containers of organic strawberries through their grocery pickup. There were about 5 strawberries between them that were edible looking. There was no mold found but they're on the verge of rotten. I called the store to let them know, and I was transferred and no one picked up and then wassupposed to be transferred again only to be hung up on. Then I tried to call another dept. And got no answer. I'm not even mad, I'm disappointed.

There's an incident of some type, especially in the parking lot, every time. While the store is clean and well stocked, I'm just not coming here again.

I can remember why I don’t shop at Walmart every time I enter one. Staff is far from friendly. Messy stock areas. I have tried shopping at Walmart many times but seldom a good experience. I only try when a Item I’m looking for isn’t stocked in competition stores.

I shop early in the a.m. to avoid crowds. Only criticism is the pharmacy entrance doors were locked & NO TIME was posted to when they'd be unlocked so I parked on the wrong side of the lot & when I exited the market doors & got to my car, they were just then unlocking the pharmacy doors.....(about 8am) Got some extra steps in that day.....lol

I was in and out in no time, usually not enough cashiers to move things along. Product wise, shelves were stocked which was nice to see, more brand choice.

I was told to leave the store that I was not allowed to have my emotional support dog in the store. I won't be back. I was told by two different people on my way out. I have had her several times in this store in the past. Rude employees and was not able to shop with emotional support dog that we use for my moms disability even though her doctor has approved her for supporting my mom that is sight challenged.

Thank you walmart and walmart brands for always making it a guessing game for what sizes your things actually are. I thought the point of inch sizes was they are the actual inches, why are my 42 inch waist pants smaller than my 40 inch ones? Why is it a consistent issue? I shouldn't have to try on clothes that are bigger than my size in inches because the individual items have inches of variations on the actual clothes.

For some stupid reason The majority of the workers here are not a happy people, they are rude sometimes and it makes the whole experience suck, and it can stick with you for the day

Had what I went for, but needed stocking so could reach it in the freezer. Then on way out, a person was checking receipts and I slipped an fell, as I was handing my receipts to him, he didn't help, just said your shoes must be the fault.

Things I am shopping for aren't always stocked. I am handicapped and seem to get the scooter that runs out quickly. I can recharge it and the cashier got someone nice to put my purchases in a cart and take them out and put in my car. Very nice service by the employees.

Went to the 20 items or less lane at the Madisonville Walmart, couldn't believe lady in front had like 40 items! Was waiting for cashier to say something? Come to find out THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED? well I respect her for following the rules, sure wish I would of known that because I sure the hell would of!!! Stupid rule WALMART!
