Purchased a Tough Country brush guard and the guard was packed by the mfg damaged and had defective welds. Tractor supply saw what the defects were and refunded my purchase in full. Definitely would not recommend Tough Country products but TSC gets 5 for their hassle free return policy and customer service.

Just moving from North Carolina. Love love the personalities and friendliness of the staff. Shout to the two ladies who filled my 20 lb propane tank. You guys were fast and efficient. Appreciate the let's get it done attitude. You ladies are a inspiration and team player to other employees. It was great not to sit in line ,but to pay outside right at the propane area parking lot. NC needs to take lessons from you, for being courteous and not dragging their feet. Great service. Love my new state 😁👊👊👊. Thanks ladies!!!

If I were able to give the store manager and her entire team a 10, I would! After making a substantial purchase of a lawn tractor I experienced a severe motor problem and the engine was destroyed, it was 3 months old… the maker doesn’t warranty the engine, that falls on the engine manufacturer…the manufacturer wouldn’t warranty the motor as they stated it hadn’t been properly lubricated, even though at no time had it been lacking lubricant as I check lubricant with “every”operation! My online research has made it clear that this manufacturer is aware of a head gasket problem but won’t admit to it! The important part of the story is that the manager of this store stood up for her customer and went to work, she replaced the lawn tractor with another brand and arranged for delivery to my home! Thank you Tractor supply for not only standing behind the product you sell but for obviously empowering your manager to resolve a customer issue, I’ll never forget it!

Called to ask if they carried a product was told no by a chick who had no clue about her job. Came in and found that it was carried there as it showed on the website. After I informed the employee by calling again also to talk to a manager about her, she picked up to tell us again that they never had the product. Even though I just bought it there. Will NOT be back to this location. Hire people who know what they're doing otherwise you're going to keep sending them away from this location.

In the Big Rapids area this morning picking up farm machinery parts. Was driving by TSC and stopped to see if they had any grinding belts. None, but picked up a couple pair of work farm gloves with a 15% savings. Not too bad....

Went to the store in Newago MI i needed a 2-1/2 inch coupler for a IBC 275 gallon water tank and bushings to reduce it down to 1/2 inch cpvc they had every part in stock and the gentleman that helped me knew exactly what i needed and were it wasThanks TSC AND MY PLANTS IN MY GREENHOUSE THANK YOU TOO!!!!!!!( YOU HAVE AMAZING DISPLAY OF INVENTORY!!!)

I bought the dog groomer from here comma they were short staffed which is not out of the ordinary for any business but the manager stepped up to the plate and came to the register explained the warranty situation and if the groomer ever went dull I would be able to replace it right at the storefront. I hate warranties, but this one was different. All I had to do was text a copy of my receipt to the company after scanning qrl code. The process was very simple and I was happy to pay $19 or so for a warranty made. I was satisfied with the experience and the added knowledge the manager was able to give me because this was the third set of clippers and they are $199 apiece.Ty management at TC

They have everything your hardware doesn't. They have things there you can't get at your local hardware or even Lowe's or Shhhh Home Depot. They have Garage in a box. I know I bought one. It is great. They have some old school items as well. You will see when you go there. They have Gold rush bubble gum! Chunky Bars! Whaaaaa yes they have them at mine.

I went with a friend to pick up a portable lp. heater for his hunting blind.We got a great price on it and ended up spending a bunch of time window shopping every aisle. We were asked a few times if we needed assistance but told the help we were just browsing. They were friendly, polite, clean, respectful.It was worth the 35 minutes drive to this real store.

Wanted to pay and leave. Not be harrassed by the cashier to give her "kenda" my phone number for 3 MINUTES !! I made it clear i did not want the rewards. After i said no 3 times.the cashier looks to my wife and starts asking for her information. We both made it clear we did not want to do that. As i made my way to the exit after finally paying.she started in on my wife again that she needs to get rewards. This is border line harrassment !!! This person kenda needs to stop wasting customers time. Maybe get her off the register and get her in a different department that does not deal with customers!!!!!!

Store was neat & organized. I was greeted inside the store and asked if I needed assistance by a very pleasant woman. Checkout was quick and smooth. Cashier was also very pleasant. They had what I came in for. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This is the kind of store place that makes you feel like it's a small mom and pop while still being a corporate store. One of the many great experiences I have had here was that I had went in to get a pair of muck Boots I had seen them on sale for $40 less than the selling price. (So I thought) The price that was cheaper and on sale was a different model than the model that I had wanted. The sales associate and manager took the time to look through several ads trying to find the coupon to be able to price match (which they gladly do) but to no avail. So rather than send me to Amazon to get the price I wanted (which was $9 more on Amazon for the model I wanted from the sales price I thought I was going to get) they took $40 off the boots so I could get the price I came in hoping to get and still they still made me feel that they were very welcome and thankful for the purchase while beating the price that was Amazon. I would have been happy to buy the boots for $160 just because they had worked so hard to try to find a coupon for the boots when I don't think there was ever a coupon for the pair I wanted in the first place. All in all it was an absolutely fantastic experience and I highly recommend this location.

I was checked out by an associate named Jes. I explained to her that I have shopped here many times (not this location, but TSC in general) and that I've never gotten one coupon.She checked and discovered that I did not have an email address in the system. I have mentioned this issue in previous visits and she is the first to look into it. Others told me to keep watching out or check my spam.I was so thrilled with her. I would come back to this location alone because of her and her customer service skills.She is a true gem.Thank you again Jes!

TSC has dog and cat food, grain free, meat first, at a price that won't hurt my wallet. The store is also set up nicely, no problems finding things. It's a clean store and is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable employees.

I am very happy with TSC Big Rapids. Whenever making a large or pricey purchase I always check them out. The staff always says hello, asks if I need help. Whenever I need to find something and ask employees the actually walk and find the item, provide recommendations and show you how to use a product. The fact that the staff are local and familiar with the products help. Someone is always there to help load big items. Returns are hassle free. It's my go to for specific items and hard to find items

This is the only place l've found that sells 50lb bags of cat little, and only $8.99 a bag! Best deal I've seen anywhere. Not to mention lots of great hunting gear and love their boots, they actually have stuff for women too.
