It's hit or miss. Cheap prices but you gotta look at the dates. If you go in they try and rush you out. If you order online and then go pick it up even ordering and then taking a 45-1hr drive there to get. Said ready in 15-20. Today I was there like 35 minutes and then time before same thing. I'm better off to go in and pick my stuff out. There is too much disconnect between the employees and inventory system. Not to mention deals don't always get honored as they say online. John was my bud tender today and honestly he needs a raise as a business management administrator and human resources assistant. He provided 5 star service and his customer service skills will be what makes me come back because after this last time of waiting and the other issues. And Omar as well! He was the realist one I've met in that whole place in 4 years!

Wish I come to you sooner.Moved up 3 yrs ago to care for elderly father in law. Been going to a place, starts with L and has "me" at the end. A 40 dollar issue left me looking for a more honest place.Am sure glad I did. You have the BEST prices around and I'm so glad I walked into your door. High thc & high quality bud. I'm hooked!! I would usually rate them a high rating because overall I love going to them but yesterday I got 4 dabs( galenas) and a cart and got home and opened them all and found the 3 out of 4 dabs leaked somehow :( I’m disappointed most of the product got wasted …

I hadn't been there in a few years, and I'm glad I went back. The gentleman that helped me was very nice, very helpful and was knowledgeable on the product in store. Great experience!

Overall it hasn't been a great experience at this place. Employees are rude, you wait forever and today the newbie that was there gave me wrong info. The only person I even like talking to is Katrina and I haven't seen her in awhile. Just a simple "thanks for your business, hope to see you again" would go a long way.

Premiere is the best dispensary around. I haven’t seen deals like this in all of my years of smoking. The staff is also amazing especially (JAY). 😂 I hope they are around for years to come.

Awesome selection, the carts and concentrates are always getting new options to pick from and I have yet to find a cart I haven't liked. The red bud roots cultivart carts are some of my favorites. The terepene tanks are also super tasty for the price :>

Had a online order but wanted to use my points so I went in. My budtender was amazing it took him a min to find my order and guy was happy friendly and excited to help get me the most for my money

I don't smoke often, but when I choose to, I like premier because of the service and cost. I could go without some of the music they play, and sometimes it's loud and vulgar. Otherwise the selections are good, informative workers with a positive attitude.

All the budtenders are great,very friendly and helpful as well..I usually get pre rolls and and sometimes I get a cart, but haven't had any complaints other then taste on some carts are nasty..but overall I'm happy 😊

As a long time customer of premiere and someone who purchased regularly from them I am not only disappointed but extremely concerned with my experience today. Unfortunately, after many rumors of this happening I was sold a moldy, three year old pre roll today at the Big Rapids store. I attempted to call and speak with an manager and was told “call back in thirty minutes” then I asked what their policy was for selling products over two years old, not a sole in the building could tell me. After returning and bringing my concerns to a manager and the General Manager neither offered any course of action, refund or remorse even saying “yeah that’s what we do”. Granted, after speaking with the CRA about this incident I was informed that “flower” has no regulated expiration date and can be sold according to the dispensary’s policy. This is a huge health and safety concern, the CRA assured me that they would stay in contact with me but I am devastated and sick over the entire incident. I sought second and third opinions of other dispensaries in the area who shared that this is a regular issue they hear about from premiere. The manager at the store even tried to tell me that it was put on the shelves after being sent to be “retested” but the test date says otherwise. I will be sure to share this experience with everyone I can and follow through with my complaint to the CRA. Bottom line- the products are cheap because the conditions are terrible and the product is old. Please protect yourself and pay the extra dollar at a store in the area with integrity.**edit- the “owner” is correct I did purchase many other pre rolls, as I always do. The unfortunate reality is that it only takes ONE moldy pre roll to cause serious health concerns especially if that person is predisposed. Trying to justify selling moldy product by telling me how much it would have cost me elsewhere is UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner also noted that my other prerolls were harvested this year when they in fact were harvested and texted last in the year 2023 according to the label, if that can be trusted after the general manager lied about product being retested. I would GLADLY pay the extra $56 to protect my health and continue to share my experience to spare anyone else in the area this issue. I look forward to further conversation as I elevate my complaint.

Wishing the Service was faster.The last time I ordered from you I had to wait over a half hour for service.I ordered curb side and still had to go in to see what was taking so long.And now it happens again,Not one person sitting in lobby waiting and Again I gotta wait another 25 minutes for service and having to go in again to find out what was taking so long."Please do Better"Im about ready to take my business else where if this keeps up.

unfortunately they've went downhill since covid (IMO), product is rarely tasty, the flower is dry including upper shelf flower,some dab containers flipped upside down leaking i truly miss the original staff and store when they first opened. they actually had good product back then not anything like it is now however they've always attempted/achieved to make it right though so they dont deserve a 1 star rating as that's a unfair assessment it's still a solid dispensary with good customer service. 3.5 stars/ before covid it was a easy 5stars

Employees make routine mistakes--short change, don't add sales, don't add freebies (free pre-roll with $25+ purchase, veteran pre-roll, etc.) Most recently, the manager accepted $200 from us, repeated back $200, verifying the amount--yet counted $180 in the store. He assured me this was my error. Shop High Society for the same deals.
