Major brands like, hungry Jack, bisquick, Travers City whiskey, Sara Lee meats, Snyder salted pretzel, no place on shelves. Not out of stock, but no longer available. Bakery cupcakes only have assorted not all one flavor in a container. Women's clothing very limited. No skirts, nothing for business attire. Limited on shoe styles. Check out at 2 pm in afternoon only had 3 register open with lines 5+ deep. Very disappointed.

This Meijer was clean inside the store but the restrooms couldn't use a freshening up. The employees were friendly and helpful. I found all the products I purchased were satisfactory

this store always has great deals on meat , vegetables and fruit my wife and I always come home with all kinds of good deals that we have found here.

One would think if ur working in the meat department as a butcher you would know what a beef brisket is....smh... took 20 mins just for a young man to come back and tell me they have none. (After asking his coworker what a beef brisket is/looks like). Very poor service department.

As far as groceries go, this is a good place to shop. Home decor is a bit expensive, but they have a great selection of; automotive needs, produce, deli, general foods, home decor, candles, clothing, sports and hobbies items & more.

They hardly have any cashiers - today 2 lanes and store was busy. It is like that all the time now. Trying to force you to use self-checkout and when you have a cart full of groceries that is really hard to do! Also I haven't seen the prices go down since they started having less open lanes with cashiers

Terrible pharmacy experience. Dr called in a script with two medications. When we picked them up there was only one in the bag. Had to get back in line. Got back up to the cashier and she said "well we don't have that one". I'm sure glad we checked the bag before we left.

Great store with decently stocked shelves. Got cash back at the register and was given 2 20s. Asked if I could get two 10s for one of the 20s and they said no but try the service desk. Got to the service desk and was shot down saying it's against store policy. They actively were able to give me cash back but not split up the money they already gave me? That's crazy, especially on a Sunday when banks are closed.

No more one stop shopping. The new Mperks is a joke. They have stopped carrying several items and many are usually out of stock. Now have to also shop with competitors to complete my weekly shopping.

This location is right down the street from where my son Dade is going to college at Ferris State University. It’s has plenty of free parking and is a big store.

The store is okay, I have found people that refuse to help, I have found some very helpful people.Their prices are high... Friends say "They wouldn't know a sale if it bit them," and I tend to agree.

I am always able to find what I need at excellent prices. They have a lot of weekly sales and I prefer this place instead of Walmart. The workers at Meijer are always friendly and upbeat.

Had a great experience today at the Big Rapids Meijer. I went to the store for just Blueberries at 10pm. I couldn’t find the bulk quantity packages which were significantly cheaper per ounce. The Greeter, Harold, had someone look for the larger packages in the back for me. Then when they couldn’t be found the manager Dave said they’d price match them for me! At the checkout Elisa was friendly and gave me an even better coupon. For a pregnant lady that eats 2lbs of blueberries every day this was super appreciated. Thankful for the great service.

Same old meijer. I would be nice to have people there that will do there job. We bought a fish yesterday and wanted to get a Mario moss ball and the worker said she didn't no how much it was. So my husband herself and i stood there. She never called for help to get price or look in the fish book for price. She just stood there and keep saying ya I don't know. Needless to say I only got my fish I was upset at the sheer laziness from big rapids miejer employees. I'll just be driving the extra to go to petco or petsmart. On the plus side he gets along with my frogs❤
