I stopped in for my normal pet food purchase and while I was in Elizabeth asked if there was anything should could help with. She and others ended up helping with several items and clearing up some club member questions. She called me back the next day to confirm the issues where handled. I am impressed with the willingness to help and follow up.Thanks for the great experience!

The store was clean and well-organized. The staff was very helpful and treated my dog nicely, even giving her a treat! I was able to find the exact dog food I was looking for and the prices were reasonable.

Love going here. The employee's are always friendly and helpful. My children love to visit the rabbits. Such a variety of products i usually always find what i need and some other amazing hidden treasures. Worth the stop EVERY time.

My husband and I shopped here on 4/7/22.My husband who had a bad back asked for help with fencing. The man who assisted him (manager I think) was very rude. A complete jerk. We were buying in excess of 500.00 worth of fencing. The only ones that were nice were the cashiers. Never shop there again.

giving family farm and home a 3 star review only because of Bill. He is a fantastic guy. had an interview over an hour long and was recommended for hire. called back the following week to find out about orientation and then some chap named rick answered and identified himself as the hiring manager. verbatim conversation: "Hi my name is Ryan Noel, the reason for my call is to find out about orientation. I had an excellent interview with Bill, went really well and i wanted to touch base to find out if we were still going foreword: his response was: did you fill out any paperwork? no. so you're not actually hired! we'll give you a call if were interested. doesn't sound like much...however the tone of his voice said it all. i will not shop nor work for an individual who has a condescending attitude. will reach out to the vet community to share my experience. lesson in INTEGRITY. Do the right thing especially when no one is looking. Happy Memorial Day weekend!

Stopped in to get garden soil, staff were friendly and helpful. No sales circulars available today, hardly anyone in the store, not sure if there's a correlation there! Sales start on Tuesday so stop in then for best selection.

This is an excellent facility that's opened around the clock. It doesn't matter what time it is, a friendly staff person is always there in case you need some sort of assistance. The tanning beds, hydro tables, and massage chairs are top notch! There is something for everyone to enjoy while getting your workout on here. FYI... Don't let all the cars in the parking lot scare you off like they almost did me the first time. Even though it looks busy, there is plenty of space, equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, etc for everyone.

With two "girls" working checkout , only one was doing her job. The other (while standing at a register with arms folded) told me her lane wasn't open so I moved my cart back to the other lane and waited to get checked out.
