Several months ago this Big Lots location became Big Lots Home. This was very disappointing as they no longer carry majority of the items I use to buy here. I now rarely come into this location. I finally come in because I received a coupon in my email, only to be told I can't use my Coupon because they are now a home store. Not worth driving 50 minutes away to the next regular Big Lots just to use a coupon. Oh well.

Staff are super helpful and friendly! I bought alot of cute fall stuff for my baby shower and they where so helpful when it came to loading and boxing up items. Never had a bad experience and can't beat the prices!

I frequently shop Big Lots. The store is neat and well maintained. Paper and cleaning products, snacks, household and seasonal items are reasonably priced. The coupons are easy to earn and I use them often.

Always a great place to get a variety of things or even just to try something new. Most everything you can think of and more. The restrooms are clean n stocked. The staff was helpful and polite. Pricing was reasonable, so check it out if you need a quick gift or just something for yourself!

Big Lots was great. I was able to pick up an item that I have been looking for or thinking about all year, and at a great 25% discount. One of my favorite stores in the area. I took someone there who was looking for it a specific item, she made several purchases, as well as the unexpected bargain that I came up on. The employees were great and quite helpful. I will be back when I have more time to browse, and I highly recommend this store for quality merchandise at a very good price.

I got a credit card from them 2 months ago paid it off and tried using it again at store and was not able too. Apparently it's an issue that they have. So had to pay cash that didn't really have all at once but they were nice

We stop in here every couple months.always well stocked. Good prices. Nice pieces in their scratch and dent if you are looking for a deal. Constantly adding things. Well done store. Fairly clean. Great spot to stop and pick up few things without crowds. Only spot we buy mattresses from. They come in a box that fits in our tiny car. Will shop here again.

Bought a Burlington motorized recliner couch there, and my wife just loves it. The furniture supervisor Tim was very helpful and extended numerous discounts to us. Just wish I bought it 2 weeks earlier, like my wife suggested and I could have saved 100 bucks.

Good service, very clean and normal Big Lots items that are competitively priced. Unfortunately I will never return due the condition of the parking lot. Had to dodge numerous craters, not potholes, to get to the store. Stay away if you value the condition of your vehicle.

Found it very clean and it's a great place Poppin when you don't have to do a major grocery shop and you're looking for odds and ends. I really do like it. And the young man that took care of me was such a pleasure. 😁

Some different stuff here than everywhere else. Good place to find furniture. There are some good deals on clearance if you look. Store is clean, some aisles and spaces are empty but it's still nice. The staff kinda lets you do your own thing unless they think you're gonna purchase furniture.

Love the Big Rapids Big Lots. Great prices on a variety of grocery staples. Even some hard to find items. Nice variety. I like to simply wander the aisles. Always leave with more than I planned.

Big lots is a great place. We bought some furniture here. We got it home & we couldn't fit one part of the sectional in the basement apartment we live in. My wife called & they had no problems letting us bring it back for a full refund. We then going a beautiful set and brought them home. The managers & workers here go out of their way to help you. They are very polite & respectful.

They were very friendly, but I didn't realize the day before I spent $500 that I could have saved$100 with my purchase, I felt that they could have done something to save me that kind of money! I have worked retail for 25 years and know you can figure out a way to help the customer! ? I also have shopped here for years and bought a lot for my home, no complaints with purchases.

I was impressed as soon as i walked in. It is the cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in. They have a great selection of furniture inside and out...very neat with a great layout. The employees were friendy, but Quera, the cashier was awesome! She was just so comfortable talking with the customers as she rang them out, and has a beautiful smile. I had a nice conversation with her. I would definitely recommend this store and would go back even thougn I live 3 hours away. Keep up the good work!

A few changes have been made in product placement and they have greatly downsized the electronics, toys and a couple of other departments. Otherwise it's an overall decent place to shop for a variety of things. Would recommend for a looksee.

Prices don't seem to be that much fifteenth from department stores except on a few items. Definitely as deep good deal searching type of shopping trip. Their financing for furniture process is quite confusing.

I usually love to visit this store and check out savings. Tonight, however, was a disaster! Put one foot out of my car, and slid under my car on the black ice in the parking lot! Told the cashier, and she did not even ask if I needed to speak to a manager or anything. My boyfriend was with me, and came around the car to find me half under the car! Got up, am a bit banged up and bruised, but seemed like cashier just did not care😞

Great selection of furniture, and other items. I love to pop in to see what treasure's I can find. Also, I love that I can layaway furniture (nothing other than furniture can be put on layaway though) and I have up to 6 months to pay it off. Staff is always friendly.

Decided to get a bed set for school here and it was the best option in town. Brett was assisting me with mattress selection and was quick to reserve an out of stock item for me. His exceptional hospitality and attitude is not found in the stores back home. Thank you very much and I will be back soon.
