Has been on our Michigan bucket list for several years.We rolled in at 7:50 pmThey close at 8pmTwo very gracious people offered to seat us, but we just couldn't do that to the staff & kitchenBut..........We bought a heavenly Cherry Pie$12.50Jars of Cherry preserves.Place was loaded with so many cherry treatsCleanSuper friendly& the best pie I had ever had in 6 decadesThey've been around since 1922, no wonder why.5 stars all the way.🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒

Can't say enough good things about the experience we had! The restaurant had retro decor with a really cute cherry theme. Our server, Nancy, was so friendly and fun, and was enthusiastic about giving recommendations. Our cherry-ful meal was fabulous - I had the cherry ade to drink, which was a nice, slightly tart cherry juice with a hint of lemon. It was sweet, but not overly sweet. (Try it mixed with iced tea for a less sweet option!) The vegetable soup was savory and flavorful, and the salad with cherry vinaigrette was delicious and had lots of nice fresh veggies on it. The dinner also came with a fresh cinnamon roll and dinner roll, both of which were so fluffy and wonderful. Most of us got the roast turkey and stuffing dinner, which came with mashed potatoes and gravy, and dill butter green beans. I got the cherry pie a la mode, which was so good - easily the best cherry pie I've ever had - with fresh filling and a nice crispy and sweet crust. A couple in our party got the black cherry chocolate chip ice cream, which was also so fresh and delicious. I bought a t-shirt and some tart cherry jam to take home, and an adorable cherry plushie. This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last!Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family-friendly place, and lots of the stuff in the gift shot is intended for kids.

Great old-time restaurant in Beulah, good service and very clean. Very busy in summer, closed in the winter. Love their egg salad sandwich and of course, their cherry pie! Their Sunday only breakfast buffet is so good-- try the french toast and cinnamon rolls.

Quirky but good food. Clean. Friendly staff.Found it odd that you could choose soup or juice. Either way I got saltines.The fish is very fresh!Need better hours. 11-4? How about 10pm?

Such a cute little place! Cherries everywhere inside as it should be! :) The parking is pretty tight but we found a spot on arrival as we came during off lunch hours. We were seated quickly and the staff were prompt and polite. Got the cherry chicken salad croissant; it was a great lunch here! Will most likely come back.

First time being here was worth it! They are celebrating 100 yrs in service. Staff is super friendly and establishment is very well maintained for being 100 yrs old. I’d highly recommend stopping by for a bite to eat

Just stopped in for some cherry merch but everyone's food looked so good so we decided to sit down for lunch. Ordered the hot turkey sandwich at the recommendation of our server. I'm so glad I did, because it was mouthwateringly delicious. My husband had a grilled cheese that was also fantastic. Ended the meal with a slice of cherry pie a la mode. It was excellent. Adorable place, great service and amazing food.

The service was quick and the food was homemade. My wife got a club and I got a turkey, cranberry w/havarti.. the turkey is real turkey not processed lunchmeat.The cinnamon roll and muffins were meh. I got the beef noodle soup and that had wonderful noodles in it. Our server Leslie was kind and knowledgeable. On a Monday in October there was a 30 minute wait at 1pm for a table when we left so they must be doing something right

What a gem of a place!! My mom and I were in a girl day and stopped for lunch. There was a small wait to be seated, but, all in all it was an amazing time! I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it was the best I've had in I don't know how long. I definitely will be back. 💕

The pie is excellent! You'll have no regrets ordering it and it goes well the Leelanau coffee they serve. I also recommend the cherry salsa with cherry burger. The burger itself doesn't taste like cherries but the salsa is wonderful. It has a deep and enjoyable flavor with light sweetness. My boyfriend also loved the fishwich (cod sandwich) too. The staff is friendly. It's also great place to buy souvenirs. All sorts of cherry products. All sorts of fun cherry decor all over the place.

We tried the burger with their cherry bbq sauce, so glad we did. It was so good we had to buy a jar so we could put it on burgers at home.Great food. And of course amazing cherry pie.

The cherry hut sells delicious cherry pie made from the famous Michigan cherries. They also have regular food menus available here. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a delicious cherry pie.

I thought the layout was super cute. This business has been there forever. The prices were a bit too high for a meal, in my opinion. The cherry muffins we're not moist but if buying a cherry pie...you'll get your money's worth!

The place is ok the food was fresh and clean like healthy I like that personally sometimes the best flavor comes from clean eating, it's the kind of place that your grandparents would take you as you visit them in the summer you now want I'm talking about like, Cracker Barrel in nature. Price moderate $. Food decent 👌

Excellent family dining, consistent great quality food, great desserts and fruit products sold near the cash register. A favorite for nearly 100 years. Third location, very clean, bright, well lit and airy, very neat, and very polite and efficient wait staff. I read a previous post with the comment "it is dated" with an audible chuckle.....I wish all restaurants were "dated" like this one....apparently "dated" means good, consistent, quality food served by friendly, uniformed waitstaff in a clean and wholesome environment.Bring on all the 'dated' restaurants!

Love this place! We tried to find a "mom and pop's" style restaurant with outdoor seating that is pet-friendly. So lucky to find this yummy place! Great service and food from start-to-finish! And would you look at how huge that slice of pie is???

Fun place with great food. Our waitress was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. There is also a great little gift shop with lots of cherry items that you can take "to go". We bought cherry coffee, cherry salsa, and cherry gummies.Parking: Nice sized parking lot

A long-term favorite, 101 years old this year. Great cherry products, especially their pies & jams, but we also enjoyed lunch this year (there to buy pies). I had the luncheon special, a great bargain, a pork cherry BBQ w/ potatoes & veggies. The BBQ was one of the best I’ve ever had. Service was the usual; prompt, attentive & cheerful.

Cherry! Sorry that jumped out. The atmosphere is very cherry! Wooden ceilings and cherries on the the wallpaper! The sell about everything cherry related you can think of.I ordered the Turkey dinner($21). This comes with soup, a garden salad, a cinnamon roll, a regular roll, Turkey (obviously), stuffing, vegetable (corn), potato (Mashed), dessert (Cherry Pie), and a beverage (Cherry Ade). Everything was good! I was expecting so much more though. I've had better of just about everything. The mashed potatoes were the best food item. Funny enough the best thing was the Cherry Ade, which was FANTASTIC! Wow was it good.The service was a little up and down. It was very friendly, however they ignore you when not bringing food. I had to ask for refills, even though it was obvious my glass was empty. I know places are short staffed, but work smarter not harder!Overall a 3 star review. Lol I almost gave it a 4, just because of the Cherry Ade. Would I return? Yes, but only because of the Cherry Ade.

Interesting place. Good food, albeit a tad pricey. Very well thought out business, with a definite cherry theme. Try the corned beef on rye, and check out the gift n goody selection!

So happy to be there the last day before they closed for the season. A great dinner in, plus 4 cherry pies to go should last us through the winter until they open next season!
