Very poor shopping experience today as I shopped around and here goes Phyllis bad mouthing Lauren to Michelle LOUD for all the customers to hear saying how she felt that management made a poor decision keeping Lauren in charge last night . I’ve worked with many people like this before and they are the least pleasant to work with as they smile in your face and stab you in your back and micromanage every minute detail. If you can’t resolve your issues with co-workers, talking about these problems in public in earshot of customers shows truly how unprofessional you are.

The clerks and managers are so helpful & friendly & efficient. The pharmacy is really quick to fill prescriptions -- they even deliver!

Connie is the rudest person I have ever dealt with at any pharmacy! She even had the audacity to try to tell me how often I needed to go to my doctor to get my scripts!! I'd say my doctor would know that better than she would! I just transferred 3 months ago because of the driving convenience, if I continue having problems with her, I'll transfer back to my former pharmacy- they are all very courteous and helpful at the Niles Walmart pharmacy. Also, I should be able to drop off a script a day or so before the refill date, and pick it up on the refill date. It's not always a convenience to wait 30 or more minutes for a refill.

Was called to pick up a prescription, when I went to pick it up they were going to charge me $28 for the prescription. Before she could run my card, the person helping me said they should probably run my insurance. Turned out that my prescription actually cost $4 instead. You would think they would have ran my insurance before charging me or ask to see my insurance card so they could run it. Ridiculous..

I love my neighborhood Rite Aide. All of the staff are friendly, kind and very helpful. The store is always clean and tidy. After shopping here for the last decade I have yet to have one bad experience.

I went to pickup my prescriptions for my 6 month old baby & they hadn’t even began to work on it. So I assume it’s because he’s a new patient & I should have called beforehand so I patiently wait 20min. Then they tell me that they only have one medication and to return for the other at a certain time tomorrow...Now I’m slightly irritated because the missing medication is for my son’s BREATHING treatments. Nevertheless, I call the next day before the appointed time and they say it will be ready in 30min. So my husband goes to pick it up and they say they don’t have it! And to go to the Rite Aid in the next closest town where they do have it!? Seriously!!! Terrible service. Just tell me the truth outright and don’t delay the treatment and endanger my baby’s health/life.

Be careful! Try yo but 4 x $ 500 worth target gift cards and manager said my purchase was declined and refused to give prove of the cancellation, after checking my statement my account showed transaction went though. A dishonest manager kept the cards for herself, because are as good as cards, she aslo the rest of the manager not to assist me with this matter.

Both money order didn't use one of the money order went back in , both manager and cashier refused to take it back an return funds, their reason is only sell the won't take them back. Even worse the offer Western Union services and won't honor them. Basically a worthless business and staff!!!!!!!

I am pregnant when I went to pick up my antibiotic for gingivitis with my Dad as he is picking up for my mom's Tamiflu while my mom is waiting in the car because she has fever. They told me to wait for 15 min and they will process my medication while they told my dad to wait for 20 min. After more than 30 min of waiting while sitting in their chair my dad came back from the car to ask again for the medicine that's just the time they process the medicine and waited for another 5 min. Then they were able to give the medicine to my dad. Then they ask me again of my name and birthdate and told me to wait for another 5 min. A lady whom I came way ahead was able to get her medicine first before me. The personel said I processed hers first because she came here first. Then at this time I am upset and frustrated. I said, "I was here before her. I was just here waiting for almost an hour. I am pregnant and hungry and yet I am still here waiting because they told me to wait for just 15 min and now I am shaking because I need to eat." The lady interrupted and said, "pregnant women needs to wait too". She interrupted when she doesn't know what I have been through. She even said, "My dad is dying of cancer but I have to wait too." I have no problem of waiting for 15 min or 30 min or even an hour if they did not give me expections. But they told me to wait for 15 then turned out to be almost an hour then tell me that someone was ahead of me when I have been way ahead of her is not right, I think. I believed that they have been unfair to me. I will not go back here anymore. I hate this pharmacy!

This is regarding the pharmacy. The staff is generally cold, unfriendly and insensitive. Today while in line the pharmacist (or pharm tech) while in the back fetching an order loudly yelled back at the customer in front asking if she wanted the vaginal cream or not. Everyone was embarrassed. Never coming here again.

We did a transfer here and the pharmacy worker was one of the rudest people i have met in a long time. They can fill your prescription but they act as if it is an inconvenience.

I was covid +. I called in to pay for my prescription over the phone. I was told I needed my ID, even tho i picked this same prescription up a few days prior, was placed on hold several times and at the end of AN HOUR I received the wrong medication. Thanks for nothing Peter. You are worthless.

I went to get film developed here. It's been one month and I still don't have my film. It's literally is a one hour process and they can streamline this for the prices? Also they make you buy the crappiest prints and the customer service was rude to the fact I even ask.

Got our perceptions sent here while moving here from PA and fill our meds incase the doctors were backed up here (my wife is on heart medication and will dye if she suddenly stops taking it) they filled 2 out of 5 then when we realized and tried to go back they said they cannot fill them until they speak to our doctor and make sure she's a real doctor..(this was on a Saturday. Our doctors are closed until monday).as they already filled 2 out of 5...I don't like being a Karen, but if you can avoid this place, please do.

Went in there to buy some liquor, the lady at the register carded everyone that was with me, all of us in our 30s, would not sell my liquor because one person had an expired license. Absolutely no common sense.
