Recently adopted a sweet little frenchie from here. Tara was amazing with helping us through the whole process. She even let us play with the puppies for hours before making our decision! I don’t usually leave a review on a place, but Tara was so amazing that I had to write a little something as a thanks to her. Definitely will be back if we decide to adopt another puppy.

my family came in to puppy-gram to purchase a dachshund, we ended up with two😀. Debra and Gus were wonderful to work with and very patient with my family. would definitely recommend purchasing a puppy from here!!!! very clean, and organized. All the puppies look happy and healthy 🙂

We love Tara. Me and my significant other were interested in trying to bond and find the right choices. We sat in the play pin and asked Tara to help us. She asked us to relax while she brought and removed dogs and never asked us to lift a finger. Every time I felt guilty with sincerity she replied I understand the goal and offered information and excellent perspective.

As a Berkley resident, I visit puppygram regularly. The staff is lovley and always helpful and kind. The store is always clean, and organized. I highly recommend going to get some puppy love or even adopt a dog of your own.

We absolutely love this pet store. My kids and I have been visiting for a few months now. We love the way they allow us to play with the puppies and spend time with them, though there in cages they are well taken care of. The employees bring them out and let them play in huge pins , there able to run around and play with other puppies and have fun. We've been there for feeding time and all were fed. Employees are super nice and caring about the animals. If you just want to play and hang out with some adorable puppies this is definitely the place to Visit. So many sweet dogs have found there for ever homes 🏡

This place is depressing. Store smells really bad and the cages where the puppies remain in 24/7 have no bedding, or food/ water. Zero enrichment or chew items. Zero fresh air. Zero opportunity to socialize. Puppies clawing at the glass to get out. Others bored out of their mind from being in confinement so long all they can do is sleep and cry. Please do not support this business, all of the over priced puppies come directly from puppy mills, and the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional.

This place is such a great addition to everything going on in Berkley, MI! The store really met my expectations on all levels! Thx PuppyGram and keep up the good work! Also, don’t believe everything u hear or read. U need to step foot inside the store to really see and feel the magic! Go get u some puppy love! I just did and I’m feeling so much better about my day. I wish my community had a business like this.

Happy Berkley has a facility like this. Staff helped me find the perfect dog. I have been coming for three months. It was difficult to make a choice because the dogs are all beautiful.

This place is amazing exactly what we were looking for. We were able to spend lots of quality time with the puppies learn their personalities and see which one was best fitting for our family. No pressure sales even offered for us to come back to make sure we picked the right one. Very knowledgeable and hands on with the puppies. They were interested in making sure that the puppy fit our family dynamics. Thanks we will definitely be back.

Love our new puppy. Sleeps through night. Everyone at Puppygram in Berkley were professional and honest. Official paperwork was given along with a free vet visit. If you want a good puppy, this is the place. It is NOT a puppymill!!

Miles was absolutely rude! He acts like he knows something about dogs, but since he can’t tell the difference between puppy sales and a puppy mill. He has dogs that cost an exorbitant amount and they’re all inbreed.

Finally found my puppy! I’ve been searching the world over for this little guy! I think he might have found me. I’m not sure! Lol! Anyway my little Yorkieshitz is the most incredible ball of cuteness I’ve ever seen! So healthy and lovable! I absolutely love PuppyGram Berkley! Thanks for helping me find the perfect addition to the family! I will be back and of course tell all my friends about this amazing experience! They even have puppies available to play with! Awesome to have a store like this in the neighborhood.

We got our sweet goldendoodle a couple of weeks ago and we are in love! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It is evident that they absolutely love each puppy that is there. Rocky was so well taken care of. Puppygram is so clean and such a fun place to visit!

I have been in the market for a dog for awhile but wanting to make sure everything is 100% set before bringing a new dog into my world as I want to give my dog 100% so myself and boyfriend have been taking our time very slowly with this process. The gentleman that works here has been everything patient and more with us over the course of the many months coming and going. I couldn’t recommend this place and the workers here more, you’re able to play with the dogs on your own time and spend one on one time which is a great experience alone. If you haven’t already checked them out you will not regret it

First off, they BUY their puppies from PUPPY MILLS. Filthy, cramped and CRUEL conditions. The mother dogs are bred over and over again for profit. Money over welfare of the dogs.These puppies come with lots of health problems down the road. NO reputable breeder will ever sell to a pet store!!Secondly, if you want a puppy go to your local animal SHELTER and rescue one!! Millions get euthanized every year because of overcrowding.#adoptdontshop

This place is awesome, the staff are so helpful and the puppies are filled with love that can only come from a proper staff giving the puppies the love they deserve. You can really tell they want the puppies to find loving homes that will treat them like family members. This place is clean, up to date, and like I said an amazing helpful staff.

Oh my goodness! What a Wonderful experience all around! I love our new Augie! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Wonderful store! Wonderful staff! I've been looking for a Beagle for 4 years now and I just love him. After my accident I just knew I wanted a puppy and I sure found him! Thx puppygram! Zero stars would be appropriate. Stop supporting businesses like this. Most people who buy puppies do not care or are too ignorant to research where these dogs come from. Puppy mills. You’re on your phone all day anyway, why not look into how these backyard breeders make their money. The pain and suffering of an animal is worth the minimal and waning social media attention they will receive for a couple of months to the monsters that patronize this place. These degenerates only stay in business because of careless consumerism and animal abuse.

Went in to look at puppies today , Tara was so helpful and sweet . No one pressures you and Tara answered all our questions and let us visit with as many dogs as we wanted the place is clean and we will definitely be going back when we are ready to get our new dog .

Please, if you really CARE about and LOVE dog, go to one of the shelters where there are numerous dogs avail for adoption-Due to puppy mills like these! You can get a purebred dog (aka designer) from a purebred RESCUE ORG. If u buy here, u are funding puppy mills.
