My wife and I were switched here after corner drug stopped being at pharmacy. We attempted to call more than 5 times and never had any answer. When we went in person the pharmacist acted like we were incompetent and decided to not fill our prescriptions. We have since moved our business to honor and haven't had any problems.

They r very nice but do not ever have scripts right. They have cost me over $100 in last 8 months by having to continue go back to pick up scripts. I complain and they don’t seem to care. I’m sorry but very poor. After today my business will be done elsewhere(as long as I can get scripts). Tired of month after month making 3 plus trips to the stupid pharmacy. Shop and save pharmacy, uve screwed up enough and I’m done. My scripts r on file with a new provider. See ya and best of luck.

Update: I cant remember the name of the guy who works at the pharmacy but he did offer to go above and beyond to rectify the issue so we are gonna give the pharmacy another chance as we are very appreciative of that. But i will say that the pharmacy still does need to be more on top of things. We understand human error but when working certain jobs you have to be on top of things because it can cost lives if not.I'd give less stars if I could. The staff has become incompetent. My mom called to fill a script, they put her to voice-mail 3 times in a row. She goes to pick up scripts, one of them is missing for at least 4 months in a row. They never filled it and she has no more so she's going to be without a med for about a week. Not to mention they almost killed my mom's friend's 14 year old diabetic son. They gave him the wrong dose for his blood pressure medication. Gave him a 2.5mg dose when it was supposed to be like 25mg. Was having headaches for a week and didn't know why until he looked at his script and saw they gave him too small of a dose. Yall need to fix your stuft before you kill him or someone else due to incompetence and negligence. We will be switching to Walgreens in tc

Every time my husband or I go here, something is messed up. They even filled a med knowing I am allergic to it.

Very accomodating and so patient. It took forever to figure out what pharmacy we used last and we didnt have the insurance card either. The staff and pharmacist were incredibly helpful and kind. Their calm demeaner and understanding really took the stress out of the situation and they ended up helping us figure it all out. Saved me 40 dollars! Thanks guys youre the best!

The main pharmacist talks to you like she doesn’t care about what you’re saying and you’re invisible. Doesn’t listen, doesn’t care, screws up prescriptions. She’s running the pharmacy into the ground from what it used to be. I’d rather drive to Traverse City for prescriptions
