Lake and leaf is the best by far not even close. Do the products make it that way? No it’s the staff, 2nd to none in customer service, they are always Smiling always happy to help with questions and tips, they know their product well and make you feel very positive leaving the store, not to mention they are big believers in helping out the community as they have a summer vendor show every Thursday all summer.

Stopped here for the first time the other day while out Dispensary hopping for my Birthday and had a great experience. Great atmosphere, staff was awesome, oh and they had a 10 pack of 0.5 gram doobies and the price before my fiances military discount was 6 bucks a joint. Discount or not, that's cheap. We go up to TC once or twice a month and will definitely be visiting again.

Have yet to smoke these but the obvious difference in pre-rolls is a bit embarrassing. I’ve been enjoying preroll packs lately. Very convenient. Definitely not the best weed I’ve smoked. Doesn’t taste great. Cheap

First time user plus out of town. I had a very easy transition from when we walked in till when explaining what I was looking for. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and definitely recommend me something light for my pain and my insomnia. I literally slept through the night without waking up. I finally slept in felt so good to finally get some sleep in me. I highly recommend this place. They also give first time discounts.

This one is tough because they are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and their variety is good... The big downside?? For a while they were more expensive than the down state places but all of them up here were so it was still worth going to them... However the market up here has been woke to the realization that pot prices are going down and other places have started to adjust their prices accordingly... Lake and leaf has not..i can go to house of dank and get three great pre-rolls for the same price as one ok pre-rolls at house of dank...depending on your vehicle situation and gas mileage even if the drive to lume in honor or house of dank in traverse is a little further the difference in the amount of pot you'll get for the same price is probably worth the extra miles it may be for you... It's hard bc their store is usually closer or better for me to driver to but i hate going there now bc i just feel almost ripped off at this point bc i walk out with that much less but the same or more money spent... Until they realize prices have gone down and bring their prices down to match market prices just not sure I can keep going there at all honestly.. But they are very very nice

Experience was lovely! The staff was so friendly and informative! I wish I could remember the girl who took our order. She was so pleasant! She tossed some extra goodies in our bad; grinder, lighter, sticker. Product was great as well! Purchased edibles and some pre-rolls. Definitely recommend.

Friendly, good prices and very good weed. Needed a bowl and got one from them for $10 and it's a heavy duty double blown glass, my new favorite piece. Would definitely return and recommend!!Went back a couple of months later when I was in Traverse City and they are even better now!!

As an Illinois buyer, this was my first Michigan experience. Night and day. I got to smell, I got to bring friends inside, budtender recommended some bomb buds, and I was so happy that I got 5 joins, a half oz of shake that looked hand-ground, the variety in bud shape and texture was so lovely, an eighth, and a new spoon for the same I pay for an eighth and a single joint alone back home. I am so impressed with prices, and quality. Thank you Leaf and Lake. You'll see me again.

Staff was nice and helpful! Been here a few times already but today we got home and had our 3 gram containers. Later on throughout the night we go to open the last one and there was seriously nothing in it, not a crumb or anything clean and empty. Now its 10 at night and we can't call them until tomorrow to let them know. Its all really hard to believe it happened in the first place that we would get an empty container. I guess all im saying were gonna call tomorrow and let them know they need to double check their containers or you if your picking up do it asap. We spend to much money on product to not receive all of our order. Very lame.Edit: today we contacted them just to let them know what happened just so it doesn't happen to others. Didnt really expect anything out of it but they replaced the product and gave us a free shirt and a pack of papers. Apologized for the inconvenience they were so helpful! We will definitely be coming back

I WISH I COULD RATE THEM 10 STARS! I just came up to Michigan 2 days ago from Texas and it looks like I already found my favorite dispensary. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful; friendly and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They even hooked me up with a free Hoodie!!! I can't wait to go back! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend 💖

Staff was very kind. Separately, Im unsure how they maintain business with medical clients. I recieved an excise tax despite presenting my medical card. Perhaps thiz was this was a mistake. I was also told I would recieve a 10 percent first time visitor discount - I didn't receive that either. Perhaps that was also a mistake. Its been a while since I've walked out of a store spending 60 dollars for a "special priced" eighth of some mids and a preroll. Probably wont be back.

By far the best dispensary in the county. Way more selection than other place. Not even close.. read the 1 poor review. These people great. Definitely should try out don't let a miserable disgruntled person steer you away. Great staff. Great selection

Worst weed I ever bought in last 30 yrs. There oz weed horrible. Starting to break down from how old it is. Usually nice people but had to get angry at the lie coming out dudes mouth. I've spent thousands dollars there. And Sean you will be reason I never come back. Did not buy hella jelly. It's similar to weed that's yr old. Has that ammonia type smell. Well that's old turning dead. Just so disappointed. And God's honest truth those ounces were to be 75. And that would be to high. Gross gross. Oh boy the way you got seeds in that lemon g weed. Beautiful bud just saying
