The Family Dollar in my neighborhood is top-notch! From the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me warmly and were super helpful throughout my visit. They knew the store inside out and made sure I found everything I needed. Plus, the store was clean and well-organized. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend for great service and a wide selection.

I work close by and stop in just about everyday. The workers here are so friendly and awesome. Erin, the manager, did a great job hiring her team, the store always looks amazing and we always have great conversations! Definitely recommend this store, especially if you want a family-like experience.

Filthy store, rude employees, terrible customer service. Be prepared for a hoarder type situation when you walk into this store. It's a mess, all the time. Unpleasant experience every time, I try to avoid it as much as possible.

The store is great 10x cleaner then it use to be. Employees are helpful and very nice everyone I come in!One thing is the prices are off somtimes but they kindly change that for me

The employees are always understaffed and overwhelmed and it definitely shows. There’s always unpacked boxes in the aisles which make shopping with a cart nearly impossible. Paper and cleaning products are always out of stock. There’s only one refrigerated shelf and it’s broken down half of the time. I always feel horrible for the people working because it’s obvious they need more help. The staff is always very kind nevertheless though.

Every time I come in this family dollar its trashed. Almost every isle is filled with boxes or things they need to put away. One time I came in there for a soda...couldn't find the isle that has it. I asked the clerk and she pointed behind her where they were all in crates..i had to move 3 crates myself to get the soda i wanted. They need better management and be better organized
