The store was clean, had great deals, and the produce looked good. The reason I gave a 4 star was due to the cashier. She was sooooo rude!!! I was trying to be nice to her, and she was just looking at me and rolling her eyes. My daughter was behind me, and the cashier treated her the same. We both the cashier 'thank you' and no response. As we were leaving, I told my daughter it's nice to see someone who just loves her job 😂

The vision center was awesome! A lot of people would have missed the eclipse had it not been for the vision center staff sharing their personal glasses! I would have given this review 5 stars, but I try not to go to this particular Walmart because of a terrible shopping experience years ago. However, thanks again to the vision center! You'll get 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Generally this is a good place to shop. The only issue I have here is other customers calling me Sir. I mean really have they not seen a Breast Cancer Survivor before? The staff itself is far above par.

I like Walmart. Worked there for 4 yrs. It is your average big store that people like and dislike all at the same time. Some prices are good.Some items are cheap. Just an average. Remodeling when we were there last. It is going to look nice!

I need a cabinet unlocked in aisle G28, just some blemish patches. Waited with another girl. We waited 30 minutes to get it opened. They paged it over the system two times and nobody would come open it. Some girl who works here saw us standing there and didn’t page anyone, didn’t open it. 30 minute wait time is ridiculous to get a cabinet opened. I had so much more to get here but cut my trip short since i had to wait 30 minutes. Nobody seemed happy to help. Didn’t get them till 8:10pm. Service is a joke.

Worst service all carts are everywhere outside knowing customers need them once they go inside and me and my mom we were asking a employee a question on the self checkout we wanted to know if it was also cash and she ignored us knowing she herd us

On each visit workers are very nice and friendly and are always willing to help find things when you can't store is always clean shelves I can say are 85% stocked located in a pleasant atmosphere limited truck parking

Very few happy faces on employees. Store is under a renovation But it looks unplanned. Too much chaos. Groups of employees talking paying no attention to customers.

I'm not from the area. This is a terrifying Walmart lol. I've been here twice but I need to make the longer trip and go to a different one. A cop is usually sitting outside of the place. Random people trying to sell you small bags of chips and old Obama phones. Almost everything in the beauty section is locked up. People try to open up the cases so alarms are constantly going off. The employees stare at you and say nothing. I needed help and the guy who came over to me was speaking to himself in tongues or something. Low-key Mad Max vibes lol. I can only imagine what happens here at night.

Everything is locked up. No employees have keys to items that are locked. They say they will get someone who has keys and nobody came for 20 minutes. Employees use foul language near the toy aisle in front of kids. Store is filthy. Go anywhere else.

I use pick up service. Never have had a problem. All the workers who bring out orders are so friendly. If the item is not available, they ship it fast.

FriendlyI asked a employee if they carried a product I couldn't find and next thing there were 2 employees digging through their phones trying to find it in the storeFor some reason the vitamins are behind a panel that is u have to hold up the. Get a bottle look at it put it back..alarm keeps going off, recording talking to u the whole time.And like all walmarts these days the pills are in some secret coded order that the employees dont understand, and can't find stuff either,,they are under orders from some person in Arkansas corporate office to arrange them as they are,,,employees that worked pharmacy for years cant find select supplements,,this place is worse because pills are on bothe sides of the aisle,,but the reasoning behind arrangement is still as indecipherable as if the NSA encoded it then someone with dyslexia translated it into the Inca knot code, and a space alien from the twenty third dimension translated it into the nonlinear base 45.2 number system they utilize and it was then handed to a space alien whose written language consists mainly of licking lines in dirt and that alien translated it into government speak who translated it into Walmart supplement placement order....fortunately there is a Meijer within walking distance,,and their supplements are in alphabetical order..They might be more expensive or they might be cheaper..its really hard to compare prices to something when the employees have trouble finding a item..so shop at Walmart then save yourself hours of searching and buy your supplements at Meijer nearby

This location is very huge... Clean... Lots of clearance items...they have all departments... Anything that you could think of.... This Walmart has..... From food.. to electronics... To clothes.. hygiene products.... Any and everything this loca. ion has.... Didnt see too many employees so im not sure how the customer service is... The guy when we were leaving was very nice kind and friendly... I would recommend.. and I probably would come back not sure... Only complaint... Is that they had no air circulation in the store... I started getting lightheaded and had to get out of that store.. super hot.. like the heat was on.... And it was a super hot day so that made it worse..

The store wasnt busy at all going late at night, we needed special decoration for a cake and cuocakes and they had exactly what we needed. In and out in no time. Store was nice and clean.

Highly do not recommend this establishment don't waste your time here. Tried buying a microwave for $70 as listed online. Shows "out of stock"online for pickup even though the store has it "IN STOCK" for $80 Customer service REFUSED to do PRICE MATCH with WALMART online services. Employee chose not even look into it. Shows how much this store follows Walmart corporate rules. Complete disappointment on the Walmart franchise!

Shelves seemed well stocked, that's the only good thing I can say. My first impression was in the parking lot when I saw the U.S. flag not string up correctly & all in tatters...shameful. Then, I entered the bathroom 🤢. No seat covers, toilet paper & rolls on the floor. Sink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Touched as little as I could. Walmart can do better!

Uneducated workers here even the managers, tried to use a few coupons, each for different brand, and they told me I can only use ONE coupon for the whole transaction.Oh well, guess it’s the area, low income neighborhood. Make sense 🤷🏻‍♂️

Benton Harbor Michigan has the worst Walmart in the world. Not one problem in a visit but three. Automotive department.... I told them I wanted a new battery, oil change, and light replaced. They called me an hour later and told me I didn't need a new battery. I asked if they had changed the oil and replaced the light. They told me NO. I would have to come back and do another work order. While I wasted an hour I did some shopping. The deli was ridiculously slow. One man left without being helped After taking an unbelievable amount of time to get the things that wanted, another woman had steam coming out of her ears. So I finally made it to the cash register. The cashier was disrespectful and rude. After having some payment issues on their end the cashier told I did have to get snippy with her. At that point I hadn't been short with her but then I told the cashier I wouldn't be coming back to this Walmart. In true smart a_ _ fashion, she told me she would see me next week. Do they really think this is the only game in town??? I will drive 30 miles to another town to another Walmart or go to another local store.

VERY RUDE Walmart employee at the self checkout.She berated me for using a self checkout machine with a card, and then watched as I moved to another machine, rescanned my items.(The machine wasn not accepting cards, had NO /ZERO signage posted.)Meanwhile I am basically working HER job for free while she berated me.(self checkout is making customers work for free, and but I didn't want to stand in a 15 minute line for exactly TWO items).Then when I gave a 1 star for the requisite Walmart shopping survey/experience after puchase at the 2nd machine--she told me:"I hope you know you gave yourself a 1 star too".I took a deep breath and told her the comments aren't needed and that I hope she has a good night.Rude, snarky, dismissive, and angry older lady, with brown dyed hair just past her shoulders. (I am on purpose with-holding her name and other identifying features).I was flabbergasted and apologized to her for whatever I did to anger her as I left the store. As I was getting ready to leave the parking lot, I realized that I don't have to roll over and take that type of attitude.I went back in the store and found her to attempt to tell her that I was sorry for not seeing this mysterious notification somewhere on the machine and that I forgive her for her rudeness and to wish her a better night.Before I could say a word as I walked towards her she said, "oh, REALLY? Don't tell me you are coming all the way back in to talk about this again?" .I told her to have a better night and that there is and was NO reason for these rude comments. She ignores me and walks into a "staff only" area wish a cash drawer.It's not my fault she hates her life or hates customers or her job or whatever it is that makes her so angry and mean.After that I had enough and went to the customer service to get information on managementJUST AWFUL EXPERIENCE. And sadly this is my "home" Walmart where I live. Maybe me and my family of 5 WON'T be coming back here 3 times/week like we normally do...It's worth the extra $ spent at other stores nearby to avoid this negativity and toxic atmosphere.!!!!I already have enough of sadness/negative things happen as a R.N. working with my patient population.Don't need more "bad vibes" in my life just so I can buy necessities.
