Go to mejers pharmacy because you can get groceries and better care from them.I have never seen such disrespect to myself and other customers while waiting in line for the pharmacy tech kim. A brunette with glasses. She was very rude and impatient multiple times I was there and still behaves this way to customers.This walgreens needs to do a better job of treating all customers well instead of just the ones who dress all nice.

In town for a funeral and needed a script filled fast. They were quick and helpful, even leaving the pharmacy to help me find something I needed in the main part of the store. Thank you!!

Pharmacy - way understaffed and apparently can’t keep track of inventory. So if you suffer a severe orthopedic injury and your orthopedic dr calls in prescription for pain, be prepared for 1) 24 hrs no response, no filled script 2) Then they’ll tell you out of stock, on its way 3) THEN nothing from them after further 24 hrs. When you call to check on it - oh, it’ll be another 1 1/2 hours before you can pick it up. That’s a full 52 hrs after Rx was sent to them. And of course per law you can’t have script sent to where it CAN be filled. Done with this pharmacy. Walgreens - DO BETTER.

Rude pharmacy staff & too busy pharmacist.Took Covid booster appointment for me & my wife. Reached 5 mins before, they signed us in at time. And kept us awaited for next 30 min, then came for one document. And then again kept us awaited for next 15 min.Asked representative to get us priority. But she was like you can leave if you can't wait anymore. Full rude, looks like she is boss of Walgreens.Later canceled whole appointment and left by tearing documents apart in 😡

I waited 15 minutes in the drive through pharmacy while they serviced two cars on the other side before me. (It should have been one car on the left and then me.) I shouldn't have had to wait 15 minutes for any service when I was the first one in the line on the other side. When I politely asked the pharmacist what time my prescriptions would be available for pick up she replied with 3:30 then I said thank you and she replied rudely with "yep". I did tell her I didn't appreciate her attitude and she continued to make remarks saying she wasn't being rude. I chose to drive off.

I never ever give bad reviews. I recently moved to the area and needed a new pharmacy after the local one closed (Vans). I think I was spoiled by the stellar customer service delivered by Vans.... I don't mind waiting in line and there's always a line at this location... What I do mind is being treated like an annoyance because I know I'm nothing but friendly. I've moved all of my prescriptions away from this location.

Been on hold for almost an hour with the pharmacy still no answer trying to figure out why they didn't fill my blood pressure medication this is ridiculous nobody has been in front of me for over 20 minutes and still no answer I'm assuming everyone else hung up

When i Call the pharmacy im on hold for 15+ minutes, every Month i call to get scripts refilled i think to myself surly they have some one to answer the phones, it cant keep getting worse, But it does every time they seem to out do themselves. This morning i was on hold for 15minuets, i heard someone pick up the phone 3 or 4 times just to send me back in to the hold music.I would suggest taking scripts to St. Joseph, Walgreens, Over on Hilltop and Niles ave. Its 24 Hours and they answer the phones quicker.Another Note, On readiness of scripts they are always so behind when ever i call a script in they give a time and i come back to pick up they ALWAYS say "Oh thats not ready yet come back in 2 hours" so i leave go home come back and again "Oh thats not gonna be ready till tomarrow. after a few times of this i finnally get my scripts but it takes like 2-3 days when it should only take a a half hour to put some meds in a bottle. Very inept people.

The manager, i don’t know her name but she is a middle aged white woman . Her and her co worker, an older white man with glasses, were beyond disrespectful to me. There was a stack of tissue that was behind an incorrect price, me informing them that the price was incorrect upset them so much ending in the manager aggressively walking up to me and putting her hands in my face. And the man is a known racist, he’s rude and sarcastic every visit. I will never shop here again. I will update when I get more information

Walgreens Pharmacy in Benton Harbor is the worst! I’m calling every month for prescriptions that are supposed to be on auto refill and they not only don’t refill but they cancel the prescription. I have had to call the pharmacy because they fill my prescription with the wrong meds. They are always out of your medication and you have to wait for days for meds you need. PLEASE FIND EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE A CLUE!

My doctor's office sent my prescription through their Epic system. It was confirmed received on 8/4 @1:47. I even got a text confirming it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to get it a few hours later, I was advised that they had no idea what I was talking about. I called my Dr, who confirmed that they already sent it and would call it in. When I called to speak to a pharmacy technician and was explaining my plight, the rep cut me off, stated she would transfer me to the dispensing pharmacy and transferred me before I even had spit out three sentences. Of course, "the dispensing pharmacy" also had no idea what I was talking about because my prescription was sent to the BH pharmacy (which has been the same for YEARS) and NOT the SJ one... I sure do miss Gillespies because Walgreens is a JOKE. This is probably the 7th time I've had an issue with customer service with them...terrible! Today, I picked up a medication and the rep working the drive thru actually ROLLED HER EYES when I gave her my name because it's hard to spell. Really??!

Just not organized and terrible at serivice. I was given a 2 hour waiting window for cough syrup, and then took my business elsewhere and only had to wait 15 minutes. Terrible. I apologize for this, but my family has the same experience's at this location. I am blown away by how careless they are. They are nice, friendly people. But they look like they don't want to be there, which is off-putting.

I have went to pick up prescriptions on more than one occasion and found out they couldn't find them. When I tried transferring them to another pharmacy they don't answer the phone.

I think anyone working dealing with people should be people friendly and shouldn't be easily agitated when someone asks them simple questions of concerns about their medication and insurance especially when it's all of a sudden change going on that just recently occurred. Some people need to work by themselves away from others if they don't want to do their complete job and if they don't know the answer then they should at least have common courtesy to not show they don't want to answer any questions. Evil, mean people just shouldn't work in public places period

Incompetent. Pharmacy is understaffed and always very busy. The quality of service is so low and staff unfriendly and untrained. They couldn't figure out how to apply a Mylan savings card for epipen. Even arguing with me on whether or not I was eligible because I have insurance. The card clearly said for insured people, and stated $0 CO-PAY

I placed a very large photo order with my local Walgreens in Hammond, IN and called them the day before to make sure they would be done in the morning and they said yes, of course when I got then not even one had been printed. I had to be in Michigan and I needed the photos for my trip so I called this Walgreens in Benton Harbor which was on my way and they said send them over they would be done. I got there a little earlier than expected but when I got there they were done, nicely trimmed and ready to go, they saved me and kept to their word, I cannot thank them enough!DiffySmooth

This place us a flipping joke, staff not friendly, pharmacy doesn't know what the hell they're doing, taking me over 6mos or longer for test strips, now they say they have no insurance info or the numbers don't match what they have. Close down

Absolutely horrible quality of prints. Colors are totally washed out. Do not go here for prints. Refused to sell me a photo that I own from a portrait studio claiming copyright laws, however, I own the photo and if it was copyrighted the name of studio would be printed across the front. Refused to listen to what I was telling them even after showing the email from the studio, just shrugged their shoulders at me. Horrible customer service!!

This place is horrible they dont answer the phone AT ALL and you literally have to go there and hold there hand to get a prescription filled and once you remind them to fill it it still takes two days.. Go to st joe or stevensville...

They are constantly saying my prescriptions are ready for pickup and then out of nowhere cancel the prescription. When I tried to call I was on hold for almost an hour and then the phone hung up in my face. This is very ridiculous.

They work with police over sell you Sudafed drugs so police can get a search warrant reason to kick your door in.. why have a system if consumer still has to keep track. Whats point of system ... failure. . All data on 2017 should be connected state wide at a click if a mouse. Or whats point of tje system.. failure

Firstly their hours are wrongly posted online and when u drive there to find out they get smart and start referring to hours posted on the door. Very unfriendly. Instead of apologizing they wanna argue! Not worth the time!!
