This store is always very professional and everyone always makes sure I am able to find the products I need. Their service is superior! Mal is the best when it comes to designing kitchen cabinets! He makes sure the layout is correct, asks questions to make sure it’s exactly what you want and follows up with you! I will always go to this store vs Lowe’s and I am going to be purchasing all the countertops from here as well. Never had a bad experience here. Thank you for setting the bar high!

Well stocked store... can be difficult to find help in store. Shop here often, but walked out and left Products in cart a few weeks back. One register open at contractors side... but 3 employees standing around at CS area doing nothing but talking. Felt for gal on register... trying to check out people and not having any help when needing a price check, etc.

I spend loads of money at stores like this, home depot, menards, Lowes. Went to customer for a simple question. 4 ppl there and had to wait over 6mins for service. No hey hold on we will be with you. Just ignore him until we are ready. No one greets you or ask's if you need help they just stare at you and walk past you. Tells much about their leaders in charge. Definitely no culture here

I just had an incredible experience at Home Depot. I was looking for a particular lawn mower. I flagged someone for a different department to call for help. Not only did he, he also stuck around for 15 minutes after his shift to help me look for it (and ultimately find it). I then went to customer service where another excellent team member helped me set up my new Home Depot card, get $50 off my purchase, and then had me out the door quickly. Timothy and Kadesha are top notch and a credit to their team and the company.

What can you say, it's the Home Depot!. Their service is awesome, but their prices are a big higher than other big box hardware stores. They do carry a extensive selection of products, I found things that I've didn't know I needed.

I'm just here to give Ayden & Cameron a shoutout! They're both very very very supportive and friendly. Moving forward, every time I go in, I'll always ask for either one of the two. They both deserve a significant raise. Two emotionally intelligent people that are always in a solid mood. Great employees make customers feel like they're right at home.

The store has been on Rocky ground for likely over 5 years now. Store managers barely make it a year and seem to have no substantial influence on the stores functionality. Lots of on the floor staff are great people and very helpful. While the others are completely unaware that they are there to do a job. The store continually downsizes the number of items they have and frequently remove items that are needed by local contractors. The commercial end is a nightmare for professionals as it is generally over run by do it! Yourselfers which slow down the checkout process. The commercial end only has one check out open. It would be nice if they would update that area and add one or two self checkouts that could be looked after by the people in the customer service area. The suggestion has been made multiple times and phone on deaf ears. This is certainly a second class store in home depot's mind as corporate seems to pay little to no attention to it. The store is always lacking latest advancements that are put in place in other home depots. The store was a good 5 years out from getting self checkouts when most other stores had already had them. Home Depot corporate does not seem to give much interest in maintaining or updating this store. Online orders are a nightmare. Something that should is speed up. The process of purchasing goods from this home Depot only seems to make it take much longer and no quality control on what material is pulled for you. Frequently orders either or not filled in a timely manner or when they are, they are incorrect. This store is very important to the local communities. Unfortunately, home Depot corporate does not either care or understand that.

We went to Home Depot after a bad experience at Lowes.Staff was pleasant & very helpful. The lady that helped us buy new kitchen appliances was very knowledgeable about all 4 appliances that we purchased.Will definitely go to Home Depot FIRST next time.

I was at Home Depot to purchase materials for my house. The is a young lady ADRIENNE who was awesome. She helped me save on my purchase. She should have been the one to get the credit for the account we opened, but at that time I didn't know she would get credit. She was so very helpful. Home Depot is a great place to by home improvement and maintenance supplies. The staff is cordial yet could benefit from more training for knowledge; hence, more effective assistance to customers. The Benton Harbor store is not as big as in other locations but still offer most common items. Online order pickup is a good option.

Store is clean. All the stores I've been too have pre disinfected carts available which is good in any case. Staff is very helpful and if they can't help you they will find someone who can. Many times I find things here that are not available at the other chain in town. If you're in the Benton Harbor store ask for Mel one of the seasoned employees (not the only one) that I know by name.

While the person we asked to help us was nice we did have trouble with a different employee. While questioning and looking at the items another employee moved our cart with the items we had already picked out to purchase to a different aisle. If this had not happened my rating would have been 5 stars
