I've been using Meijer Pharmacy as long as I can recall. They have always been a little behind the times, but things have gotten out of hand. Lately this pharmacy has stopped answering the phone, and they seem to like to hang up.This would be tolerable of the website was usable. Half the time I try to login, the login fails. When it does work, it is EXTREMELY slow. The entire site is embarrassingly slow.Perhaps one thing most people would like to find out is the status of a refill - if it is ready. This information is not on the website. You can see past prescriptions, which ones have refills and how many, but ready to pick-up prescriptions don't show. It doesn't display partial-fill info, it doesn't show the complete prescriptions details. It doesn't tell you if a prescription is being filled locally or shipped. No info about out-of-stock issues.In short - to get the info you need, you have to talk to a person, and they are grossly understaffed.The prices are good, but the service is so bad it's time to move on...

The staff is friendly and they go out of their way for you! The Pharmacists are nice and approachable, and really try to help you! I love this place! Their prescriptions are a lot cheaper than other pharmacy's. My mom used to go to two other pharmacy's in the past and paid a lot of money for her prescriptions. We switched, and so far she has paid nothing!

The order was emailed between 9-10am and when I got off work at 3:30pm the order still wasn’t filled. The excuse was my information was gone and didn’t have insurance. My wife’s information was still there but not mine. So they had to get my information then they could fill it. Was told 30-35 minutes and after 50 minutes I went up to ask for it and was told atleast another 5 minutes. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this pharmacy but is for sure the last time I come here. Ridiculous how incompetent the workers are.

I would give zero stars if I could. There is always a terribly long wait, and tonight I went to pick up a prescription for my sick daughter and the pharmacy was closed early. No signs saying the pharmacy would have different hours for New Year’s Day ANYWHERE, regular store employees didn’t know the pharmacy was closing early, and Google listed regular hours. So my baby had to go without medicine she NEEDS because of the incompetent and inconsiderate staff.

Rude pharmacists constantly. There's always some "issue" with my insurance or finding me in the system. Be clear about your rules an policies as soon as the issue comes up, not later on. Definitely need to communicate more between employees.

Pharmacy Sammy was very rude and short with me. Prescription was ordered 10-12 and still has not been filled.

I called in a prescription at 9am told it would be ready at 11am I arrived at 2pm not ready told it would be ready in 15 minutes I've been waiting a hour

Been trying to call the pharmacy at the Benton Harbor store for over a week, they haven't answered the phone once! They picked up the phone one time but didn't say a word.... just hung up on me.

I personally don't deal with meijer pharmacy my wife does she seems generally happy with them. The things I do get over all I'm happy with.

I love shopping at Meijers and the greeters are always pleasant when you walk through those doors. I've never not found what I came there to get.

You damn near have to beg for your prescription. Call it in and it's never ready when they say it will be ready. I go back and forth for days. Totally incompetent idiots!
