I come in to buy a metal detector, it's marked 135 bucks then I get to the register and it's 155.. advertised price is only for members?! Harbor Freight, you can keep you overpriced Chinese JUNK!! And shove your $30 charge for members perks up your as$! I left and bought it on Ebay for $89 bucks. Lost a customer for life and saved me 65 bucks. Should have just charged me that advertised price!

Had an issue with pricing being different than listed online. Spoke with the manager about the issue and he fixed and and even wheeled the item out to my vehicle for me. The good service is definitely appreciated.

If you're in a bind and need cheaper tools, this would be a nice spot to pick some up. I like to buy up zip ties and straps here. They hold up fine for me, and the price point is just right. I've also bought a ball joint kit, which is well made. Customer service is great here. I've never had a bad experience.

Please quit sending people emails that they’ve won something and all they need to do is enter some information. I had one that said all I needed to do is pay $8 for the shipping for winning a product worth $700. It turned out to be a scam and I was informed that I signed up for a su subscription which is clearly a scam.

Hey Harbor Freight when you say 30% off entire store but the coupon says anything under $20 that is called bad business. The girl at the register was absolutely no help either acted like I was a burden to her existence! I will never go into your store again. Giving you a one star because I can't do zero stars!

Love getting tools here. However the coupons are frustrating.....the 20% off coupon has almost every brand sold at Harbor Frieght on the list of CANNOT USE ON.....thankfully the Manager honored my coupon for my purchase. I Just hope they realize that its very aggravating to get coupons in the mail, make trip to the store, choose your item then get to check out only to find that you can't use the coupon!!! Really sucks

Harbor freight what can I say all kinds of nice little tools most of them can be considered disposable but when I'm in working on fixing up a house for sale and I need this little tool that little tool that I'm not going to take with me it's going to be a one-time use perfect place to pick up what I need inexpensively and fast. It is nice that all harbor freights are set up relatively the same the one in Oregon is set up like the one here in St Joe in and out for everything I needed I've made three or four visits since I've been here in 6 weeks.

We shop there frequently because they have good products at great prices. Another thing is they have fantastic coupons. Plus I appreciate the courtesy and assistance I get from the employees since I have trouble walking. They are very helpful if I can't find what I'm looking for.

Good hand tools. Electric tools are very inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Alot of the specialty tools are decent and they have just about everything. I have had decent enough luck with what I have purchased and will continue shopping there

Not all that great of a place. The stuff they sell isn't made very well. I was just roaming around alone trying to find what I was looking for when I thought, man it sure would be nice to see an employee right now so I could ask them where to look. I didn't but one employee the entire 40 minutes that I was in the store and she was working the cash register.

Cheap stuff if you need a one use tool. Everything here is very cheaply make and breaks very quickly if not on first use. Not one American made item in the whole store. But if you have a need for a normally expensive item you only need once.....this is your place.
